I have been involved with archery for many years. Impact Archery is the professional, honest, and most technically skilled archery shop on the west coast. The owner Brian is driven by customer service and is the best archery technician i have every worked with. Excellent staff and customer service. From kids to pros, Brian is always there to help.

My fiance and I went here one afternoon at the beginning of date night. I found them through Groupon and showed up on a Saturday afternoon to shoot some arrows. The range was small, but kept orderly by the staff. There were probably 10 shooting at the same time. After you shoot your arrow, you wait for everyone on the line to finish, then everyone retrieves their arrows at the same time. The bows and arrows werent top notch, but they were good enough for amateur shooting. We had a lot of fun. It was easy to get in and we had over an hour to shoot.

I purchased 2 pse bows one week apart from each other. Both experiences were very comparable. Brian the owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and experienced. I received great service both times. Both of the bows shot very well and consistent after being set up by Brian the shop owner. The prices are comparable to other shops. I have no complaints and yes I would shop there again.

Well, unfortunately, we will not be trying out Impact Archery. My son received a gift card a few years back. I called to see how much was on the gift card (I believe it to be $50), and was told that the business is under new ownership and that they have no way of honoring the gift card. The gentleman said that all of that went with the old owner, and he cant offer us anything. I would think he would at least offer some free range sessions or something, but nothing. Range and rental for an hour with instruction is $15, and range with your own equipment is $10. Im very disappointed.

Had an outstanding purchase experience here! They worked around my needs and answered every question I had. I’m an extremely satisfied customer who purchased a traditional bow, custom made arrows, and some range time. All experiences were positive, the coaching was spot on and practical. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future.

Great place! Brian set me up with my new bow and was immensely helpful getting it set up and tuned. Brian is endlessly patient and the perfect guy to get someone new to archery up and running. I felt like the level of help I got was the same weather I was experienced or new to the sport. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or have me buy anything i didn’t need, it was all practical advise.Great place! Can’t wait to get the rest of the family up and running.

What an awesome experience! The owner and Rebecca our instructor were so nice and helpful. We had a Groupon for a 2hr session along with an instructional session to get us newbies started. Rebecca was so patient and nice! I was very nervous as it was my first time ever shooting and she was so supportive and motivating. We had such a great time. The environment was so welcoming. The regulars were so happy to give us pointers and were so supportive as well. One of the best adventurous experiences in Fresno. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to others. Thank you for a great time learning something new!

This place is by far my best get away spot, the staff are extremely warm, kind, friendly and helpful no mater what level you would be at... The place is always organized and clean, from the rang to their restroom, its always spotless... Their equipments pretty much covers most the bow poundage and strength from junior to pretty strong adult... ️In one world, amazing; I wish I would have discovered them sooner.️

I took my son to shoot at the range this weekend and was impressed. They advertise lessons for like $13, but since my son brought his own bow, it was only $8. The staff was great. Everyone in there was friendly and helpful. Would defenately recommend this place.

If you own a bow and walk in, you will probably be treated with respect. If you just want to shoot theirs, you may be treated like a child even if you are 41 years old.On my fourth time visiting, the (presumably) owner didnt allow me to place my target at the full 20 yards because too many misses were damaging the wood. He started me at 5 yards, and told me to get four bullseyes before I could move it to the end (then gave me four arrows, two with bent shafts). After a warmup period, I got all four. He then told me I could just move it back only 5 more yards. Condescending attitude the whole time.

1. Id like for everyone to experience the customer service i did here at Impact Archery. They take care of you. Just bought a bow for my bro and they gave me a life-time discount on their servicing as long as I bring it in (and I own it). This is a big deal. You go some where to have your strings worked on, or cams changed, thats a set $50-100 fee. Here its $25 with their coverage as long as you own the bow.2. The pricing here is competitive, but keep in mind they are a small business and have to make a living and cant compete penny for penny with amazon/ebay. Instead of saving a buck or two you get to be involved locally. That matters to some of us.3. Staff is sociable and kind, exactly what Im looking for from a small business owner and they know their stuff. If you want to have your nails did and your hair combed for you with sales pitches, keep searching. If youre interested personable honest information, search no further.

If you are new to the archery world. Do not come here. They will take advantage of you and hustle you. They will literally rack up the prices. They try to get rich of people but it did not work on me. I decided to take my business to The Spot Archery in fresno. They have way better customer service then these guys and they actually care to help you out. Save your money

Went their and bought 1/2 doz. Easton axis arrows to practice shooting for the upcoming season....took them 30-40 minutes to get it cut and inserts installed...wow...elder guy didnt want to do it so he gave it to this young kid who looked to be 12-14 yrs of age to cut...he didnt know what the hell he was doing...kept coming back to the front to ask the owner how to glue the inserts...i also needed one of my old arrows to be refletched and was told 20 min. wait for the whole process..BS...poor service! Save time and go elsewhere!

Watch out if youre new to archery. They will definitely try to rip you off.My last straw was with them the other day. I called and asked if they carry Easton axis arrows, guy responds yes. I ask if they have 5mm 9 gpi 400 axis arrows, guy responds dont know. Soooo.... you want me to drive all the way there just to see if they have the correct arrows, guy responds uh, dont know.Lol what a joke. Definitely not going to get any of my business. Also, if youre a bow hunter and not a competition shooter they will look down at you as if you dont know anything.

Website says No appointment in necessary (for lessons), Just stop by and we will be happy to assist you..........But when I drove up with my son from Visalia, The manager said we wouldnt be able to shoot because a group had booked the range. He was very rude and didnt care in the slightest about the inaccurate information on their website or my sons disappointment. He actually laughed and said that website hasnt been updated in like three years. When I asked if we could get a discount if we came back another day, He got angry with me and said you cant run a business like that....
