This place used to be great. I cant say that now. They wont even own up and give people there refund during this pandemic. $163 down the drain because we are supposed to know that they are only charging for one year for 2 years even though its advertised for 2 years in the first place not to mention there is already talk of shelter in place again starting as early as tomorrow. So I get it they didnt cause the outbreak but when you take a chance selling people tickets in a situation like this least refund people if they ask for it because its just good business ethic but I guess they dont know what that means. Im never taking my family and friends here again.

It is a little bit pricey but I know they have to make their money. Parking is $5 unless you want to be a little closer there thats $10 and if you want to be right up front by the gate its 20. The rides are very good my daughter had a great time lots of kid areas. They keep a good eye on all the customers to make sure everybody is safe. I will go back but will buy a season pass because you get General parking for free. Get there early if you want to get one of the free umbrellas.

We go every year at least twice because hurricane harbor is close but parking is less tickets are less food is less and the wave pool is SO much better! Lines arent always monitored so when there are a lot of kids either crowding will happen or parents have to monitor it themselves! And wear water socks because it will mess up your feet

I (and my 5 yr old son) visited the facility this Saturday. It is potentially a great place to go with kids and have fun, but it appeared to me that the management is poor because: i) no car park available and I had to park about 400 ft away from the car park entrance and walk another 400 ft within the car park to get to the gate, ii) no locker was available, so I (like many other) had to carry a backpack with me, iii) limited number of tube/floating caused many people not being able to use slides, rather waiting around for somebody to leave their tube so they can pick it up. Sadly very few people were happy to share their tube/floating.

Its a nice place to go to on a fairly heated day. They let you bring your own food in and drinks. They also have a good amount of rides to keep you and the family busy, but just remember, if you have this plan so do others. Also if you have social anxiety my suggestion would be to stay out of the wave pool

I took my grand kids and they had a blast. I met a friend there and she took her nephews and kids. The younger ones enjoyed it more than the big kids, but they had a good time. The wave seems to be the main attraction. Every hour they turned on the wave, flocks of kids ran to enjoy the waves. Its a great place to get together with family. They have gazebos and plenty of picnic tables. Great for BBQING. They also offer cabanas for $100. Not worth it. Theyre just little netted cabanas. They sell fast food, soft drinks and alcohol. I had a great time with my grand kids. I recommend Wild Waters for family gatherings.

Good variety of swimming rides and large spacious layout. Its a little pricy if your paying the one day visit cost but they do offer season passes at a discount each year and these are priced very low especially if you plan on going more than once during their open season times. Slides not operational but no discount at the gate you have to pay to park so for 1 adult and a 5 year old 60$ to get in the gate with a lunch for 2 this is a 100$ day for a child and 1 adult . Cal skate is 25$ in the shade with ac blowing cold much better to spend a day for summer vacation. They do have a nice water park for very young children 1 to 4 years old but the slides a child can ride that is over 42 are the same ones I rode 26 years ago they are all in disrepair and beat the hell out of you plus over half of them did not work at all due to broken pipes from old age. We brought a fishing pole but quickly found that it is impossible for you to fish due to the ponds all being full of weeds! That is all you will catch without a boat due to 10 foot of thick weeds lining the bank we made some good memories but at that price I would head over to the new water park off 99 they ride smoother and all work its hot regardless because they do not have shade over the swimming areas so the landscape has no benefit there because a vigilant parent will be in the sun watching your child.

This has to be the worst ran establishment I am an active duty soldier I just made it back to California from a 1 year tour in Iraq and I decided to take my family here for Fathers Day I asked for a different tube than the one I purchased that staff laughed and said they did not have one I the. Asked to speak to a manager and the front office said there is no manager what kind of place is ran this poorly that they do not have a manager the reason the young man in the front office gave me was that the manager just decided to leave because thats what they wanted to do I will not ever come back here and its sad because this place was a nice family place and veteran friendly well it is the exact opposite now I will make sure to let others know of how poor the service is here

We love Wild Waters, we come here every year with the kids before they go back to school. Has been a tradition for years.Yesterday (07/20/19) was our first ever semi bad experience. We went to set up our canopy in an area that did NOT say no pop ups allowed. We even asked a lifeguard if it was okay to put up, they said it was fine. Another family popped up next to us who also had asked a different lifeguard who also said it would be fine, till a supervisor walked by and said no that we had to take it down. We were already set up which caused so much inconvenience. Needless to say another worker by the name of Josh helped us out so much. He went up and above to talk to his superior about getting us a cabana at a great price for the inconvenience. He really showed initiative and care. He was so polite and kind and made the transition easy.We also encountered a lifeguard who kept harassing us in the wave pool because I had my daughter in a tube as I was behind her. I was in the wave pool all day that way with NO issues by any other lifeguards. She kept whistling at me to only let my little daughter by herself.I read the sign before you walked in and it CLEARLY states no more than 2 riders per single tube and no more than 3 riders per double. The only thing I was concerned about was the lifeguards not being informed properly about park rules since several lifeguards gave false information. Not their faults entirely, maybe poor training? Idk... other than that we always have a great time.

It was ok but with many things to work on for a better experience. it is missing a lazy river, the kids area is a little small. Is more like a babies area. The waves on the pool are so simple is not much of a wave. One other thing that I didn’t like is that if you rent a tube you better take that thing every were you go. Cause if you lose it or someone takes it is gone. And you’re not getting another one. I don’t get why they give you a wristband if any body can be using the rentals, don’t matter if they pay for it or not. The last thing is that I saw that no one checks that who ever get off the water slide gives the tube to the next person waiting for the tube, they can just take it again and no one would said anything. I talking about the 10 tube they put on the slide for every one to use them, which I think are not enough. and one last thing I was forgetting, they don’t have many life vest for the kids. At least 30 percent of the kids that need one couldn’t get one. And it didn’t look like a really busy day.

Pretty rough start to the season. The park didnt have money prepared for parking so had to wait outside the gate parked on Shaw until the person with money arrived. Waited in line for around 40 minutes for food and then the bread on the hot dog was hard as a stone. Waited 20 minutes for a shake only to get to the front to be told they ran out of shakes. (I would avoid the food altogether in the future.) Were out of tubes for the slides and some of the slides in the childrens area need a lot of work. The paint is falling off and caution tape is on several areas. One whole area by the tidal pool is shut down. What a way to open the season! For the most part, the kids had a good time and were unaware of the frustrations and shabbiness that I found around every corner. I remember this place being much more enjoyable in years past.

Wild water Adventure Park is a Fresno/Clovis Institution. A Classic Water park with tons to do, it is always a pleasure to visit. We rented a Cabana in the Caribbean section on one of the Hottest Sundays in July and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of our day. a Very well shaded area with a netted tent and table for our Home Base needs. It was right next to the Orca pool and gave us a nice view to keep an eye on the kids. Prompt drink service every 30 minutes was a total bonus. The slides are all great, and the staff is friendly. Only complaint would be the water temperature, It was a bit warm in every pool. I know this isnt really something you can control when the temperature is 104 and there are 30 bodies warming the water, so i dont fault them for it. Overall, a great experience, and ill keep going for years to come!

They have tons of shade, the kiddie area is just big enough to have fun in without losing your kiddos, and the rides are all pretty mellow for someone who hates thrill rides like me. My only complaints are that they do not have enough free seating for all their guests (you need to arrive at opening time most days during the summer to get a seat, even just for one person), and that they don’t have a lazy river. I only say that because my daughter and I really, really love the lazy river at another local water park that has all the same things we like about WW.

I like kids a lot but keeping track of so many of them at a water park was all kinds of stressful. Also water parks are definitely what you make of them. Obviously if you overthink it and worry about getting hurt or gems or whatever, youre going to have a terrible time. But if you just go in thinking about having fun it should be alright. This park is fine, it shouldnt take a whole day to get through everything do youll have more time in the day to other stuff. Its relatively small. Dont expect the most thrilling experience of your life, but if its a hot day and you dont mind water, this is a good go to.

Pretty expensive for a water park in Clovis but what you going to do. Peak summer expect long lines baking in the sun but its expected. The only downfall with this park is right from the beginning the teenager who took our parking money was too busy texting and blabbing. Then once inside at every concession stand Including the beer stand we ran into the employees busy talking with each other while everyone waited. As the day went on the only bathrooms became grosser and grosser. So expect to pay 40 bucks a head to wait in long lines for rides, wait in long lines for concessions because the employees are busy socializing, and the bathroom to be grim. Whoever owns/runs this place is more concerned with the money than the quality of the place. Just saying...
