Not enough security. I took my grand kids skating as I was about to leave a fight broke out. I was knocked to the ground. I was skinned up. I notified management. They didnt do anything. I was startled and my grand kids looked on frightened.

They did a great job hosting my daughters 10 th birthday party

Me n my family had an awesome time there,the place was very family oriented n it was nice and cool in there,but the SKATES smelled like death,there was no disinfectant being sprayed in the skates as they were being passed out back n forth to customers, honestly thats my only negative issue, DISINFECT YOUR SKATES!!!

Private birthday party package was a great investment! Details were covered so we just showed up and had fun! Highly recommend it.

The staff is not friendly and unprofessional. When I pick up my skates. One of the staff said that the skating mate is three dollars. I said I paid for it. He did not look at my ticket but the other guy told him she has it on her ticket. We could not eat our food after we skate due the next party. One of staff members told us we have to leave. They are catering to parties and not opening skating. They should just let people know that. Then when I did ask about the owner and try to tell her how unwelcome I felt. One of the staff close the door on me.

Earlier experiences here were good, but this time we were running late and came in at about 9:30-thinking that they were opened late, as google info had them listed as being opened 24 hours. After being there just 20-30 minutes, they said we had to clear the floor and turn in our skates. I felt it would have been courteous to let us know when we came in with a group of 11 that they were going to close in 30 minutes. I actually was glad to get out of the skates, as there was a bolt that was sticking up into my toe through the bottom of the skate!

The snow cone syrup or flavor was soooo watered down. It was sad and we ordered 5 snow cones and all were watered down.

Had a great time there for a birthday party. It was organized too. The party food pizza and icecream was absolutely disgusting. They should sue the pizza vendor and serve other foods. Other than the lack of food options it turned out a pretty good bday party.

The kids loved it, sometime to do other than Chuck-E-Cheese.

Great service. Fun family place, food and skate rental prices are fair. After school care as well. Restrooms need a update though.

My nieces and nephews love Funtime ! So much we have been to and had several parties there. They make it so fun and easy and we love their pizza !The Tiny Tot session is great for younger kids .

Good place for the family. Think they should have an adult skate night once each month. Parking is irritating. Great customer service. One of the few things to do in the area

Enjoy skating in your facility. I noticed that the skates were not sanitized upon return from the patrons. That was a turnoff!

TERRIBLE! Didnt even have rollerblades!! We are not from the area/state and expected to have a good time with my young son and two younger brothers. No refund was returned right after we paid then was informed there were no rollerblades! (which I assumed would be at any skating rink). There should be a sign or something before buying admission! A huge waste $24.00 for maybe about five minutes (if that) of being in there! EXTREMELY disappointed!! The staff was unhelpful, not to mention the guy behind the counter was more interested in watching the soccer game than he was actually helping us figure out the deal on the skates! I wouldnt recommend to anyone due to the lack of curiosity shown, no rollerblades, and it appeared very overcrowded!! Better luck taking the kids to SkyHigh for a jump experience, if you and your little ones are up for it!!!!

I mean its a good place but I think the bathroom needs to be bigger and we should have more skate time. If that happens then you can get 4 stars.

Went here for a birthday party. The bathrooms were a little different but it was a fun place.

Always full, fun to visit always got some police officer in gard, GREAT for me.

Wrong skate place - this was for Funtime Skate in Pearl - dont kinow how to delete this one. Took grandkids over the Christmas break. Was their 1st time ever skating. Loved the Christian atmosphere, the verses on the skate floor & the Christian music. Was family friendly and entry fee & snack bar prices were very reasonable. Bathrooms need updating but otherwise facilities & staff were great.

My daughter love to skate at Funtime Skateland. On Saturday night overcrowded with little children on the floor that can not skate and people (adults)being rude to little children on the skating floor!!!

A fun place to skate and have fun with friends or even by your slef is Skate N Shake the music is great and and ppl there like for who u are they close at like 3 in the morning sometimes
