Id like this casino. Its small but has a variety for everyone. My first time visiting. Was Leary about coming here but a friend of mine told me to check this place out glad I did. They have oversized parking for RVs and Trucks. They have a golf cart shuttle that will take you back and forth if you are in that lot. Very quiet. 24-hour Casino. The staff and the locals are very nice here. Will be back

Always enjoy coming here. But would make things a lot more convenient if they had change machines. I hate having to walk all the way to the front of the casino to get change or cash in tickets. Was so excited to see that they finally got some, but they dont work. would also like to see the penny machines come back. Everyone says they miss them.

Tons of machines to play, not much play on them; it just rolled through my twenties! However the place is nice. The free drink station is closed because of covid-19. There was a bar to buy drinks. The only interaction I had with staff was a cashier and he was pleasant.The staff that was walking aroundDidnt smile or say anything to me.

Everyone watch out for these people when you hit a jackpot they do everything they can not to pay u what u won... they will tell you you have to go have your forms of ID changed knowing it would cost you more to do it then you won so then they get to keep 30% of ur money so watch out make sure u have a ID and social security card not anything else ciz they find a way to not pay u.

Nice size casino lots of different games to choose from and if you havent had a players club card there before you can get one and receive $10.00 in free play too. It doesnt seem to pay out though.

Well, we took $250.00 in and walked out with a free masks, empty pockets and a diet coke. But I will say, the staff was on it keeping the machines and chairs clean. However, the restrooms needed attention. Weve been to this casino at least once a year. We live in New Mexico. When we have business in OKC we come to this casino. We will return for our $250!

The casino was clean and the staff was quick when checking temps and giving wrist bands out to enter the casino. The parking lot was somewhat confusing when we tried to leave as we circled it several times.

Had fun just not enough money to get on a roll,its always better when you walk away with more cash than you started with.

This was a stop over for us. We stayed in their parking lot with a 26 travel trailer. They offer free electric and that is the reason for the 3 stars. Other then that the casino was not to much excitement. They offered free soda and coffee and ONLY had slot type machines with not any type of card games. They did offer a computerized type roulette game a a few table games in the back. A tiny deli and offered bottled beer and tiny bottles of wine or tiny bottles of liquor only.

I dont hate Lucky Star. I love it!! But!!?? I went into the casino the first week of March 2020. Then again the second week of March me & my girlfriend. Together we spent $600 the first week and then $500 the following week. Been their for hours both times!! Not once did we ever get called for a hot seat drawing?? I seen a lot of people come in way after we had been their AGAIN for hours. Next thing I know they are being called for a hot seat drawing. I do know one thing and it is not my opinion either. But I know the players club (ladies) employees CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT PERIOD!!!!

We were immediately greeted at the door by several employees. The staff is super kind , friendly, and helpful. The facilities were immaculate and the food is picture perfect. Theres a shuttle provided from the parking lot to the front door. Plenty of handicap parking. Lovely place

The games are mostly shut down. No more self serve drinks which seems to be a pain n the neck by employees. No more full menu in deli. Not the same atmosphere nomore.

Stopped for one night while traveling to Arizona with our Rv. The overflow parking lot was easy to find and offered free 30 and 50 amp hookup which was much appreciated. Very quiet and overlooked large grass/wooded area.The casino was clean and staff were very friendly. We each received $10 in free play because it was our first time there. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

Was great for awhile then after about 8pm it seemed like the machines automatically became more difficult to even get any type of bonuses or free spins it was as though the more crowded it got more you feed $20 after $20 after $20

It would be just fine with the masks if some wouldnt pick and choose as to what customers have to wear masks properly.

The casino is well sanitized. They make sure there isnt any smoking for vaping, which makes it cleaner to be around.

I can say thank you -- The Lucky Star Casinos Just saved me a small fortune - I dont normally carry my ID around with me and when they asked me for ID figured I didnt need to spend money there anyway. What reason would there be to ask for an ID of people that are Obviously Over 21 -

First time here, horrible experience. Put money in a VGT machine and it wouldnt play or cash out. No employees around, but another patron said the VGTs were locked up Apparently they made an announcement, but that was at least 20 minutes prior, because thats when I arrived. They had only two employees going around with malfunction sheets, then a group of patrons had to be escorted to the cashier so we could stand in line to get our money. I wasted at least 30 minutes. With no announcements and no one closing the vacant machines, it was a recurring problem. And nothing paid. Bonuses were a joke ($3 return on a $1 bet), patrons were upset, and all the cashier desks were closed but the main one. With all the hand pays, there was a line there. We wont be going back.

I’ve been going to this casino for 3 years now with no problem. Went today with my grandma and the snarky blond at the players club overheard my grandma mention I didn’t have my drivers license. Suddenly it’s a problem and the blond lady tells me I can’t be on the property without my drivers license. Been in there hundreds of times without it and today it was a problem? Hm. check everyone or don’t bother. Been to the players club so many times and it looks like it’s her first day. Should be her last based on how she handled the situation.

They took out most of the machines that are actually good and everyone is usually on the good machines that are left needs more classic machine6!!

This is a nice place to come and unwind, have drinks, see a show and play. Sometimes my friends and I stay nearby so we dont have to hit the road. Im glad the casino is near enough to us for day trips. They do a good job here.

If you just want to gamble, this is for you. No shows here. They do have a small bar and deli. Did not check out the deli to see what they have. Nothing like Nevada places. The overflow parking lot is on a slant. So anyone with a RV beware. Also only 2 places for power. 2 -50 amp, 1 -30 amp and 6 household plug-ins. Just have a long extension cord, or be there early to get next to the pole.

Had a wonderful time there this evening with one of my cousins and his wife!! Fun time untill smoke got to me and had to come home.

Need to expand the building so they can have table games in the same building and a gift shop to.nice to look around.

Mixed bag here for me. Gambling wise, machines were very tight and I got no play for the amount of money lost. Not even a cherry on the last $40. I spent on a dollar machine.The snack bar was great though. Great food, great staff, great prices and great portions. Id go back more for the food than the gaming.

This was the worse experience ever!! Not only did quite a few machines begin to black screen in middle of me playing them...to top it off, I was refused a beer after I had only drank 3 in A 5 hour timeframe! The bartender refused to give an explanation of her refusal to serve me! I had them call the police so I could file a report in which I have filed a complaint with the gaming commission as well. BEWARE . If you compliment the new bartender the old lady bartender will become jealous and refuse you drinks!!!anything wrong to justify

Odds are good. always leave breaking even. non alcoholic drinks are on the house , restrooms clean and the food is good. portions are huge. my husband and i share a meal and we are big people and there is always some left over ! five stars. i only wish they offered a hotel/ 5 stars

I was spent my time almost 2 days played slots then stop by small restaurant order a hamburger steak and bake potato. It turn out terrible . The potato was so old and the burger steak so dark over cook and dirty.Please service your customers honestly with foods . I saw 5-6 people in the kitchen f**king around didnt thing . Again, foods service is very bad and dirty.

Hey guys do your self a favor dont go to lucky stars to gamble. They have low payouts and its Hard to win even 25 bucks. I have gone there a few times played there machines and could win even the bet back.

Im not sure why there are negative reviews but I imagine they came from people who didnt win or had bad luck at this casino. Its a small little place off of I 40 and it isnt really built like a traditional casino but it is loaded with slots and even has a small tables Room for games like blackjack. It has pretty much the same rules as most other casinos. I cant tell you if the slot machines are tight or not because I dont play slots but if you can get past the aesthetics and look then you will see that it is a casino just like any other where you can gamble to potentially win and potentially lose. The odds are always in favor of the house no matter where you go so if youre looking for better odds I Suggest you go to Vegas (where there are more casinos which means more variety but not necessarily better oddwls) but the short time I went there I had no complaints outside of the 50 cent ante for black Jack but other than that its not a bad casino if youre looking for a little entertainment while traveling.

Went spent all day, machine crashed. Employee says come back anytime we will pay you. We asked several times to be sure. Come back and called in advance as told by employee, they don’t know who I am and don’t know who would tell me that. Really thought they would square up, had I know or read all the previous reviews I wouldn’t have set foot in there. Still got my player card but they don’t know me. Go at your own risk. I know the gaming Commission pro won’t do anything but I’m still filing a complaint.

You would have better luck trying to steal a piece of meat from a hungry lion. This casino sucks. Ive been there around 10 times and only once have i actually gotten over what i bet. Ive lost about 3 grand in those 10 times and will never return to this place.
