While Michaels maybe a good store to find a large selection of different craft items, the store here can be quite crowded including the bulking out of merchandise on the floor while customers are shopping. This doesnt make for a great comfortable experience in the store.Other than that, this store has a large selection of items in its category is giving you a good selection to choose from while shopping.On our last several visits here the line has moved fairly quickly which is always great.when shopping here dont forget your 20% off coupon usually available through mail their app or just a quick Google search will bring one up for you.

Stopped in to try and find a new frame, it was a odd size I was looking for. When I talk to the woman in the framing department, she informed me that they could just replace the glass that was broken from the frame that I had. My luck, they were also able to do it while I waited. Both woman in the department were very helpful and pleasant. I will bring this store, my next framing piece I need done.

Wonderful shopping experience. I had a problem that the cashier & manager solved for me. They showed great patience & sincere concern while helping. I am forever grateful. The store was well stocked as well, with the items I came to buy. That was a pleasant surprise. Most Michaels are running low on jewelry beads. This one was full to the brim with them. I bought pieces that I have been wanting to buy for years. So happy that I finally found them there.

They have good sales. I didnt know about the $4 grab bag before. This is what I got. A box of scented bubbles for my granddaughter. I will look for the grab bag sale again next year. $45 worth for $4.

This is a Great Michaels mostly. The staff is so nice and they really know there store. I would give 5 stars but the shelves are messy and alot of stuff is out of place but thats more the shoppers fault not putting things back where they got them from. But all in all they have great merchandise from all your craft needs to seasonal picked up some really cool Halloween stuff today. All in all a strong 4

I went to Aarons custom framing and had the best customer service experience Ive had in years! Bobbi was so very nice, helpful, informed about the products and WELCOMING!!! I didnt get that helpless feeling like I was bothering someone whos job it is to help me!! Old School good ol fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I like Michaels. Some items are expensive but if you catch a sale all the better. I find everything I usually go in there for. Lately, the lines were extremely long for a weekday at an off time. Which made me put my items back and leave the store that particular day.

Great selection ! It stocks most of the inventory listed on line. Great if you need to actually, see what your buying. The staff is helpful. The location is in a strip mall, so if your friends dont want to come in, they have plenty of other options . Ample parking. Handy capable parking as well as access.

My orders have always been correct and on time. When coming to the store to pick up however, I had been standing right near the registers, as instructed for the in store pickup, and I’ve been totally ignored by multiple employees. Customer service could be better.

The store was a mess. Items were strewn all over the floor and not arranged on the shelves in any kind of organization.

I have purchased and done curbside pick up multiple times during quarantine. It has been a life saver! Ready in timely manner ( within 2 hours) and pick up is quick/organized. Happy to know I can still rely on Michaels for last minute baking / celebrations needs.

A good craft store that I used to buy framing and match for my photography, don’t ever pay full price because it’s always on sale and they always have coupons. The iPhone app is great and allows you to save money with their online coupons. If your framing yourself, I recommend highly

Unorganized, poorly stocked, over crowded, and underwhelming. Staff was friendly and nice though!

Make sure your phone is at full battery when coming here, because youll want to have something to do while waiting on their long lines. Some aisles are near empty and everything is displaced.

TREAT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME! I pressed the buzzer to get assistance from the spray paint cabinet. Not only did the attendant help the lady who arrived after me, but he handed her her spray paint and insisted he needed to walk mine to the register. When I asked him why he only needed to walk me to the register, he made up some lame excuse. Will no longer be spending here, and will be spreading the word on how you will be profiled here.

Michaels gets very busy at the holidays. But if you order online, to pick up in store, they have separate reps near door for that. Prepay then just sign in store. Almost no line, and fadt & efficient. Great service. Parking & traffic for Clifton store very hard in late December, but that is not their fault, the strip mall has limited space. Starbucks doesnt help. Off season this store is even better & parking typically not a problem. Saturdays are heavier though.

Very rude, unprofessional staffs. I was here for cubside pickup, called them twice and I was told to stay inside of car right in front of the store, they brought my item for 3 times but they did not even look at my car & went back inside 3 times. I had to call again and again (of course, they were rude on the phone), and I was blamed for not stay in the car. I am still in the car! Then, I had to stand in front of the store again to talk with employees, they are all rude. It took 40 minutes to pick up a item

The summer Black Friday sale has made it so I could paint little canvases for my wedding. Thank you so much. I hope they do this next year as well! It was buy one get TWO free. It cut my wedding costs IMMENSELY. Their prices are always fair, and their sales are great.

They never have anything Im looking for. I ordered something online for pick up. And when I went to pick it up, the product was completely different than what I ordered. I had to return it right then & there because I couldnt use it. Hobby Lobby & other Michaels stores seem to be more reliable with variety in crafts.

I even received a coupon for 50% off for my birthday! Coupons can be texted as well. Great for teachers, parents or camp counselors, who are creating arts & crafts activities. Very affordable. The staff here is excellent. Bobbi really helped me out and had some thoughtful suggestions. I had no idea where to look and she swooped right in and lent a hand. This is what customer service is supposed to be like!Also, even though there was a long line at checkout, the cashiers did an excellent job at moving customers through the line quickly and efficiently. The cashier also reminded me that my purchase was eligible for the online coupon which saved me another 20%!Be mindful going in and out of the parking lot, it is crowded no matter what time of day you go. You may need to enter via the entrance behind the store by Costco and drive around the back of the building. You may not be served best by leaving out of that entrance as there always seems to be substantial traffic leave the Costco parking lot, best go out the front entrance to save yourself the time and aggravation.If you can, back into the parking spot as it will make it significantly easier for you when you leave.

My WIFE goes almost every 2 weeks and she Loves the place.

Maybe is because it was a Saturday or what but it was a mad house in there. I would go back another day maybe during the week. Just to find parking its like playing the lottery lol I went in to buy some Christmas foam stickers and their stock was very limited. Not a lot of options to choose from.

Accepted our coupons without an issue, unlike AC Moores charging twice as much for the same product and would not accept their own coupons because the product was now buy one take one half price. All we needed was one.

Great store for arts & crafts. They accept coupons from competitors (AC Moore) so you should be able to find some sort of discount online. The store is organized for the most part and staff are friendly. Section of the store is dedicated to seasonal items so theres always new things with every season. They also have a framing department for photos / canvases you want to frame.
