I have been a member oh the Grays for four years and have done lots of volunteer work rehabbing the building. The drill hall is huge with an upper balcony. The 2nd and 3rd floors have the museum and club rooms. Lots of history in this building with massive sandstone blocks in the front that it looks like a fortress. There are regular open houses so don’t miss seeing this building if you get a chance. Lots of volunteers keep this place going.

Grays Armory is a unique part of Cleveland history. Built in 1893 and recently upgraded with modern amenities such as accessible restrooms and air - conditioning, the Armory provides a great performing space. Saturday night we enjoyed an outstanding performance by David Wickerham on the 1928 Wurlitzer Theatre pipe organ that has resided at Grays since 1969. Another gem of little known Cleveland history.
