This is our go to theater.They always have the best movies out and compared to their direct competition in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs it is the best.The place is never too crowded and the matinee prices are phenomenal.If you want to avoid the big crowds and packed theaters like we do, definitely come here.They have on site security too. So you dont have to worry about 300 teenagers causing a scene and fighting outside like one theater in the area.Highly recommend Middleburg regal to everyone

The manager, Cody, was very helpful when we explained the cold air in the theater and with explaining to us the senior discount, which we did not get when we first came in and were charged more then we should have been. Cody resolved our situation and we walked out very satisfied. Thank you Cody for your help!

I loved this place because I got exactly what I came for... a movie and overpriced snacks and soda. What more could you ask for. Dont walk in thinking you will get a deal on refreshments.... Its a movie theater, what did you expect. The handful of Snowcaps was worth the $4.50, but if you get their popcorn....ask for a whole stick of butter

Our family loves coming to Regal to see movies! The seats are comfortable, the sound is good, and the popcorn is always great!

All good except no ac. So warm & stuffy. When you spend 34 bucks to sit & watch a movie, you should be comfortable. Very disappointed. (& of course it was a long movie 2hr 50 min.

(Apparently my original review was wiped out??) This is my local Regal and my favorite to visit. They did some renovations a few years ago so things are extremely comfortable. Im not skinny and I love that the arms of the chairs now lift up. The theaters and facilities are always clean. Ive been visiting this location for years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a very inclusive staff which I love seeing. Its a great place to visit and a comfortable place - even the smaller theaters - to view your movie. I dont think weve ever experienced any technical issues or anything.

Decent theater. Seats leave something to be desired in todays era of reclining leather seats while this one is just a conventional style. Sound was good. Video was high quality. Popcorn was kinda bland.

When I went to go see my film the volume was alarmingly loud. Id like to give this theatre a good score but I cannot if i have to leave the first 10 minutes of the film to tell the concession stand that there is a problem.

They should tear this place down. Movie stopped 4 different times, when they did get it started again there was no audio. This place is trash. We went for a work function where they have is all coupons for a small popcorn. Get to the counter and the young ladies behind the counter yell this isnt free its just a discount! Rude staff, rude and inept management and just a garbage theatre. They sent in a 16 year old boy to tell you they were restarting the movie, we still only got the music with no dialog. Why has Regal allowed this place to stay operational? The seats are old school, no recliner, the carpet is disgusting. You would think they would remodel or at least invest in audio and video equipment that works. And hire an adult to run the place.

Its a pretty good theater except the fact the tickets cost a couple dollars more than say the theater in mentor at least when i was there not that long ago. Here its 10.50 per adult. 8 somethin for kids. Comfortable chairs just not recliners. Great picture and i also love the layout of the theater with a restroom near each one. Very convenient

Bought a ticket for the Downton Abbey movie Friday 9/20/19 at 4:30 pm. Showtime was Sunday 12:30. Arrived at 12:15 showed our tickets at concession since there was no ticket taker. Sat in the theater for an hour & finally went to ask why we are only seeing commercials & not the movie. Was told late Friday they decided to change the time to get a larger audience. Would have been nice to know this when we arrived - could have spent that hour doing something else. Totally threw off our schedule for the day. Will have to start using another theater where the customer is considered in decisions or at least informed of them. If you have tickets in advance may want to check your time before leaving for the movie.

The food was good and the prices even better.

Bought our tickets online and was alittle late- made it right when movie started avoiding the trailers.. Website stated theater closes 11:30 but we got their at 11:02 and almost were not let in. The kid at the door was getting pizza delivered and stated they were closed and already locked the doors. Had to ask permission to let us in after telling him I already purchased tickets online. Makes me wonder if he wasnt at the door getting his pizza if hed even bother with is at the door... Regardless he let us in because we already had tickets. Theater was not updated and smelled funky. The first seats we picked had pop spilled and was super sticky so ended up moving. Usually I go to Regal Crocker or North Olmsted- I recommend those over Middleburg and will continue to stick with those in the future

The service here was great all the staff was friendly and helpful and when coming out for more food or beverage THEY WERE STILL OPEN!!!! NOT LIKE THE AMC THEATERS-who close thier stands early ! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the place needs updated and the seats are old and the theaters are small ...

This movie theater is one of my favorites! The snacks are always stocked and the cashiers have made amazing suggestions countless times for me when asked. The ticket price is also very reasonable plus the shopping center has great places to eat and drink for either before or after a great experience!

The movie Downton Abbey was good. The theater could use some updating.

Saw a great movie today. It was clean and the staff was very nice.

Clean, neat, orderly and well-designed. The snack bar is over-priced. The audio level was not too loud in our theater, very comfortable. Audience members should help clean up, by not leaving their garbage in the aisles.

I only go to the square to see a movie, I travel there I dont go shopping, but it is pretty big and has a lot of stores so it looks pretty good its always busy, the movie theater is pretty good

It is still the 90s inside here and I love that. This place was always packed in the early 00s. Now, it is basically a ghost town. Great place to go see a new movie if you dont want a big crowd.

This is a good place to go on the west side if you just want to go to a theater with general admission seating. I have walked away from several other theaters with fancy recliner seating because they didnt have 2 seats near the back of the theater next to each other. We usually end up here because you can decide to go to a movie at the last minute and not be stuck sitting in the first row or being split up from the person or people going to see the movie with you.

Theater 11, first 1110am show Sunday, felt like no heat! Wore winter coat, mittens through the whole movie and was still frozen when we left! Someone needs to check the heat is on prior to letting people in to watch a movie!! Movies arent cheap! The Grinch was great...

Great movie house....great price for movie admission...only $8. Popcorn is better than most. Big, CLEAN theater, with fantastic sound system. Personally thought the Noovie Arcade game using your cell phone was rather dumb, but I dont play video games. Kids would probably think its cool. Really friendly and helpful staff working the ticket booth and popcorn stand. Would definitely come back.

Ive had better and Ive had worse movie experiences. Theatre was small and patrons behind me were wrapping presents or something. Slight audio bleed from adjacent theatre. Video quality was clear and bright, although screen was small and emergency exit sign illuminated right side of screen during dark scenes.

Well it was just awful honestly. The seats are very uncomfortable and they dont go very high. The theater I was in brought me to about half the screen. The prices were just outrageous. I understand that theaters usually charge quite a bit, but $5 for a bottle of water? Really?! Also, you couldnt recline/lay down, which really takes a toll on someone if they just sit for 1 and a half straight. This place needs SERIOUS renovations and changes

Could not get comfortable in the seat. Pretty this will be a deal- breaker. Ill stick to Cinemark. Other than that, theatre experience was fine.

I really like that on most days i have gone to this theatre it hasnt been jam packed with people. Its really chill. The seats are not the best and a little uncomfortable. Other than that I enjoy this theatre.

The young customer service agent who sell tickets have always been amazing! Were in wheelchairs and they always come and help us enter through all the doors to get to the ticket booth. Very helpful in all aspects.The theaters are clean, well laid out, easily accessible & wheelchair friendly. We really enjoy coming to this theater.

Always clean, always polite staff, and the theaters always seem to have quality sound system. Other bigger theaters seem to have sound bouncing off the walls and conflicting.

Went to see Avengers Infinity Wars with a free ticket. This theater was nice when it first opened back in the 90s. But it does need some serious updating building wise now. They need to update to a more comfortable seating or recliner seating. But I only go to this theater when I get a free ticket from a friend. Its still nice but needs upgrading.

This is our favorite theatre.Its never too busy and all the movies we want to see are always there. Tuesdays are their discount movie night. We always visit on Tuesday evenings.

As movie theatres go, this is one of the better ones. Well kept and comfortable. Senior discount available.

Drinks were delicious, the popcorn left something to be desired, stale and not enough butter. Enjoyed the movie and presentation of it although I wish the chairs had more of an recline to them. they were very stiff and definitely had to push quite a bit hard on the seat in front of you to lean the seat back at all and had to keep holding it like that.

Im a big movie guy. I would say I go to the movies at least twice a week. This theater is my go to theater. The staff clean the theaters well after showings. However, when going back to enter the actual theater, Ive been a little uncertain about if someone is supposed to look at my ticket. Sometimes theres someone waiting there, sometimes there isnt. If anyone were to ask, Id show them my ticket of course.

I took my family to see a movie here yesterday! The parking lot was packed. But there werent many people inside the building. I think these cars were from the people shopping around the plaza. Overall, I like the experience. Again, there werent many people.

Standard movie theater. Would have given another star, but have had projector failures a couple times. Doesnt hold up to the updated pricing for movies.Bathrooms need updated. Nothing more annoying than having to go during a movie, trying to rush, but having to deal with slow hand dryers and narrow stalls.Concessions are okay. Popcorn is fresh popped. Good candy selection. Variety of other treats, too. The pizza, however, takes too long to cook, is overly spicy, and frankly, kind of gross tasting. It LOOKS like it should be good, but its not at all.The free movie club is decent for being free.

Not the best theater we can get to, but its alright. We werent even here to go to a movie. I just happened to be in the area for lunch. I have been here before. Weve been coming here since before 2005. Its definitely improved since then.

Best movie theater for little ones. Everyone is always polite and there are always lots of seats to choose from. A little slower then your average movie theater but that is perfect for kids. Knowing they can laugh and dance while watching a movie without people complaining is just what every parent needs. A worry free movie experience every time.

They dont have the loungers , just old style seats. Not crowded for a matinee and alot of nearby places to go to eat afterwards. Good location near 71 but the traffic gets a bit crazy at rush hour.

This is a very clean theater and the seating is great. The layout of the theater is not to be desired because the last row is incredibly far back. However, the presentation is nice and the mandatory reserved seating makes it easier to plan when you need to arrive.

Messed up at the box office. gave me tickets to see show, then revoked them (once i was in the line for popcorn) because i am not 18, and i was going with an 18 year old to see a movie. i got upset and the manager told me to shut up. you’re not supposed to tell your patrons to shut up. will not ever come back again, especially with a manager talking like a child. terrible service, treats patrons poorly.

I was to the movies on Christmas day. I purchased 1 adult ticket and 2 child tickets and was charged $32 which was $7.75 too much. The older gentleman who was working wasnt happy when I gave him my Regal Crown Card to scan. He actually huffed at me! I thought that $32 seemed way too expensive but I didnt question him because there was a huge line and the worker was already angry. I looked at my tickets when I got home and found the problem. Attached to my string of tickets was another ticket for a matinee at 1:50pm. I was there for the 4:20pm show. The extra ticket I paid for! I tried calling the theater for the next 3 days but no one answers the phone. I sent customer relations an e-mail and no one responded to it and its been a week! I went to the theater to get my money back and spoke to the manager named Brian Walters. He said they dont refund money! Then he told me too much time has passed which has been 6 days. I let him know that if they answered their phone maybe 6 days wouldnt have passed. He then ripped the extra matinee ticket off of the string of tickets. Wow!!! I think he was trying to cover up their mistake! And to make matters worse, he said to call corporate. After calling corporate 3 different days I still havent had a return call! Way to treat your customers Regal!

Nice, clean, friendly operation. Atmosphere is updated but resonant of the better qualities of former neighborhood theaters.

The seats are great for long movies as your butt stays awake for the whole thing. Easy in and easy out. Nice classic cinema experience.

Go on Tuesday for discount day. Regular priced days are just not worth it when concessions are so overpriced.

INSANE! Im gunna have to stick to redbox. Even with supposed $4 Atom ticket I paid $20 for 2 tickets. No wonder theater was empty.
