Been to games and they were Awesome! All the players gave the boys high fives as they walked into the arena!!! Im writing this review because tonight the monsters visited our rink in Elyria Ohio! These guys were a class act! Truly great examples of what pro athletes should represent! Cant express with words how impressed I was by these guys! Happy these are the kind of guys my sons look up to!!!!!!

Saw the Monsters season opener at The Q. Such a family fun time or all ages. Kids can dance in the stands, chuck a puck and even skate with the players. They really make the hockey game fun and interactive. Its really a high energy atmosphere. If you cant have fun at a Monsters game then you cant have fun.

I love Hockey and I love Cleveland Monsters.

Stay away from the Westfield Club. Sales rep sold us a bill of goods. First night when they were promoting club it was great, has been downhill ever since. The Aramark manager in club needs a class in customer service. The rest of staff is friendly and have shared stories of low attendance as reasoning for food shortages and share no love for management. Absolute disappointment!!!

I took a couple neighbor boys to see the hockey game. They had never been to one before. During the game, it was interactive with the Kiss Camera, the music, and other things making it a fun experience.The following weekend, we went to the NHL game in Columbus. By comparison, the Lake Erie Monsters was 300% better, and Lake Erie Monsters is a minor league team!We decided were going back to see the Lake Erie Monsters again. The game was fun to watch, and the interaction between sets is fun. It was a great evening! We parked at the parking garage across the street, and surprisingly, it didnt take too long for us to get out of it.Were definitely going back and would recommend this over the Blue Jackets NHL game any day! the NHL crams commercials down your throat and its just boring and overpriced down there in Columbus.

Always a great time

One of the worst experiences at an event EVER!!!!!!!!! Ordering the tickets and the customer service was good, but once the money was paid it all goes down hill fast. Starting with we went as a family (2 adults and a child 3 years old) and went down early (4pm for dinner) with the intent of parking in the garage we paid for with the family package we got. To our surprise the garage was closed and when calling the box office asking for help was told basically too bad that is how it is. So we paid for parking (15.00) to park for the hour to eat then parked again in the right garage (which we already paid for) so now have paid twice. Then we also had a 20.00 voucher, and yet again not told how this works, we went to purchase food, I had one ticket stub with me and they told me that was only good for 5.00. So again no info provided from the person who sold us the tickets. On top of that the cashier at the food stand was rude, unfriendly and tried to keep my 5.00 voucher when I told her I no longer wanted the items as I was suppose to have a 20.00 voucher. Then the family friendly section they said we were seated in was filled with beer drinking fools. We also paid for family picture, which we took and have yet to receive. AVOID these games they are a rip off and horrible experience for families. They charge high prices for crappy products and treat you like crap.

I have always supported Cleveland Hockey and always will. Its great entertainment and the MHC is just an extension of family.

I absolutely love the Monsters. What I do not love is that my favorite player, Andrew Agozzino is no longer on the team. Very upsetting. Definitely worth the three stars for #18. I miss you. :(
