Dinner was okay The food was definitely not at the right temperatures. Our waitress was more interested in chatting it up with the guy at the table near us then refilling our drinks or checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Due to the pandemic there is not the same type of food nor as many different food choices on the buffet as usual. I did enjoy the company I was with and the fun that we had that evening. I may go back after Covid 19 goes away and perhaps be able to give a better review at that time.

Nice and laid back atmosphere... What more could you want from a casino, right? Everyone wants to win more money right, lolOverall this is a pretty cool place rather it be table games or slots, or the fairly priced drinks, or the variety of good eats, its a win, win if youre in the greater Cleveland area!

Win some lose some.. the kiosk for the burger shop is absolutely annoying but hamburger is to die for. Wish drinks didnt take so long. The place is clean and fun be prepared to lose and be thankful to win... ️

I only stopped in to kill some time. Spent maybe 20 mins and $40. Everything was neat and the cleaning staff were busy cleaning away. I absolutely adore the cleaner who says Thursday dance. He has a dance for every day of the week. I think his name is Dennis. If you visit during the day you cant leave until you see him! He is fantastic and will make your day!!!!

Kreston is still a great spirit store. You can get nearly anything you are looking for. They give excellent customer service. Even bringing your bags out. The only store that does this to my knowledge.

I would like someone to explain to me how it is possible to get a box of old spoiled french fries when everything is suppose to be fresh. Normally i would let this go but after spending $35 on two sandwiches, Im really upset and grossed out about this.

We visited here when it was still known as the Horseshoe Casino, just now posting my review. It was nicely run but we are not gamblers just in town for a business convention. I am sure those with this inclination will find enjoyment at the slots or tables. Come on Lucky 7!

I was able to play Video Poker andalso play my favorite card game,Ms.Stud. Not lucky at latter.

I love black jack. Stood around for over 2 hours to get on a table. Several of us. They wont open extra tables. Nothing going on on the first and third floor. My wife enjoyed the machines. I enjoyed the bar since I couldnt play.

Jack was good mostly.. until we tried to leave. Its my birthday, was celebrating, we won some money! Then when we asked about where we give our parking card to pay so we could grab a bottle before the store closed, it became a huge ordeal where we were told we had to sign up for a jack card and got told all sorts of wrong directions to the card kiosk, so we tried to use the scooters, dont know how so ran out of time on the bottle, then finally we get to the jack card sign up area, the guy tells us we could have just paid, gives us free parking anyways for the crazy situation, then when we pull up to hand the guy our card and the free pass, he just said all good so we didnt even need the parking pass!!!! Kinda ruined the end of my birthday :/ but thanks for the money!

Fun. Great atmosphere and beautiful high rollers section, they also have alot of promotions going on all the time.

This was my first time at a casino. It was so much fun! The staff was super helpful and since we won 50+ credits on our Jack card we got free t shirts. The bartenders were very attentive and made delicious drinks! We will definitely be back!

It honestly really depends on the day and the type of people that are there I did not just visit I have never gamble there I work there and its okay place to work just like many jobs youre going to have the same childhood drama but theres a lot of good people there it all depends on the guests and alcohol and whether they were winning or losing and how theyre going to treat you a more than the environment during this covid-19 have people come clean everything spray tan machines down Etc hopefully when everything gets back to normal and were fully functioning in the end it will be a great place for everyone to experience

Nice casino inside. Staff was pretty friendly. The only issues I had were very high table Minimums and this is one of the only casinos in the United States that does not have free parking.

Very disappointed that all table games start at $15.00 per hand. Many regulars are not going down to the casino. Mostly older people believe that $15.00 per hand is too much. They are staying away. I stopped today at around 11:00am. Not many people playing table games. Hopefully you will rethink this policy and go back to $5.00 or $10.00 per hand. Had a rough first experience but honestly my second time back Jacks redeemed itself quite a bit. The tables were still very crowded however I enjoyed a handful of pleasant Blackjack rounds with an awesome dealer. The Jacks club perks and benefits were numerous and the T-shirt that I won made my night! Much better even during the pandemic.

It is nice to be important but more important to be nice. Usually when I give a 5 dollar tip to waitress they are very appreciative and at least say thank you. I guess Jack must be underpaying their employees to have been treated that way, although with the money their losing I can understand.

We always have a fun time at the Jack Casino! The atmosphere is lively and there are tons of slot machines and gaming tables. I like the fact that its located in a very ornate historical downtown building, it has beautiful architecture. The DJ plays a great variety of songs. Must see if youre in Cleveland!

Never have won at this places since started playing.And also the payout is very low on table games.I have not seen any big progressive on table games.Totally different then other casinos.Still giving five star for your response.

Came to Jack on a whim from Preston County WV. Nice long drive, but so worth it. Everyone who was working the evening we came, were very helpful and friendly. We stayed and played a good while. The food court is a bit expensive, but that is to be expected when they are making pretty great food. The night life scene is something we dont get to see too much of and was interesting to say the least. We will be returning this summer to be able to walk around outside from our hotel to the casino without being so cold :)

Not as busy as normal, because of covid that was a plus, food in food court was sub-par....I mean you cant charge 10 dollars for a slice of pizza thats worth less than a dollar....If you gamble, dont play poker, and not hungry this will be a okay venue...

Decent place to gamble. The Jack is usually not that crowded, at least when Ive gone it wasnt. The few places inside to eat are okay for quick bites, nothing to brag about. I havent tried them all. I often go to the same little spot for a quick bite (literally beef sticks or candy) just to tide me over until I get home LOL. I dont go down there often, but when I do, it is enjoyable.

Its somewhere we can go in downtown Cleveland to spend a few hours indoors having fun. The employees are VERY COVID-19 responsible, wearing masks & sanitizing machines NON STOP. Its within walking distance of tons of other places too.

Went for the buffet, food quality and selection was awful. Ive had better food in a school cafeteria.

Not too many people and enforced social distancing. Drinks were decent.

They gave me an issue about my Id and wouldnt let me in when they let 50 people in without checking there id come on now Im from out of town trying to have some fun

My only problem is you can be there for hours and get no drink not even water they never come i liked the old way them walking about they only come to the ones who paying and its not just me people around me say it too

Unfortunately, it was disappointing that I was asked by a table boss to move away from my husband who was playing cards due to social distancing. We are married and obviously live in the same house. I would be understanding if there were other players on the table, but it was only my husband and the dealer. I was standing 2 feet behind him observing. Nobody else around. I dont think the guidelines stipulate that spouses cant be near each other. I politely insisted we are married and there is no other players on that table that Im infringing on their space. Needless to say, my husband cashed out and we left. No point in going when I cant even be near my husband.

I felt it was way too crowded considering we are dealing with covid-19. Plus I was a bit upset when I went to cash out my tickets... I put all three of my tickets in to cash out but only received my money for two of them (I didnt get my $35). Unfortunately I didnt realize it until I walked away and someone else was already cashing out their winnings . I went back to customer service but the line was too long and honestly I wasnt sure how we could resolve the issue anyhow. Very disappointing

I enjoyed my time visiting the casino. Very good location, friendly dealers, and I won a few hundred so that always makes it favorable. I liked that the casino had two floors but honestly I never made it off the skywalk floor.

Love Jack !!! Both locations give you so much ... They go out of their way to show appreciation to their members... unlike other the casino (wont mention a name) in the area that gives you practically nothing for your loyalty.

By far the biggest waste of time and money ever. Machines were tight, no smoking area , overall dirty casino. Mass amounts of security inside the casino but exit at your own risk. Employees were rude, unprofessional and not friendly. Never going back.......

First time there i had a nice experience. Free buffet for new members and a t shirt. You have to have a card and scan it at the kiosk machine to get the t shirt and free buffet might have been because my birthday was they other day. You can earn free parking but points. Make sure you pott your card in every machine to get your points. Buffet was awesome. Ill definitely go back

We had to visit a Casino while visiting.I’m glad we choose Jacks as downtown Cleveland is always so pretty and even more so with all the Christmas decorations still lit.We are not big gamblers but we do enjoy going to the casinos when traveling.We played blackjack and the dealer helped explained to me how this game works! Very friendly and made it fun.We made a few bucks and then hit the slots on the way out to win a few more dollars , it was a fun night,We made a return visit, feeling lucky , the next day and went back to the same table and met another nice dealer and his manager.We actually won a few hundred and we gladly took our winnings and even left with a tshirt.Overall we had a great time! We look forward to go back one day and hopefully win a few bucks again.The only bad part was upon leaving the parking garage we were told it was $60 to park for 2 hours, I was not happy as I didn’t see any signs telling us of “Special event parking” nor did I know how to get it comped. Unless I missed the fee for parking sign.None the less the parking attendant reduced our parking to $25, still really steep for 2 hours.Just beware and ask questions!Other than the parking issue everything else was fantastic and we will return.
