Michaels is so much more than a craft store! Michaels has home decor...things that are super cute. I cant count the amount of times Id stop at Michaels to get a project to do over the past few months especially during quarantine. Ordering online and picking up curbside is so efficient and easy. Michaels is definitely a cure for boredom during these times plus you get the opportunity to be creative.

I love this store and customer service has been great but don’t offer curb side pick up when you can’t get the order right. I have a baby and an older parent that lives with me. Therefor I got curb aide to avoid bringing anything in. But when I got my order something was missing. My canvas wasn’t in there. I had to park the car, take my baby out of the car seat and go in just to get it. The point of curbside pick up is to not go in. So upset that they couldn’t get it right

The staff is always polite and helpful they can help you use your app to get your coupons they are great at answering questions and coming up with ideas

I can never complain about Michaels. Its affordable, usually in stock, and the staff is amazing. As an avidly practicing artist, it is the perfect place for me to pick up some much needed supplies. Perfect for every hobby.

Not always the most stocked, but I still always end up leaving with more than I intended to! And everyone is so friendly!

Not stocked well. Grab boxes were nothing but pine cones, I could get those from my yard for free. Never can find anyone on the floor to help you find anything. Prices not marked on items on sale, just says buy one get one. That doesnt tell anyone anything. This store needs better management for certain.

Lots of fantastic deals and online coupons allow for a pleasant experience. You nearly never see employees and rarely get helped, but you rarely need the help to begin with.

Micheals never disappoints. Employees are nice and helpful. Store is always clean and organized. I can always easily find what Im looking for in this location. The clearance isle is always my first stop. There are always great items on clearance.

Love this place. My only problem is, I tend to spend more then I intended. Love the craft classes for kids.I bought an inexpensive dress for my niece and boy did I get my moneys worth. Love getting my yarn from here. The location at the Loop seems to have the best selection and assortment in yarns. Especially since i have three stores to choose from this one is the farthest but worth the drive.

This store is so much fun to go in. I could spend hours week on this store. It not only has everything u need for making crafts and projects. It has classes offered also. It makes your creative mind let loose, so it theory it is making you smarter.

I love Michaels! They had the biggest sale when I went and I went on a frenzy lol! I love shopping at Michels. I spent a good two hours in there.

Its ok. Ive been in a few times and can never find what Im looking for. A little messy in places too. The associates seem nice though.

I love this store. The cashiers are always patient while I look up the competitor coupons. The store is always clean and organized.

Frame work is good, but stood around for 15 minutes in the frame section and nobody helped us. We pushed the assistance button multiple times and nobody came. Not a good sign for longevity of the location.

Easy to find every art item youre looking for! They have an awesome rewards program, so sign up! Even if you leave a coupon at home/your phone wont pull up the website, they sometimes have coupons for members on hand. Lovely staff, clean facilities, all around great craft store!

Who doesnt love Michaels!!!! I have loved going to different Michaels for years BUT I have to say the prices are crazy, with this new world of Amazon I dont see these places staying open for too much longer. Still its a great place to get your craft needs met locally.

Awesome framing department and great deals throughout the store.

Have a wide assortment of things for various crafts, however only a little bit for any one of them. Such as a few segments of leather and basic tools for leather work, a large variety of paint and brushes with canvas, some sewing supplies etc. They do not carry supplies for avid crafters, a prime example would be they dont have rolls of cloth and textiles for sewing, only a few pins and buttons etc.

Always love going to Michaels and finding all the secret Deals they have around the store. Usually can find what Im looking for
