Me and my daughter went here for her birthday and it was an awesome experience. We learned a lot and Mr.Steed was very help. We will go here again and I recommend this to anyone looking to try out archery. Thanks Mr. Steed I feel very knowledgeable now about archery!

Lots of personal attention.

I took my son and friend to get our hunter certification here. Joe is a fantastic teacher and is extremely well versed in the field. I highly recommend taking classes and furthering your education here. Ive also had my son take his beginners archery course and it was excellent as well. The best in Central Florida.

Joe has a great style of teaching . He is very knowledgeable and thorough- makes everyone feel at ease, especially as a beginner- he made sure I understood and was very patient. Joe’s wife is also very friendly and helpful, they both go out of their way to help you feel comfortable to have an enjoyable experience in class and on the gun range. Highly recommend his class.

I took the Gun Safety Course a couple of weeks ago. This course was incredibly informative and I learned a lot. He is a great instructor and I plan I’m taking additional courses with him!

Great instructor and class, the only place you need to go for a concealed carry class

Yes I went there my shooting was on point but he tweeked my grip and the gun sights were off 6 inches. Spacious place outdoors, also he was great in explaining variables of Gun safety in every setting

My nephew and I went to do archery at this place we had fun, didnt realize when our 2 hr class was over but joe still wanted us to continue looking forward to go back and learn more from him.

Attended concealed carry class on 7/16/16. Class was very informative. I liked the fact that Mr. Steed kept emphasizing that being able to carry concealed doesnt give you the right to go looking for trouble, but to understand if trouble finds you, and you are faced with pulling that trigger it better be after all other possibilities have been considered and exhausted. I would highly recommend this instructor. He was very down to earth and taught at pace that was very easy to comprehend. Also its nice that he offers this class free to active Military and honorable discharged veterans. Thank you Mr. Steeds for that.Jay

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable as well as accommodating. (he actually scheduled a class for us on a day that he normally does not have a class to accommodate my schedule) he went above and beyond what was expected of him for the required course. He took the time to answer all our questions in detail and we left feeling a lot better about handling a firearm safely.

My first rifle/shotgun class with Joseph Steed was so outstanding that I wish I had gone to him first before going anywhere else. I had been told by a widely publicized other school in Orlando that I needed to get a concealed carry class before I could even practice at their range. The class given by this other group was mediocre at best and left me feeling as if I had wasted money, even though I met all requirements and did get the concealed carry. You see I had no real interest in carrying a handgun and felt forced to do this. NOT SO with Joseph Steed! I left his class with so much interest in pursuing my dream of clay shooting that I have decided to become good enough to enter competitions. If I had gone to him first I would not only have avoided wasting eight months due to lack of interest I would have been well on my way to skill development. Mr. Steed is a terrific teacher, really listens to the students stated goals and then customizes his private classes to meet those goals and exceed them. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning firearms or archery!

While I found the instruction and firing both informative and fun, Joseph doesnt keep his political views to himself, and his ignorance of other countries, especially his northern neighbours, while spouting these beliefs make you question why you even bothered going. Wouldve recommended it otherwise.
