Super well kept fish tanks!Both fresh and salt water.They had some fish Id never seen before. Go visit!

Crabbi Patti is super nice local fish store and have a better selection of fish than Petsmart. I visited a couple of times and they maintain the fish really well since I havent seen dead fish in the display tanks like you would in Petsmart or Petco. They also have a good selection of high quality fish medications/water treatment that I wouldnt typically see in chain stores, like Mardel and Seachem products.The service was nice and they were patient in selecting certain genders of fish. The only thing is that the staff and other customers in the area do not wear masks and the store can get crowded quickly. I recommend going when there will be less people.

The best place around for fresh and salt water fish. They always have a great selection, and not tiny fish like the big box stores. Prices are great and can always order things if not in stock. Love the weekly newsletter with incoming available fish.

Staff was courteous, but not wearing masks, nor were most patrons. Pointed out tank with fishes suffering from Ich, yet were for sale, employee just shrugged it off. For me, thats absolutely unacceptable. Nice selection and good pricing, but overall not a great experience.

Fantastic! This small, local aquarium store is pure heaven, the owner Patti and all the staff are knowledgeable, warm, friendly and always efficient and quick! I drive by many big box pet stores to shop here. The store is organized, clean and well stocked! They somehow manage to have everything from frozen foods, to coral, driftwood, decor, fish tanks, anything you need! They stock both freshwater fish and plants, and saltwater fish and invertebrates.The fish are in clean tanks, and are super healthy and active! I have gorgeous stocked aquariums that I love! And its all thanks to this store. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is great!

Bought a fish here that ended up having ich and infecting my saltwater tank. Over half of my fish have died SO FAR and Im expecting more to follow, while trying to nurse the survivors back to health. Because of Crabbi Pattis poor quality of fish, Ive lost hundreds of dollars worth of my precious fish. Save your money and heartache and shop at a more reputable and high quality LFS.

Totally dishonest shop! I bought a 100 dollar fish (powder blue) after I acclimatized the fish. I put it in the aquarium and it started to spin and hit the rocks. I emailed the store with videos and saying that he was like that, it was 3 hours since he left the store. 2 days later the fish dawned dead. And the store said it could do nothing. THE STORE SELLS ILL FISH! Its a shame!!!

This quaint little place does not get the attention it deserves! The people running the store are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do. Beautiful fish!

Shop gets a little cramped when four or five people are in there at the same time. The staff members are really positive and willing to help with everything. I love their email options to let you know when they get new fish in on Fridays. They are patient and take their time with you.

First time I got there and it was an excellent experience the staff was very friendly and helpful also on the phone very knowledge.this is my new place to take care of my fishies and my hobby.

The employees are GREAT however the owner is TERRIBLE. Had a phone conversation with the husband, NOT PATTI who is VERY nice, about a dead fish and he began cursing and yelling on the phone, (We call this phone courage in the Marine Corps) becoming extremely defensive, He has the worst fish policy in the business...NONE. If they die 1 minute after the store its on you. Regardless if it a $55 fish or $5. Terrible customer service. Oh, DO NOT SEND YOUR TEENAGER ALONE WITHOUT AN ADULT, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE.... What a shame, used to be a nice experience, now they are a greedy, self serving business no longer willing to connect with their community of loyal regulars. NEVER AGAIN!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Decent enough fish store, not good, not bad, but decent. Sometimes you receive a warm greeting, sometimes you dont. Fish selection is average as well. Staff may need some education on the fish they carry, I literally had to tell the gentleman that worked there what a Mbuna was and that their diet varies drastically from the other cichlids they had in store. Yikes. With that being said, while not the best fish store it is definitely worth your time and money before a big box store!

Nice little place, we found anything that we need for our saltwater Aquarium. Staff very friendly too. 100% recommended. Carlos is the best on town very helpful staff.

Awesome customer service. I unfortunately lost some fish and they gladly made it right. They helped me pick out new tank mates and guaranteed that they’d have a customer in me for the future.

Not happy wirh this place, they sold me tap water as RO water. Got home and the water had a 120 tds reading. My corals are not ro happy....

Worst experience ever, myself (a Hispanic) and my fiance (an African American) went into this store because we wanted new fish for our aquarium. it was clear that the store is ran by a caucasian and the customers were all caucasian but that didnt matter to us. the problem came when we went into the store, theres a fat guy that works there (caucasian) he was sitting the entire time until we went in. he did not greet us like he did the people before us and we noticed he was staring us down so we felt uncomfortable and went into the next aisle... he then walks to the end of the other aisle and is still staring at us but this time he didnt try to hide it so we felt sooo uncomfortable and had to leave! Bad customer service and racial profiling at its best! I will never step foot in that place again and I wouldnt recommend any other Hispanic or African American to go there unless you want to be singled out and feel uncomfortable... we shouldve all been treated as equal customers and not singled out because of our race or skin complexion! Shame on you guys!!!

Staff is always amazing every time we visit. They have helped us to diagnose our tanks and improve our fish health and water quality. The fish in the store are always very healthy and sold at great prices. They have a great variety of fish too.We are so happy we randomly found this aquarium shop. We will definitely come here over PetSmart and other aquarium stores.

Ive been here more than once and things were usually ok however recently I bought a fish from there trusting their good husbandry. The fish looked a little sketchy but I trusted them. Long story short, fish had ich died 4 days later and now all my fish have ich in my beautiful 90 gallon display tank. All the fish should be receiving the same care not just the more expensive ones! Now my planted tank is In a shambles so annoyed! Praying they dont die like the other one! Ive never gotten ich from PetSmart

Went a little over a week ago with my brother in law after finding it was so close to us. We purchased a single glofish for my glofish tank, 5 goldfish, 5 tiger barbs, a Pleco & a beautiful piece of drift wood for our 55 gallon turtle tank. Mind you that $15 driftwood would’ve cost me $40 online. Glad I held off. lol The goldfish, tiger barbs & Pleco are thriving in the turtle tank & the glofish settled in quickly with his tank mates & looking healthy. We’ll definitely be going back soon for more fish.Wish I knew how to add pics.

For the size of this shop and the amount of stuff packed in here Id say this place packs a punch. Theyve got pretty much everything you could ever use in a tank whether its substrate, rocks, driftwood, live plants, fake plants, freshwater fish, saltwater fish, and corals. Now I do wish and hope in the future they have more of a variety of frag corals. They have every type of coral here so not knocking them there. And if there is something you are looking for specifically coral or fish they do work on ordering you what you are looking for. So all in all this place I do hope it gets more business so it can grow and be better and put others to shame.

Ive gone in here multiple times for different reasons. Every time they have been very helpful, nice and well priced. The owners are amazing nice people who go out of their way to help. The tanks are always clean with good looking fis . Highly recommend them.

The first thing I noticed was that the water in every tank was crystal clear. Every fish and coral was clearly priced. There was a selection of fresh and saltwater. The owner was very knowlagable and friendly. I travel all over and visit LFS. This shop has some great prices. I look forward to seeing this shop grow.

I like the service maintenance available because these guys sell, support and service some of the best business and home aquariums locally. This shows in how healthy their own fish are. I really wanted this place to be a win. Im sure its very difficult to compete with the chains. But the fact is every fish I have brought from here over a long period of time has died. I dont get it either, thier tank water doesnt look bad anyway. I think maybe they dont treat fish disease in the water or maybe they have a bad supplier / fish breeder.

Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Geat live stock and best of all clean tanks so you know they take care of their shop.

Over past two years I’ve purchased five fresh water fish. One died but they replaced it. Nice family business.

Tried to stop by this place just before 4pm on a Sunday. The sign on the door was lit up stating they’re open. The hours posted clearly stated they were open til 5. However, the door was locked. Knocked loudly. Called the number posted on the door; no answer and no voicemail set up. Waste of my time.

Its a well cared for shop with super helpful owners who are willing to order whatever they dont have in Stoke. They a are a great addition to our business community.

Lovely place, good prices and calm atmosphere

Bruce is the best, for a small shop he does a great job at having odd ball fish. Loaches,rams,knife fish,gar,cihlids,arowana etc. Is generally pretty knowledgeable about all the fish he has.

Friendly, knowledgeable people with a surprising assortment of fresh and salt water creatures. Salt water available and staff happily will help you get your fresh or salt water tank started. Check out the salt water coral frags while you are there.

It was my first time there. looks to have a fair selection of freshwater fish and even a couple species of cichlid i dont commonly see. the selection of saltwater species and corals is very decent. loads of cool fish and even more cool corals. did i point out that the pricing seems very competitive as well?ill be there again soon and add more to this review if warranted. id give this one a rating of by all means, go check it out.

Disappointingly shallow coral and invert selection compared to other shops we frequent like Sea in The City or Top Shelf..just lacks a lot of the vibrant more high-end frags and colonies you would expect based on the reviews. Good frags for those looking to purchase their first corals.

An excellent shop ! Run by the owners and not a corporate chain , which is nice . Knowledgeable and friendly with healthy stock and decent variety . If they dont have what you need , theyll work to get it .

Place is small some nice fish some dead fish. Overall ok place just wonder how a small place can have dead fish in the tanks.

I went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The size of the shop isnt huge, but they have a nice selection of fish. At the time of this review my tank wasnt ready for fish yet as it was still cycling from initial set up, but they also sold plants too which is what I was seeking.They do have a larger selection of saltwater fish though than freshwater. Since I am running a freshwater tank I doubt Ill be able to get everything I want here. Once it is time for me to add fish though, I will be going back here to get them. I was very impressed as how clean their tanks are and how healthy all of the fish looked.

I’ve gone to this store to purchase some freshwater shrimp (cherries and whatnot). The owner is great, and incredibly polite. His shrimp are in very good condition. I even managed to get a berries mother rilli shrimp, and she hatched babies recently. I’ve been happy with both of my visits, and would recommend this store.

If your looking to start a saltwater aquarium this is the place to look. The selection of fish and corals here are far better than at some of the big box stores such as petco and petsmart. I met the owners while I was there and was impressed with their kindness, friendly and helpful attitudes. The prices on most of the fish were reasonable, some were far cheaper and of better quality than others Ive seen in the area. One area that needs to be improved for the 5th star is the selection of aquarium gear such as filters, lights, and chemicals. Keep in mind while visiting; this location specializes in saltwater fish, though they do have a small selection of fresh water varieties you will not find pond fish such as koi.
