So much fun, the first time we have been here and we had a blast. We were at the glow jump for a birthday party and it was awesome 3 hours of fun. Definitely coming back.

If you’re in a group of people all in one age group this is the place for you. Brought the family for a bday party and had a god awful experience. 90 percent of the facility is divided into zones based on age groups of little kids, big kids and adults basically. We had adults and kids of all ages & none of us were able to interact in a majority of the trampoline zones. If you’re looking to have a good time just spend a little more money and go to Defy Orlando. You’ll get more amenities and a more accommodating staff as well. If I could’ve got my money back and gone somewhere else I would’ve done it in a heartbeat.

Really awesome place and great vibes! I came here saturday for glow night with my son and wifey and I had a blast and it was great for the kids it is a giant indoor playground for adults and kids and the experience with the lights and music was really cool I will recommend this place to anyone and its really affordable!

Alot of fun but over crowded. Especially for covid, sanitation stations were empty and equipment wasnt sanitized the entire 4 hours we were there. Employees supervised but that didnt prevent kids from skipping lines or breaking the rules

I have been coming here for nearly 7 years throwing hard with dodgeballs and now they are taking my privilege of throwing hard skyzone is a fun place to be for hangouts and party’s with great employees but the fun for me is mostly gone

Hannah made my sons birthday party awesome! She did a great job and so did the whole team! I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a fun place to take your kids. Check the website for special events and hours.

If youre looking to get a workout or simply wear out your children, this is the place to go! My family and I had so much fun together doing something active that was outside of the home. We had a blast trying out the many different obstacles they had. Expect to be exhausted after leaving this place, But well worth every penny!

Great place to jump! My son loves it. Only gripe is that there really isn’t a way for parents to jump with their little ones. Not as exciting for a 3 year old to jump alone, nor is it for a parent to have to just sit there.

Very clean and great customer service. I love that they have a smaller area for toddlers. I would recommending putting more things for them to do.

We had a birthday party for my nephew at this location and there aren’t enough words to describe the positive experience we had. The management and all of the team members make your visit absolutely magical. 10/10 would make the travel from Orlando to this location again.

Great for kids and family to bond in a safe, relaxed and cool place. All the fun without the small surface area of a backyard trampoline.

The kids had an awesome time... Its a little more expensive than other trampoline parks weve been to.

This place was crowded and was not enforcing masks to either patrons or staff. I asked the one staff member that was wearing a mask about their mask policy and he said there wasn’t one but he wears one as a personal choice. It’s sickening that he is even exposed to work in such environment. There wasn’t a capacity restriction either like they make it seem on their website. Needless to say, we didn’t stay.

Perfect place for our toddler girl. She really enjoyed the experience!

Sky zone is a fun place to have fun with family and friends very clean and nice staff

Its fun for like 30-45 minutes and thats about it, there arent a lot of things to do especially for the younger ones. Its a bit over priced and the equipment looks worn out. The sponge Pitt looked horrible and little pieces would stick to your socks and clothes. Ive seen other locations in better shape with more things to do like obstacle courses and rock climbing.

It was so fun, but they didnt tell us that we could jump for two hours for only five dollars extra and didnt tell us about any specials and/or deals they had. Like what if we didnt speak English but the trampolines were very fun.

Great promotion but be careful because Sky Zone is offering one price and charging people another price.We went to glow in the dark night on last Saturday. The advertisement was for $10 and kids would get a shirt, socks, and jump for 3 hours. However, when I went to pay, the cashier charged us $20.00 and $2.00 for socks. Until, I asked why did I not get the promotion price. The cashier then said, oh you want the promotion and charged me the right price for $10.00. However, this was not a mistake because the other cashier did it to my friend. As well as, I overheard other people saying they paid $20.00. With that being said, if they charged you $20.00 you should call and complain because they only gave you the promotion if you asked. Next, there was no where for my little one to jump. We paid the same price for her but she was only allowed in one section. Also, the music was very ravish and dark. It was not Christian music nor was it happy or fun music that you would want to jump or dance too. Moving forward, I pray that this establishment will do some self-reflecting because we have been to lots of Sky Zones but this one definitely left a bad taste in our mouth.

I took my kids last night to glow night and although they enjoyed jumping, the customer service is lacking. We were told by one worker there was a special going on for $10 and kids would get a shirt and jump for 3 hours. However, when I went to pay, the cashier charged us $20 until we said something. He then said “oh okay, you want that one.” I wouldn’t see this as a problem until the other cashier did it to my friend as well. So if you played $20 last night, you missed out on the promotion they weren’t advertising. The teens that work there are rude and we’re not watching the kids but talking to one another. I went down because I couldn’t find my child and was met with dirty looks and a group of teen boys trying to block me from going up the steps. I then told them I could not find my kid and one teen, to his hesitation allowed me to look for him as he followed me like I was going to do something wrong. I will give a star for him letting me look for my son but the unnecessary looks were uncalled for as I was trying to be a parent and find my son. My experience at the “Christian” Sky Zone last night was night to my liking and I did not feel the love of God through their workers. There should be a training of how to treat ALL people. We should feel safe and that is not what we felt. Hopefully they will get better because they are not as friendly as the other Sky Zones I have been to that were NOT on Christian property.

Took my son to Sky Zone for the first time, and boy, did he have a blast! He was there for 2 hours, and wanted to stay longer (where do they get the energy from?). He really enjoyed the newly expanded facilities which include rock-climbing, basket ball, ninja course, etc. I appreciated the observation deck where I could hang out while he ran around. They are not cheap, but the facilities are nice, and the staff friendly.

We went to Sky Zones Glow night for my sons birthday and he had so much fun! Jordan was working and she was so nice! My son is shy and a little hesitant about trying new things but Jordans encouragement helped! We will definitely be back!

This place is Awesome

4 stars as a dad of 2 toddlers. If yours are older then it’s a 5 stars review.it’s an amazing place we have lot of fun... and that’s why I put 4 stars but If you are a dad of toddlers READ this: for toddlers the area is super small and that’s it. There are no more attractions neither as the sandbox of foams or other ball pits as I saw in other jumping places we been. You have arcade games but not for toddlers neither (but they can have an amazing time also)Hope this helps

I took my daughters there to let out some energy, they loved it and I wish that i could take them there more often but it is way too far... about an hour drive and two hours round trip.

So much fun. Several different events weekly as well as a free jump in 30 min increments. A little pricey though.

This skyzone is a great place to spend with friends and family. Their prices are decent and trampolines rightly equipped the the up most quality. The staff are knowledgeable and diligent about their work. They provide a great birthday party venue as well. I would most definetely recommend glow night as you save money and maximize the amount of time you may bounce.

What a wonderful experience I went there with my special needs son and he loved it. My son is 16 and the biggest guy in the room and it can be hard get him to listen and redirect him because he is autistic I talked to the manager that was so nice and he just helped me the staff wad friendly understanding and helpful and at the end of the night when i was ready to go home i saw my son so happy. For once it was a simple outting no melt downs no tears just my son like everyone other other kid having the best night ever. It was worth a million dollars to this mother and caregiver of a gentle giant.

I love this place. We got a great discount from them and it is $7 for 2 hours. We have gone here before, but now they added more stuff which was so fun and cool. The foam pit and the ninja course were mine favorite. It is also a great place to jump and exercise.

Loads of fun for the kids!

My kids had a great time. When I checked the online prices it was bit expensive for us to take all 3 of our boys often. But I found out about the homeschool jumping session they have and that price was well worth it!**Try not to go when its crowded!!! They have struck safety rules that make it difficult for multiple kids to play together when its crowded. We went back on a day with THREE birthday parties going on and the employees werent able to be consistent with what the rules were because there were so many kids.

Kids enjoy bouncing dodge ball & basketball.. Glow nights & Party is a bit $$$ $28 per child min of 10... Serve papa Johns pizza like $3 slice. Socks are $2 I believe.

This place is fun for the little ones for all of 30 min, and you cant jump with your little ones. Couldve done without the referees yelling every 5 seconds. On the plus side it was clean and looked well maintained.

What a great place for kids to work out all that excess energy while having a wonderful time jumping on the many trampolines.

Amazing staff and a well kept place. The people there are good hearted and really care about the kids. This place constantly strives to improve and come up with creative ways to help people save money while Still being a profitable business. The summer Camp and after school program are competitive price wise but offer so much more for the kids.

The camp kids run the show here , they don’t follow rules and employees don’t make them. Some employees wear mask on chin. Don’t see anyone cleaning , high touch zones .

Took my nephew and son for the first time it was a good time. I have a toddler who like to play with all kids even the older ones so he wasn’t too thrilled about being separated from everyone to jump. My nephew had a blast as always, it’s one of his favorite things to do. Sky zone was great not too crowded and a lot for the older kids to do.

Its great! Once a month they have a lock in for teens for $35. Pizza and drinks all night. Extra snacks for a nominal price. Staff is super nice. 4 armed security guards and an off duty officer to give parents peace of mind. Fun place to take the kids and teens to hang out. I will definitely take my daughter again. They also have parents night and camp. So check them out!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Great customer service, awesome Manager Mackenzie, and her staff (tonights 8/24/19 staff was welcoming) The Saturday night event GLOW 8PM TO 11PM WAS AWESOME!!!! Enjoyed every minute $20 including a t shirt and glow in the dark setting. Loved it and the people!

I was amazed at the amount of assistance each station received. Recommend for families who like for there kids to play but maybe adults be adults work or leisure :)

Kids enjoyed it quite a bit. There needs to be a bit more toddler area stuff on the weekend. The requirements to have only skyzone socks is quite frankly ridiculous and honestly a safety hazard when you dont have the right size socks. Most toddler socks have grips and I keep a pair for myself as well. I would have been happy to show the staff that both of our socks were clean and had good grips on them.

Kids had a blast here. And as an adult so did I. Came for cousins birthday party and employees did a great job keeping drinks available throughout. Pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of employees keeping an eye on things to make sure everyone is following the rules and jumping safely. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking kids here.

Sky zone is a fun place. We went for a birthday party. However it can be frustrating for 5 year olds. The staff was very young and disrupted the kids very often, telling them to move to different areas and doing way more instructing than necessary. They moved the my kids to different bounce squares over and over for no apparent reason. Also, the kids have to do a ton of waiting to use an area for a short time. Its probably more fun for older kids.

A lot of fun! Employees were fairly pleasant but wished they at least looked like they wanted to be there. Hence 4 and not 5 stars.

My son had his 5th birthday here yesterday. Best experience! The staff was friendly and professional. Our personal hostess, Andrea, was amazing!! The kids had so much fun with all the different activities provided. I did not have to stress about a thing! Highly recommend!! We also plan on doing a parent night out soon!

Sky Zone was a blast for my 6 year old. The staff was wonderful helping him figure out each area.

My son got jumped on and the nice worker bought him a slushy. So kind.

My girls went for the first time for a birthday party and they loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful. They ran around for 2 hrs and still wanted to play more. If you want your kids to get out some energy its a great place to do so. My kids slept so well that night, we will deff be going there over the summer and on rainy days.

My 13 year old went with 2 friends for Glow Night on Saturday Night. They had a great time and thought it was good value for $20 for 3 hours plus a t shirt and socks. Her only complaint was the lack of food choice. They had no complaints about the music and she confirmed it was all clean versions. I am confused by other reviews referring to Christian music. It is advertised that way? My daughter and her friends wouldnt have been impressed to not know that ahead of time.She said it was quite dark so probably not the right session for anyone needing to keep an eye on younger children.

Nice place for the kids, but I think kids 8 years older joy better the place.

Great place for indoor (aka air-conditioned) fun and physical activity. Clean, with some neat activities that would be fun in groups or with older children. A little overpriced for regular jumping with small children or families. Not that my kids have ever complained: they would be happy to bankrupt us at Skyzone. Still, a nice option for those long, rainy, summer days in Florida!

Had a fantastic time! Everyone who works here is amazing! My kids had the best time of their lives! Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone! Plus theyre adding on new features that should be open in 6 months.

SkyZone is an awesome place! Great place for kids to be active and have fun with other kids. Friday and Saturday nights are great for parents to have a night out as you drop the kids off for 3 hours for 20 bucks and they even get pizza and drinks! My kids go at least once a month.

This SkyZone is the best. We took our youth group there and we got 1.5 hours of jump time, pizza and drinks, and skysocks for $12/teen. They also have more to do than other skyzones Ive been to. Rock climbing wall, ninja course, separate toddler jump area, and more. Staff was friendly and even though it was a Saturday, we didnt feel overcrowded.

My son earned a free 30 min jump session from school and we went today. It was our first time being there and they didnt disappoint! The facility was really nicely set up, and it was very clean in there. My son is always a bit timid or nervous when encountering something new. We wondered around and looked at everything first, and a staff member came up and asked how we were doing. I told him it was our first time being there and he immediately got down and started telling my son how and what to do. He helped my son loosen up and actually get into the jumping. All of the staff there were very friendly, courteous, helpful and reassuring. My son came away from it all excited and ready to do it again! We will definitely be going again!

I have been going here for awhile. Kids love it but the music isnt for young children to listen to it is suppose to be affiliated with the church. If they want Rap music it should be when lil kids are not there an turn it down some. The teenagers working there need to clean an put the foam pieces back in the holes an maybe wouldnt hurt to smile an be nice instead of looking at the time an walking around talking. Its getting very dirty with finger prints an dust in the nets.

So worth the price! This place its amazing. They remodeled everything, and it looks fantastic. Its like a Ninja warrior challenge in there, and the kids love it!! The staff is fantastic and patient with the kids. Safety is a priority for them. I cant say enough good things. LOOOOVEEE IT!!!

Its was ok fun but order pizza and wait over an hour for the pizza to get here after our time was up it show up.... and the only got 4 slices of it after they refund it..... just to say sorry

Awesome place to take the kids.

Its a fun place for the babies. The only thing Im wishing is that they had expanded snack food choices. Even just Tropicana Pure Premium juice and bagged chips at close to retail.
