Hours work great for the typical gamer! Plus they stay open pretty late so there is always time after work. Need to get there earlier? They open an hour early on Saturday. The staff is amazing. The guy, the manager, always has great suggestions and is super funny. The new girl is super cute too. Surprisingly she knows her games too. I only come here for my gaming needs. Even if they dont have what I am looking for, they always try and find a way to get it! definitely worth checking out.

I love the retro gaming selection they have and man theyre friendly. If youre into any retro gaming albeit anything from Atari to as late as the current generation of consoles they have it and if they dont they can get it

Worth checking out. The staff usually seem somewhat disinterested, but are pretty helpful. Wonderful selection of nostalgic games, although most are unfortunately overpriced.

As someone who has worked at an independent game trading store and internet cafe I can say with my professional opinion that this store is absolutely horrible. I shopped at this store to help a local business but find a business that is swindling customers through its refund and store credit policy.I came to buy a wired xbox 360 controller and the employee sold me a third party controller swearing it was the correct type but I couldnt tell because hid the end of the cable in the packaging. When I get home to find out its the wrong controller and get a refund the employee responds saying well I dont know a lot about controllers. So why are you working at a video game store?Their refund policy is store credit only which is fair but the outrageous part comes where they limit what you can buy with the store credit. I asked to pre-order a new xbox and they refused to accept the store credit and demanded I pay it fully before they even order it which NO GAME STORE requires you to fully pay for a pre-order. Next I tried to buy a collectors edition of a game and once again they refused my credit. They limited the store credit to a few select games and the correct controller I needed which is the most overpriced controller in the entire city of Cleburne. Both Game Xchange and Game Stop sell the controllers for cheaper.Not only being overpriced in games and accessories, their prices are out of date. I saw older sports games more expensive than their younger counterparts. With the store credit fiasco I experience I will be submitting a complaint to both the BBB and the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce.Another thing I should mention is the lack of responsibility from the staff and management. Putting the controller ignorance aside they had a small cat who lays in the front of the door being susceptible to getting smacked by an unsuspecting patron. I was lucky to only barely stopped myself in time from hitting it because it was so close to the door and its dark coat helped it blend with the carpet. I love animals and certainly dont mind them in a business setting but you should keep them within safe areas of a business. Not right in front of the only entrance to the store.
