My daughter cheered at Miss Tammys for three seasons. During this last season, 3 of 4 competitions were canceled due to the Covid pandemic. Miss Tammys is refusing to refund the money paid for these competitions, and only giving a credit to be spent in their gym even though the competition company issued refunds back to gyms for these canceled competitions. Miss Tammys will not return emails, nor are able to produce any paperwork showing that they have a no-refund policy in contracts we, the parents, signed. In refusing to refund monies for services not rendered, they are committing fraud. Many parents are upset, many have left the gym, and a large number of parents that have stayed are only staying because Miss Tammys is refusing to refund their money (up to $1200 per family). I strongly encourage you to reach out to numerous former and current parents of this gym, and to also drop in to many gyms before signing your child up for tumble classes or all-star cheer/dance at Miss Tammys. You will find that there are a handful of gyms outside of Cleburne within the dfw area for the same price that are worth the drive.

We are new to Miss Tammys and are so glad we decided to sign our daughter up! She has made so much progress and the coaching is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves it! The office staff is so pleasant, we just could not be any happier.
