Great place to let your little one run around in total bliss! My daughter loves this place.. Yes the food quality is poor and isnt the biggest but that doesnt matter because of all the games and things too do.

Was a great time, havent been in years (especially to this location). My parents used to bring me to here and, I figured Id sure the same experience with my son! Indeed he had a blast and I like the new point system give tons of time enjoy and not hurt the budget. For sure the place were a kid can be a kid! And the staff was very friendly and had some pretty rad dance moves . Thanks Again we will be back soon!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and treated like VIPS from the gentleman up front. The staff members who worked while we were there were amazing. We purchased the summer fun pass and have been trying out the different locations and we were not disappointed here. There was an employee walking around and cleaning the machines constantly which was nice to see. The woman behind the counter was pleasant and attentive as well. Thank you to all for making our experience great we will be back.

Are you looking for a fun place to take the young ones? Well, Chuckie has left the band. He now has his own dance displayed on video screens. He has enough games and rides for any age or gender. But, the biggest hit was the bumper cars. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They have coupons on the website and a Wednesday special.

Had social distancing and still was fun for my 4 and 3 year old. Only reason not a 5 star is some of the games were off for separation. Pizza was good for a cc and the staff was friendly.

Chuck E Cheese in Clearwater is a great place for all to enjoy. The new pizzas and the food on the menu is absolutely amazing. The arcade is fabulous. Great for the kids. They have a new updated check in process and have taken good measures to protect the kids

Off to the left theres a toddler area, off to the right is the older kids area. No ball pits or crazy fun tunnels to play in. They do have a bumper cars attraction but thats a cash only event. The staff are really helpful, its just a smaller venue for a chuck e cheese thats more like a younger kids arcade.

Its been so long since Ive been to one of these, maybe even 20-25 years. This location was clean and had a very friendly staff. The hourly play card is the way to go as multiple people can be playing at once. Pizza and snacks were all good as well! Our entire family had a blast.

They did a great job with social distancing with the games and tables. I wish theyd wipe down the games a little big more then what they did.

Unprofessional business. I drive for DoorDash and came into the place to pick up pizza from their little Cafe. This place had kids walking behind the Cafe counter without masks on their face and eating food while standing behind the counter. The manager, which doesnt seem like he should be a manager, went and turned the tablet that receives orders on and then said its going to be 10 minutes because they just got the order. This is unacceptable. I was already waiting 10 minutes in line plus the time it took to drive there. Clean this place up.

The girl taking care of our Birthday party was great..the rest of the experience wasnt so greatWe had to ask several times for the youngest kids to be able to ride the bumper cars 1 time. The employee who opened it for them to ride apparently needed to go on break. He informed what we assume was a shift leader or manager, who refused to stay at the cars and told him just let them finish and then go to break. We had 3 sad little girls who didnt understand why they couldnt ride it again.

It was a great time. My kids loved the unlimited play cards. Prizes are great! Staff was very friendly.

I always enjoy coming here. Even as an adult I can still have fun playing the games.The prices for pizza seem kinda wild but I dont eat here.There are usually coupons for 100 credits or so for $20. Great value for a family of 4.

My daughter and I have a great time here, every time. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, with a good selection of games and prizes. The food is nothing to go crazy for, but its tasty enough and the kids enjoy it. I also like that they have some added security so that kids leave with the correct group. This was great! Pizza was on point. Ice cream, soda, salad bar. All good. Restroom was clean one of my 9 year olds said the toilet seat was clean after using it. Hand sanitizer stations.... family friendly atmosphere.. Great party.

Manager Jamal, was very rude, I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I have been going to this place many years since, I was a little kid. Never had a bad time until today. Jamal was very rude, we had a schedule birthday party reserved for 6 PM. For my girls first birthday we we went inside we where told that a reservation wasn’t made in our table wasn’t set up. Terrible service in attitude. Definitely will not be returning in the future.

This is a great place for kids abd familes. I think their new pay and play all you want option is really neat. $12 for 30 mins and so on. The kids could play whatever they wanted nonstop for the hour that was paid for. The food is okay. I mean for what it is. I was shocked they had a small bumper car track inside, which was neat. I would recommend.

We were there for a Birthday party, and overall it was pretty good. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that when we went to cash in our tickets, there was nobody working behind the counter and we stood there foerver. Several employees seen us and others waiting and did not offer to help. After waiting a long time, one of the employees did finally decide to help out, and a few minutes later the employees that were supposed to be working behind the counter finally showed up. Turned out the were trying to find replacement cups and all the employees working behind the counter decided to look for them without leaving any employees to cover the counter. As a former business manager, that was poor management. Other than that, we had a lot of fun.

Fun place to go. The inclination they sell you is youll save money by buying the big point card rather than the time card but the truth is you can play way more by buying your time rather than buying credits.

This place was horrible do not come here!!! They ran out of ice while I was having my sons birthday party I seen roaches coming from behind walls and the salad bar where open food was laying out they threw my cake box away their machine to read the cards didnt work properly so I ended up throwing away cards with points on them the manager was very unprofessional he was rude and disrespectful the toilets and bathrooms was very unsanitary and dirty they stunk I spent over 400 Dollars in this place and they refused to refund me any money worst experience ever please do yourself the favor and never come this is unacceptable

My only complaint would be the staff at the desk should be enough people that there is always someone there. Also the register is right as you come in so there is a crowd just standing there you have to push through. But was great for my 3 year old birthday lots of games and love the point system!

Its been a few years since I was here last. I came today for a birthday party. While our house was Curt and unhappy the kids had a great time. The place is huge, they added a bunch of games and how the kids play. We really enjoyed visiting and will have our next party here.

I love coming here on weekdays when its not so crowded. Clean & great prices! Employees arent that friendly but they arent rude either. But The real value is how they use a credit system instead of tokens. Genius idea! Plus My son always has a blast. And so do I!

Last night me and my family went over to have a fun night at Chuck E Cheese, but didnt end up good Jamal the manager was very rude, and didnt want our business, he told us we could not sit at a table where we wanted to set up little things after we called multiple times to confirm if we could use a table, and yep if you where Wondering all the tables where available at the time. He Ignored us and didnt care for our business he told me to sit in a little booth, which was very rude, His attitude was beyond rude this should be a place where kids go to have fun and parents want to spend there Money. So I Gathered my family and took them down the street straight to celebration station Where we went on and spent about $500 dollars on food and drinks and played all night so many games and laser tag.Hopefully Jamal the manager learned how to not turn costmers away becasuse he caused Chuck E Cheese to lose my business, and all of my familys business after Ill tell then how they treated us.Good Job Jamal way to loose hundreds of Dollars would not want you as my store manager.

Arriving at Chuck-E-Cheese the kid at the door where you get the stamp put on you. Was very rude in Clueless Im sorry if you have somebody at the front door should know whats going on and tell you where to go when you ask them you have a party here where do you go. Finally we walked over to where the party tables was the lady there was wonderful her name was Amanda wonderful took wonderful care made sure everything was done and took care of kudos to her. The card you get for your kids to play for the party doesnt last very long. The Pepsi is very flat it has a very bad smell in that building something needs to be cleaned.

If you cant admit you like going to chucky cheese, you are lying to yourself. Better pizza than youd think.

This Chuck-E-Cheese is great they always seem to have newer and more modern games and its still fun for not just my daughter but for myself and my wife as well. I love the new thing where you can pay one price and use a car for a period of time for as many games as you want during that time to me that makes a lot of sense instead of paying per token. Also theres always coupons available for discounted tokens.

Chuck-E-Cheeses are filthy. Your staff is not on top taking care of cleaning the tables garbage left Behind fast enough. They dont wipe the seats or the tables completely and like I said half of them kids have colds or are sick in one way or another which they shouldnt even be there touching everything especially the balls but they play the other games and it causes other people to get ill. Just saying you need to keep on top of cleaning tables a lot better and Im not from Florida Im from out-of-town.

Good times were had by all. The pizza is always surprisingly good. The kids had a great time with the games. Our party hostess was amazing. I wish the bill came with a tip line. Bring cash for your hostess.

Visited here from out of town. We needed something fun for our kids to do for a little bit. We showed up 20 minutes before they closed and we actually stayed 15 minutes after they closed and no one said anything. There was a lot of cool stuff here they dont have at ours back home. They probably had 40-50 different games for the kids, at least. And a little bumper car area which was really cool. Tokens are on a card now which makes it easy. We had lots of fun.

I had my sons 2nd Birthday Party here. We will never make that mistake again. The front door person was busy doing nothing and knew nothing our host was there to tell me what to do... it started out confusing our table had a sign on it but no name on it. Our tables were 12 and 13 dirty chairs still had cake on them from the last party. How do you know which tables they are with no numbers or name on them? My guest just sat where ever. The host started by getting drinks to the table but with no guest at them so the drinks sat.... I was busy entertaining everyone as they showed up she never once tried to interact with us just came out to give me instructions and ask if I needed anything. It was upsetting because when I did need her she was no where to be found. I was informed by a few of my guests that a group of people next to us were harassing their kids. Calling them names taking their tickets ect I looked for our host to ask her to take care of the situation she was no where. She came out to bring pizzas to the table while they cut them in front of my sons dad in the back as per my request no used pizza for my kiddos. BTW our pizza had all uniformed round slices. They were however cold and also sat at the table for ever I told the host please call my guest over and she may or may not have done so. Its so loud in there no one can hear the announcements. Dipping dots were brought to the table unannounced and were melted. In fact I never seen them and I was there at the tables the whole time. Maybe I am crazy but I paid for so much and got so little. Had to share Chuck E Cheese with 2 other party groups my son was left out of his own Birthday song cause you could not get to Chuck E Cheese there were children everywhere as the SHOW went on for 3 birthday kids. Only one of the Birthday Boys was up there. I remember our host coming out to get my survey in which she was on top of me when I tried to fill it out so I felt like I had to say something nice... she also came out to get paid. She said we only take cash tips all I had was a 20.00 went to get change and the line to do so was insane so I was gonna leave without giving her one. I mean we even cut and served the cake and cold pizza. I felt like I was bothering her so I did everything! Any who she was sitting at a table at the door eating so again I felt like I was put on the spot and gave her a undeserved tip of 20.00. It was horrible and I will never come back. The kids left with stupid prizes and no goodie bags that I told them they would get cause I PAID FOR THEM!. Its a big arcade. Lots of different games, starting from physical exercises (valleyball throwing) up to video games. For each game you collect tickets and you can get presents in return. There is a good corner with pizza and some other basic stuff.I think its pretty cheap to play here. You can pay for time or number of rounds. Half am hour is $10. We come backa on a weekly base.

Kids enjoy parents pay! A lot! This isnt one token per Game anymore! Sadly you now choose x number of games placed on a card you then swipe or an amount of time on that card and play what you can in that amount if time. $11.00 for half an hour is the minimum. So what was once a couple hours if fun for my kids holding their cup with 20 tokens, looking about, watching their siblings play a game while they decided which game they woulda like to play is now a race to get as many games in as possible in the little time allotted. It sends a message of greed rather than one of make wise choices with your money and time.Im not a fan anymore.

Waited 58 min to get our food. Customer service is lacking. Ordered a large pizza and wings and literally had to ask for sharing plates. Chuck e came out every hr on the hr, but the character had no life. Ive been to other branches where there was an actual performance of dancing and singing and getting the kids engaged. This one only came out throw out some tickets, turned around and went right back in. I got the impression that everyone who worked here literally did not want to be there. For a place that caters to families, it certainly was not family friendly. Thats why no matter how expensive Disney gets, they will always be in business because their level of customer service is next to none.
