I havent been here in a long time but we were looking for a certain wedding gift. Pretty good as far as malls go. Clean. Erbody has their mask on. Sigh. Its clean. There is a skating rink in the center that seems too small to do any serious skating. Probably wont ever check that out. Ice looked rough. Decent food court. Yup. Im reviewing a mall.

When you go to some of the beachy themed, touristy type of restaurants you know its the experience and atmosphere you are there for, you dont really expect the food to be outstanding. The fact that nice surprises during Covid are pretty rare so it was extra nice to be so surprised by the quality of the meal. Perfectly done whole snapper served over a bed of house made Bottom of the Bay chowder. A side of hushpuppies added that perfect little something special. Sooooo good!

Beautiful Mall. UpdatedEvery corner and shop nice. The Mall Clearwater needs. Skating rink always entertaining. Little kids sliding over the ice. Talented Skaters gliding with wandered . I always stop and watch. Shoppers are nice no pushing. Store employees are very helpful and courteous. I love Westfield just the right size. Always find find something from a new mattress to a braceletHope it is ours for a long time

I had not gone to a indoor mall for years. It was great! A real trip down memory lane. Lots of nice stores. I have to go back! Lots of things i want to buy

New store opening up. Look at this one of a kind table. The store is called ART.Its on the first floor by JC Pennys .There is some very beautiful work here.

Enjoyed the day! Everyone was polite and the stores respected Covid best practices. Found parking quickly. Will go again.

A great mall ! Coronavirus makes it suck because of masks but its not mandated!

So many varieties to go shopping. Con would be lots of walking due to how far some stores are. But I dont mind since I gain exercise from it. That being said I met some amazing employees from Target, Ross, Gamestop, etc.

One of the last great indoor malls. People will be sorry when they can no longer go to a store to buy a pair of jeans. Instead they order on line and send it back 7 times to get the right size! Get out enjoy one of the last great places to shop!

The food court actually has a great Japanese place. Good food made to order in front of you. Reasonable prices too.

There was security patrolling. All the customers and employees are wearing masks. The appropriate signs are posted on the store of wearing a mask. Cheesecake Factory will be coming soon at this mall! How exciting! The walkways are clean and sanitized. The windows and doors are clean as well!

Nice mall. Clean, friendly workers, friendly store customer service workers and very festive. 2 levels, wonderful food court up and down stairs, and great store selection.

Very large and clean Mall that is always expanding. Great restaurants and movie theatre. All stores are occupied except Sears. There is a train ride for kids and the very best Santa Claus in the game. Literally a must for Santa photos.

JCPenneys in this mall is a very underrated store. They always have great deals especially in the fine jewelry department. I suggest you ask for Tracy. I believe she manages the department. Always goes above and beyond every time Im there. And anything I want that they might not have in stock there at the moment she can find.

Lots of stores. 2 story mall with escalators and elevators. They have a small food court selection but we werent too disappointed.

Covid has made many things crystal clear the importance of Brick and Mortar for oneWith Florida being a tourist State most employment is service related.Many are employed by the Brick and Mortar Companies, People like your neighbors, friends, family think about it.True not all stores have kept up. They cant even order products. Stores get what ever is sent thats a huge mistake.So frustrating when you walk in a Fla store in August, its still 80° to 100° and theres Winter Gear and you want new clothes that are weather appropriate with out going to a tourist shop on the beach. I like Westfield theres a variety of shops some are better than others. Nice Ice Rink,Theater Restaurants. Its clean and the people are nice. It would be better with a few more boutiques a little more variety., and a few more benches for people who need it. Thank You to all the employees of Westfield our Mall. A lot of shops are closed stores are not having good sales. Forever 21 was really awful staff was rude. American Eagle and Hollister were good Hot Topic had great selection

Nice mall. Ice skating! And Planet Grilled Cheese with real lemonade in the food court.And the best eye doctor ever at optical outlets.

Its a mall man. Just a large mall with a food court. What can I say? Oh! The chinese food was pretty good and plenty of food for under 10 bucks. Happy now?

Very clean. some unreasonable/less sought after vendors at center stalls but besides that one of the better malls

They have a ice skating rink where they have different performances inside of the rink and they also have a train that goes around the outside of the downstairs area.If I had kids this is definitely be a place that we would go to.Theres a lot for families to do for the elderly for everyone in between actually.not only am I a style advisor at Macys I also get my nails my eyebrows and my pedicures at the nail place.--Its simply called nails and I went there a few times the most recent time I got fungus underneath of my nails so Im not really going to be going back there anymore.On a separate note I have gone to the food court and gotten some french fries from Chick-fil-A and smoothie from the tropical smoothie place and some vegan Indian curry and from the Indian place and I got some salad with the tomatoes and onion and cucumbers with a garlic bread from the pizza place and like I said I work at Macys so I have all kinds of pictures of the inside of the store as well.

Absolutely devastated they closed the Disney store!! As a child growing up here in the countryside area and having children myself, the memories made by going to the mall and visiting the Disney store are priceless. This mall has gone downhill by getting rid of the Disney store!!

JC Penney salon is very upscale. They do everything there. Friendly people too!

Its a nice clean mall but most of the small stores have closed. The ones that are left are decent except Kay jewelers.

Great local mall! Always kept very clean and has a wonderful variety of shops to choose from. If youre in the area and visiting, I would recommend stopping by this mall to do a lil shopping.

Whole foods in uncrowded and super clean heaven. Us WFPB lovers know where to get what we need for veganized flavor!

Nicer than International Mall at this time. Stores seem better stocked. Great food court.

Countryside mall has been a mainstay ever since I moved here. Lots of good stores and things to check out. The movie theater is also pretty nice, cant wait for it to open again.

All the major chain stores can be found here... A few have closed due to Covid 19. The department stores are still in tact and in stock! Love that there are zero lines at checkout.

Shopped at Macys today. Was so great to be able walk around my favorite store. Purchased what I setout to plus bedding accessories that I needed! Customer service was excellent & added to my day

I love Westfield Shopping center, they have the best stores, and The Bodhi Tree is my favorite place in the entire mall.

All patrons had their masks. Was surprised knowing how Floridians were struck with COVID due to non-compliance. Got a lot of shopping done quickly, thanks to assistance from store clerks.

Has a good mix of every type of thing or store you may need all at one intersection. Only thing to improve is there should be a regularly priced gas station like wawas or thorntons so that on my long shopping trips I dont run outta cigs and have to leave

This mall is an awesome place to visit by yourself or with your family. They have a lot of food, store and play options for everyone.

Definitely a nice clean mall. It’s about average in size with plenty of stores to choose from. It has a Macy’s, JCPenny’s and Dillard’s there as well as some other small shops. There are a few shops closed down it seems permanently because of COVID but it seems to have bounced back pretty good overall. My one complaint is that there is no Apple or Microsoft store. Maybe they are only in the larger malls but it still would be nice to have had them.

I love the mall period. It was a nice place to go for the afternoon. Bought a little something for me and my boyfriend at JC Penney. They have a great sale going on right now.

This is not set up well. hard to try and figure out where the front entrance of the building is. Had to park three different spots three different spots couldnt get in to the mall. It when I finally found the entrance they had part of it fenced off tearing up the road. It was a mess

Ate at Red Robins and it was actually really good, fresh fries and perfectly cooked burger, only complaint was having to ask for refills several times, other than that

Well it’s been nearly 2 decades since I’ve been here, and I loved the changes made to it!

Wonderful place for ice-skating and its in Florida! My cousin is enjoying her skating lessons at the Westfield Mall. We all enjoyed watching the talented and caring instructor give a group of 3yr olds a fun filled afternoon. In addition to the ice rink there are many great shops and restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.

I hardly ever go to malls for better than 10 years. However, I do go to this mall occasionally because it has a Spectrum (formerly Brighthouse) location that is closest to my home. I needed to replace my old control which had several buttons that were working intermittently. The location of the Spectrum store is very close to an entrance so I did no have any encounters with maskless shoppers to get to the store. They had controls right at the entrance. So, it was a very safe and easy transaction.

Sears was recently closed and so is its entrance.My kids love to visit the small playing area.That place is crowded sometimes in winter..They recently added a playing house for the kids to play. First floor across from the family restrooms.

Why are there so many fruit flies in this mall? Smh. Can’t even enjoy a sit without feeling like the flies r nesting.

Big shopping mall. Very traditional in its layout. Good shops, nice people. The busiest place was the food court, but that could have been, because it was lunchtime. The ice track on the first floor is something special, especially in summer.

Great place to take the kids for an afternoon . Went ice skating there a few weeks ago with the kids , I havent ice skated in 20 years and it shows lol. This was a first for the kids and they had a blast. We went to the food court to eat and rest and hit the ice again. This is a good looking mall with lots of open shops. In a few months they will be opening Game Time which is like an adult chuck E. cheese . I imagine i will be making the drive quite often to go there. An all around good time to spend half a day.

Happy the mall is open. However, Covid19 has been hard on all malls. I absolutely like indoor malls especially Westfield mall. I dislike outdoor malls cause I have to drive to each store and it isnt a pleasant shopping experience.

Bad time for malls I guess, low merchandise in some stores, many stores closed, sad situation. Many of this malls stores had started closing prior to the Covid shut down and the new replacement stores seem to be lower end stores.

Other than driving around and walking quite a way the parking was the only complaint. I like the Westfield Mall I went in for a certain item and went to applicable store. Then was in now out. No problems. Just the parking...maybe consider a tram or two..?? Not everyone can walk only so far. On line shopping becomes more prominent because people want convince. The food court is great We finished our last shopping! Sprint has excellent customer service, we are currently waiting to watch a movie and everything worked out perfectly... except for the lady Lorraine ( I asked for her name) who was taking photos for Santa. I took my kids there and I told her I wanted to take my own photos and she proceeded to take photos which was fine but then when I took mine she kept telling at me to get off the stage and I told her I was just telling my kids how to sit and telling them to look at me. She just kept telling so I couldnt get a picture. She definitely needs some Christmas spirit. I told the ladies at the booth and they said, its been a long day, it was only 11:30 pm today.

Absolutely my favorite mall. A large variety of stores to shop at and a large food court, there are kiddie rides for $1, a large indoor play area, a train ride that circle around on the bottom level of the mall, multiple areas for families to take a break, Nursing rooms, movie theater, sit down restaurant in restaurant row, places to buy snacks and refreshments throughout the facility, a currency exchange and stroller rentals available. Its a good place to take the kids for a few hours to run around if being outside isnt an option.

This mall is very clean, many stores to check out. Theres plenty of activities within the mall to keep you entertained. Theres a movie theater, bunge trampoline, and an ice rink.

No place to sit in mall while shopping. Not going back because of this. They could have spaced chairs apart die to covid guidelines.
