Amazing facility. Staff is top notch. Brought my daughter in on a Groupons and left with a membership. Coach Julius was spot on with my daughters throwing and started seeing it corrected after only 20 minutes of one on one. The manager Pete Kotz went over the entire facility with us and showed the high tech equipment they offer from hitting machines to computer analysis of your swing. This will be the new corner Stone of our daughters softball regiment. Thank you HITTING ACADEMY for making our daughter step up to the next level.

Great environment for a family and very helpful as well! My son (who just turned 8) loves baseball and was having trouble hitting. We did a couple of camps along with some private lessons and he just went 3/3 in his first game of the season! The coaches are really good, and do a great job of connecting with the kids!! I strongly recommend the hitting academy for parents looking for help/tips on helping their child with baseball or softball!

They should have an optimal schedule in place. I know its a hitting place but what seperates them from anyother? Air conditioning? Last time I checked, 80% of baseball is outdoors. Get a solid schdule down and you get a better review. Onother thought I have is that the instruction for the MVP package was an hour long. I could be incorrect on this. However, it seems to me if a session runs 39 minutes then I am not getting what I paid for or 9 minutes too long. Lets be real, its a game. If you chose to want to produce hall of famers, wouldnt you want a piece of that. I dont see for love of the game. Get a schedule suitable for all levels , including batting cages and a better review will follow. Tell the new customers of those optimal times and really show your love of the game. If I had what you have, my love would shine. Dont back away. Show you have it or a better love of the game will take it.

My son and daughter have attended, and have loved it. We pay for a monthly membership(for my son). We dont take all advantages offered. Paid extra for pitching lessons, and I thought it was expensive but what a difference in just 2/5 lessons so far. Always feel comfortable using any and all parts of the facility. Had a great time at the little league appreciation night. Staff is great and encouraging to the young boys. Definitely would recommend for improvement in one or several areas of baseball.

The place has great instructors and great machines. Your son/daughter will definitely see a lot of improvement taking lessons there. I would highly recommend it especially for the younger kids to get their swing corrected early. Best $$ I ever spent for lessons.

I started private hitting lessons with Julias a few months ago and I am beyond thankful I took that leap.Julias is beyond knowledgeable with the mechanics of the swing. He has the skills to teach effectively and with every session I have seen great improvement with myself.

Went here for some cage time. They have a good layout they also have an electronic cage that simulates the field when you hit the ball. Nice place

Hitting lessons were decent for my child. Staff professionalism was NOT. When going to cancel our monthly plan back in September I spoke to Todd about it. He never documented anything, so when the time came to cancel they hit me with the you didnt give the appropriate notice prior to cancelling so were charging you again. I disputed, but paid up anyway, Mind you that my daughter never attended any classes in October which is what they made me pay. At the desk they talked me into just putting my account on hold, so when spring ball started I could avoid their 50$ membership fee again. I said ok. So when it came time for us to get back into it my child decided to start playing another sport. Kids do that... So I called to cancel and spoke to Todd again, he understood and said to email him in which I did. Knowing they took my 90$ for services back in October when he dropped the ball then. They proceeded to take the 90$ again this time using the same deal. The point it that you always have a choice as a company to do the right thing. They chose to take 180$ now for no services rendered vs. me ever giving them a dime again. Or recommending them to any one else for that matter. Terrible business ethics by the management here in Clearwater.

I was not impressed. My friend and I usually just go to Celebration Station across the street to hit but decided to try this place out due to a Groupon. The place is a lot smaller than we thought it would be, and another thing that enticed us to go here was we thought it was all in-doors and wanted to get out of the heat, but we were taken out back to the outside batting area. There was a couple inside areas but I dont know if they were for something specific or just being used. It was never explained to us. I told the guy who greeted us that we had never been there. He wasnt rude, but not very friendly either. He sat us down and had us sign the waiver, took us outside and told us how to turn the machine on and off. He didnt explain or say anything else. The machine got jammed and there were a LOT of times where it wouldnt load the ball for several swings and you just had to wait it out. The balls also were being thrown kind of all over the place and not aligned properly. Then, you have to pick up all the balls you hit with a small basket and refill the machine. At least at celebration station it automatically reloads everything you hit. There were two more people that came to hit and had to wait for us to finish because it was the only machine out there. There was one other one but it was not working. They have a few benches out there and a table, but no shaded area to sit while waiting. All in all I think the only good thing about this place was that you didnt have to wear a helmet. (hence the waiver). I dont think I would go here again unless at another discounted price. Celebration Station is definitely the better value and nicer cages.

Terrible business practices. Contracts are designed to take your money and deny services. Be careful you will lose money and get inconsistent training from different coaches. They have some decent batting coaches but you roll the dice on who you get. Not consistent training. Bad, bad bad all around save your time and money.

Came here for the first time. We paid almost $30 for a batting cage session. We were sent outside to bat. As we were leaving one of the employees started raising his voice and chased after us to clean up our own balls. They had not mentioned that you have to clean up since we never had to do that in any other batting cages. We are paying for a service and should not be cleaning up for them. That is unprofessional. Never coming here again!
