Best service ever. Not only do they have all the right stuff but the staff is able to educate me on other things that actually worked out better. You can tell the employees are being treated right because of how good the customer service is. This place has some really rare pieces to that are just very unique. Good job guys. Good customer service. Gals were very nice & sweet & knew what they were talking about. ONLY bummer issue is they are VERY LIMITED on juices supply!? Most were zero nicotine mg? Not a whole lot of choices and it wasn’t clear when they would be getting more stock or which products would get more stocked?

Over charged for a Gpen Nova that goes for $35 everywhere else and they charged me $65. On top of that i has purchased another $40 pen from there that broke the next day, i was told id get a 10% discount which was not honored when i purchased the Nova pen. So thats $40 i wasted and $30 was over charged. $70! I’m so sick of getting ripped off, this is the last time i go here. I had been shopping here for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, I’ll make sure i don’t waste anymore money here. I only gave the 2 stars because the new employees are very kind which is a change... they used to have terrible customer service.

I have only gone here in the event of an emergency since it is near my house, only to find myself paying double than what i find the same exact item online for later which the staff can never explain why the price is so high. Nothing I have purchased there has lasted more than a few weeks, before it stops working properly. I dont mind paying good money for quality products, but in this matter I am throwing away time and money.

Cheyenne was very helpful and patient in helping me make a selection and made sure to recommend everything I needed. A pleasant experience. Will be coming back for more in the future!

I had 3 people helping me from the moment I walked in the door. All of the staff(yes ALL) was more than helpful, knowledgable, and PATIENT! Came to buy ejuice Victoria was very helpful at first with helping what juice to get... it wasnt until I got home that I realized it was already open,, i came back in about a hour later to get my cash or store credit something.. when the guy there helping me at this point tells me theres nothing he can do so I asked him to see the same bottle I bought and he did ... the bottle was already cracked open ... let me mention he goes to a different brand juice and checks it ... every other bottle on the shelf was boxed or has a plastic seal or a water bottle seal type deal so f this place maybe if u guys stop being hermits yall will make better sales your going out of business already...
