I had a great time visiting with a cousins that I havent seen in years

Its a great place to fish and friendly residence. I have many friends there. And lived there for 2 years. Also met the man of my life there 5 years ago.

Quiet little mobile home park... MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT EXCEED THE 5MPH SPEED LIMIT HERE! They will follow and scold a person if they feel like someone is not obeying their suggested speed..

I use to live there there and it is beautiful. But the Manager is not for to be a manager. There has been 2 emergency Fire situations where he left the park for 2 weeks. Did not shut off the main propane tank that provides the whole park. Also its a Senior Park with 80% disabled. Im a care provider and I stayed to those who needed it. His name is Dan.

Better than living under a bridge

Space rent is high for the area and goes up annually without written notice. Owner lives in Oregon and does not follow Calif Mobile Home Laws. Most residents are caring & friendly. Others are not thoughtful or considerate. This is an aged/disabled park. Amenities are included in rent, however unavailable to residents by mgmt decision rather than for repairs or other possible good reasons. Owner does not make contact info available though reqd by State Law.
