The Managers are really nice and understanding. I used to think the managers were nice and understanding, but they up and leave us like we dont matter!! This is Mom and my babies home, we dont want to move.. they shouldnt be able to force us to move. We have allot of really good and fun memories here!!!

This place ia really ran down. Its sad.

Currently trying to get a hold of Garrett and Gina in regards to them using my information illegally to collect a debt they owe to a previous tenant they did wrong over a decade ago. I only lived here for less than a year and was wrongfully evicted, only to find out my identity is being used wrongfully to pay off major clearfield mobile homes debt they owe.

They seem like they dont care they didnt even call me back to let me know the results of my background check I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
