Great place for kids to play with challenges for a wide variety of ages! Birthday parties are great to have here as well. Right now you need to have a reservation, can be done on a walk-in basis but recommended in advance. They take your temperature upon arrival. The ropes course, zip line and climbing areas are all really cool and let the kids cool down from all the jumping! Pricing for all activities (ultimate) is currently $24.95 but you can get a monthly ultimate membership for $11.99, which is an awesome deal and gives you a discount on replacement socks and other perks like a snack. Overall a great place, the kids leave there happy so I’m happy

Super sleazy business practices and deceptive advertising with the prices. The monthly plans have a year long contract. They make it seem like it’s very low price Then upsell you to a bunch of stuff. A monthly plan without a contract would be more ethical. If you have to lock people in with a contract then maybe the service you provide isn’t worth it.

Threw my sons 13th birthday here...we had a fantastic time! Service was wonderful, food was decent, activities so much fun. We did the glow party, so they switched all the lights to black light and lasers all over the place. My son was thrilled, he and his friends had fun, all-in-all we would do it again. The *only* complaint I have is the pricing, its steep in comparison to similar places that offer similar services.

We had my daughter’s birthday here. There were a total of 10 kids. The girl’s had a lot of fun! As the parent though, it got a little frustrating at times dealing with teenage staff. I’m not sure who’s trained them or how they’ve been trained but twice I had to step in because the kids were getting ignored...not because of the lack of staff but they were just busy not paying attention it seemed. Strange and pretty frustrating at times.Overall I would go back though. Our birthday hostess (can’t remember her name unfortunately) was great and very attentive. There are PLENTY of different things the kids can do...definitely kept them busy the entire 2 hours. My daughter loved the zip line the most.

Updating previous 2 star review below. Did find a few more padded benches so bumping up to 3 stars. Still needs more comfortable options s for waiting parents that dont involve sitting against hard walls or against metal railing.Would be 2.5 stars if I could. For kids playing here its really pretty cool (could be 4 or 5 stars) Lots of fun stuff. For parents wanting to just hang out while kids play...its 1 star at best. There are only 3 padded benches we could find to sit on (2 against walls) and the other large onein the center has no back rests. All other seating is hard metal chairs around or near the snack bar or open spots at an empty picnic table (also no back rests or padding) but you are also sitting right under the overhead play area with extremely loud banging/clanking of the safety lines used by kids above. Bring earplugs or headphones. They did have 2 of those massage chairs, but thats extra $$ to use those. The other trampoline places are really nice and comfy for waiting parents so I dont mind taking the kids there often. Probably wont come back to this one again though for these reasons. Most of the teenagers working there were more interested in hanging out in groups than actually working. The snack bar tables next to me were left dirty the whole time I was there even though there were plenty of staff milling around chatting. Tried to spot an adult or other manager but didnt see any.

Urban Air is amazing! In my first visit we had so much fun in the different areas that we ended up staying right up until closing. Urban Air Adventure Park is very interactive and full of exciting centers from the sky rider (overhead tram line), the high ropes course, the trampoline fun zones, the jousting foam pit, the warrior course, tubes playground or the trampoline dodgeball arena. Plan on spending time in each of the areas as you visit, I found there is always something else to learn, play, or try. The food and drinks were good. The birthday areas were well planned out and you could get a fully enclosed room to have a party. This is what fun used to look like. I thoroughly enjoy Urban Air. This is a great place to spend the evening or wear yourself or your children out.

This place is amazing, just opened today. Super clean, has tons of awesome and high quality attractions. Has so much more to do than just a trampoline park. For the bigger kids and adults there’s a ninja warrior course, a battle beam, and a “sky rider” attraction that’s kind of like a zip line course that soars above the park indoors. Our little kids loved the tubes playground too.

I am a nurse and healthcare administrator in my community. I have a membership with Urban Air, and it was great up until COVID. Shortly after the pandemic, all memberships were put on hold as the facilities temporarily closed. Without notification and while there was still great uncertainty about COVID and safety practices in the community, Urban Air began to charge my account again. I was being charged membership fees even though the community COVID circumstances were, and still are, unfit for people to play at this type of park. My good friend requested for her account to be canceled because she didnt feel it was safe to take her children to Urban Air during COVID. Her account was canceled and she was not assessed an early cancelation few. When I requested for my account to be canceled I was not afforded the same level of understanding and was told I would have to pay over $400 to cancel my account. No matter how much I tried to explain that I do not feel it is safe for my children, they would not treat me as they treated my friend. This is completely one-sided and unfair to treat one customer different from another. No matter how much they clean they cannot assure the safety of anyone that visits their parks as they cannot clean every bit of their equipment thorough enough nor can they effectively identify non-symptomatic COVID positive individuals. It is my personal opinion that this is not a safe place for my family or anyone else during this uncertain time.I highly suggest avoiding this place during COVID and suggest avoiding any contractual relationships with this company in the future as they do not treat all their customers the same.

We brought our kids here when this place first opened or about 6 months ago or so, and it was clean and fun because the employees were all very nice, happy to be there, and attentive to everything going on around them and at the attractions. We visited again today, and all I can say is I dont think we will be going back. It was filthy and the employees were literally nowhere to be found. Every table, counter, and window looked like they havent been wiped down in weeks! The floor was covered in wrappers and gross wet and sticky stuff and I dont know about you, but not fun for me to step in while Im wearing socks. All I can say is for the price this place charges to do all the attractions, it isnt worth it to be waiting an hour for them to vacuum and flirt with their boyfriends to be able to actually play on them.

Update again: Unfortunately, I need to update my review again. After trying out the membership I cannot endorse this company. Beware if you join as a member, they will make you pay for a full year (would not even work with me after Covid happened and I didnt want to bring my kids to this germ filled place). And then they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel your membership.Update: Unfortunately, I need to update my review. We have been here numerous times now and unfortunately the service by employees is not always great. Employees cannot be found to help with climbing, ropes course and zip line. Also, you can rarely get help at the snack bar. Because of these issues I have to lower it to 4 stars instead of 5.We had a great time here! The kids loved the zipline, climbing walls, obstacle course and trampolines. So much better than Get Air in Kaysville! They have way more things to do. Price is for 3 hours. So even though it is pricier it is for longer and more to do. Also, the parent pass is only 5.99 so parents dont have to pay the full amount. Or its free for parents to watch. You do need to buy their socks for 2.50 each but they let us trade our Get Air socks in for their socks for free. I highly recommend!Several employees made our day and helped our little guy be brave on the zip line and ropes course.

What a rip off! Prices are way too high for what you get with the basic pass. Also, they make you get THEIR socks for $2.50 each on top of the already exorbitant prices. Thats ridiculous. Very little supervision from staff to make sure kids are following the rules and not hurting other children. I dont think there was an adult in the building, they were all teenagers. The layout of the building is whacky (drinking fountain very far from the attractions, basic attractions mixed with premium attractions, etc.) 1 of the 3 attractions that we got with the basic pass was broken (the spinning tramp thing). Most of the dodgeballs were deflated/popped. About half the kiosks to sign the releases were hung (spinning wheel). The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because a lot of the attractions looked pretty fun. If money is no object, this is the place for you. If you are a family on a budget, take a hard pass.

I bought monthly passes for my two young kids and myself during the summer and we loved going here at least once a week. I like that its not a huge place and I can keep track of the kids easy enough. After school started I was going to take the kids in and found that theyd drastically reduced their hours. Instead of being open at 10am during the week, they dont open until 4pm. Which means my 4 year old cant even go during the day and I have to wait until an hour after school gets out before I could take them in the evening. Im not going to go home for an hour then load everyone back up. I feel like we werent told the whole truth when signing up for a year. I understand theyve probably got a bunch of teenagers working there, but I feel like if you wanted to keep it open normal hours its definitely possible. I’ve been to many trampoline parks in Utah, This one was really nice and had lots to do. Definitely fun for kiddos and they will never get bored. The reason for my 3 star rating is because it was overwhelmingly HOT in the play areas! I was worried some of those kids were getting heat stroke with the amount of sweat and how red most of their faces were! I get kids run around constantly and get warm. But I was only jumping for 5 minutes and had to stop because it felt like I was drowning in heat! There are no fans to help circulate air so some areas are a sauna and other areas are a reasonable temperature. We actually ended up leaving early because it was so hot! We were there for maybe 45 minutes and my toddler was dripping sweat and throwing a tantrum because she was so hot. Other than the poor air conditioning/ circulation it was a fun place to spend an afternoon.

We tried the funnel cake fries and they were awesome, and we loved that they had Icees too. The staff was so friendly and competent. We loved it!

Urban air is a great place to have a lot of fun and get a great workout! It offers a wide variety of great adventure activities for both adults and kids of all ages (including an exhilarating experience on the sky ride, jumping on the many trampolines, challenging your friend to a jousting competition, scaling a number of different climbing walls, or trying your hand at the ninja warrior course, & more). There is also plenty of seating as well as delicious food & refreshing beverages available for purchase.

We recently purchased memberships to urban air and have loved it! We go two to three times a week and haven’t gotten bored yet!! This place is so much fun which a lot of different activities to do. The staff is awesome they work super hard and always willing to help. The place is always super clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is for petty reasons. They make you only wear their jump socks ( you can’t wear grip socks from another company)... which I understand for marketing purposes- it just bugs me- and although they do have trampolines there- they are stiff - and the trampoline portion isn’t that big- however because of the other activities that you can do there ... it makes up for it. Overall, love this place.

I’m giving this a one star to catch the owners attention, I took a group of kids to go and have a great time, which for the most part they did. When getting there I filled out the forms, than waited in the line to get check in when I finally got to the front they had me go to the another line, I’m not sure why? Than I needed to purchase 1 pair of socks I was than told I had to purchase the sock from them, I had grip socks from other trampoline parks, seeing all the other parks allow you to bring your own! After purchasing $30 of socks that resembled that exact same ones we had, I walk out to the floor to see there were plenty of kids that had jump around and get air socks clearly not purchased from Urban air! If this policy going to be in tact either you make it fair to all guest or included the socks in the already high admission price! We also had issue with food orders we waited 15 mins for nachos and 30 mins for fries, I understand things happen, but when your the only one ordering it should not be an issue to get a decent turn around time.

We had a fantastic experience here. The teens that work here are kind, attentive, and do their jobs, which can be surprising these days! Unfortunately, I saw some adults getting angry at the workers for helping the kids be safe. The workers enforce the safety rules, which is so nice! But some adults think their kids are entitled to do whatever they please, and get angry when their children are told “no”. I was so impressed with the staff for not only doing their jobs, but by being kind and fun at the same time! I witnessed someone trying to steal something and saw the mature way it was handled by the employees. As far as the actual experience, we couldn’t have had more fun! My toddlers and teenagers had an equally fun time, and honestly we adults did as well. I will come back at every chance I get! We used a Wasatch Savings coupon, so we got a great deal too, which of course adds to the fun!

My kids enjoyed this place but it was very expensive even with a buy one get one free...over 55 dollars with 3 kids. You must buy their socks ($2.50) to use all the attractions. You cant use socks from another trampoline place to fully enjoy all the attractions.

Fun but there is no adult or worker supervision. They have all these rules and height requirements and not one person followed them little kids in the big sections and vice verse. Little kids coming out crying because a bigger kid ( not supposed to be in there) hurt them. And in the bigger section the older kids couldn’t fully enjoy it with little kids hanging out or going the wrong direction. Just wish they would stick to there height requirements if they are going to post them.
