I definitely have to thumbs up . My 15 year young son is new to skating and has visited 3 weekends in a row now and loves it. I usually take him on Fridays and the atmosphere always seem positive and friendly. Customers are greeted with a warm smile as they enter. The skating refs seem to keep things safe and under control. Its a great place.

First time here and it was a great experience on a wooden floor. They did phrenology parties and we didnt get a private booth for our party but we understand. I accidentally left my skates there and didnt realize it for 3 weeks. They held them in the back for me. Will be back for sure.

My family visited Rainbow Skate Friday Oct 16, 2020. It was my husbands and my 15 yr young sons first time here. The last time I visited was more than 20 years ago. I dont know if Rainbow has changed hands, but when we entered we felt so welcomed and that was a huge plus for me! The energetic welcome and smiling faces at the counter was so pleasant to see. I loved the friendly atmosphere and the teens looked to all be having a ball. My son being a beginner skater was reluctant at first but he warmed up as time went on. He mentioned how friendly the other teens were and that made me happy that he felt comfortable. Ill definitely be returning with my son and my own personal skates next time because Im going to join in with the fun although Im a Gen-X I can still roll with Generation Z and todays music .

My daughter and I have made this a new second home! Rainbo Skating Center is definitely a great place for an active 6 year old child. They do birthday parties, serve food and drinks, have arcade-style games, and of course skating for all ages. Theres a line waiting out the door on Saturday afternoons when tje doors opem at 2:00pm!

This is our preferred skating rink in town. We always have a good time when we show up. Saturdays can get busy, but our kids dont seem to mind. They have a lot of birthday parties here so youll want to contact them as far out as you can. The food is good however they only have Pepsi products and thats my biggest complaint.

We drive up from time to time because my kid has made a friend that goes here. Its a decent rink an the kids are VERY sweet. My daughter participated in. Race knowing she was going to lose because everyone else was on inline skates. The girl that beat her came up to her an told her she did great an gave my daughter the free drink ticket. So every now an again we drive from rivergate up to Clarksville N skate. I just wish they did the 7-11 hours like the other rinks do.

Loved the birthday party for my granddaughter here. We were well taken care of.

I’m a middle schooler and on Friday nights honestly it’s so much fun but just don’t bring your 7 year old to rainbo at like 9 pm on Friday cause it’s gonna get crazy it’s fun for us tho

This is the 3rd time my daughter has had her birthday party here. Every time was good but this last time was really AMAZING!!! The employees were great especially Kiwi & Zach! They were both so sweet and went out of their way to help us and check on us throughout the night. And trust me...I was always asking or needing something. Lol. The owner is very friendly and very active in his business which says a lot about him!! Very friendly and nice man. I really enjoyed talking to him. Take your kids here, I promise they will have a blast! Mine wanted to come back the next day and we did.

Me and my kids have been going to Rainbo skate center for a month now and we held my daughters birthday there, the owner and the staff were great and the kids had a great time no issues at all

Love this place so much. They always do an excellent job. We have our kids birthday parties here all the time. We live closer to the other one, but prefer Rainbow. #1 place to go.

My wife and 3 kids have been coming here almost every weekend for past the past year. We absolutely love this place. Staff is all super friendly. Its clean , floors are in pretty decent shape. We all Enjoy the games they play. There is no where else we would rather spend a weekend afternoon or evening to make memories with our children. Great place!!!!

Great place for the kids to hangout with being watched over by our local police. They always have a cop in duty. I have no problem dropping off my son and his friends to enjoy a night of skating with no worries at all. Family fun oriented. Have contests every so often. Just a good place for the kids to be kids at reasonable prices.

I don’t like ice in my drinks. I asked for no ice and they wanted to charge .50 extra. At first I thought it was a joke so I laughed, but she didn’t laugh. I asked why and she said because I would get more soda. So I said, “Don’t fill it up all the way then.” WTH

Kids would have a blast here and in Friday and Saturday nights you can take your kid up there around 7 and they have a lock-in till 12 am. The cost was around 12 for 2 kids. They always had a blast and there was plenty of supervision.

I first went to Magic Wheels and paid for nothing because we couldnt skate due to the wear and tear of the floor. Not smooth at all. The bathroom in that place stinks even before you enter it.Anyway after that experience this place (Rainbo Skate Center) is a 4 star for me. The floor is smooth WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. The bathrooms smell good and they are clean. Im sure that what Im going to add next is unavoidable and shouldnt affect the rating. Its very crowded which makes it kinda of dangerous for the ones skating on the floor and also hard to keep up with your children. Other than that it has a great vibe and its not too hot or too cold so the ones not skating wont get cold while waiting. They has great music for skating and fun games. Way cheaper prices for the food than Magic Wheels.My overall experience was great! Would go again!

Definitely room for improvement. We had my daughters birthday party here and I was not impressed. Parties are from Saturdays 1 to 5, and you have an assigned time for party room. That isnt my issue. Thats what I signed up for.- The party doesnt start at 1, because you cant even go inside until 1. THEN instead of allowing people who paid for party, that 1 to 5 time, to come in they make you wait in line with other who do not have a reservation. Other places let you come in, set up if needed etc. so that you can greet your guest and start your party at the scheduled time. Not them. We lost about 20 minutes with this. Then we had to go back up to get tickets to skate which we again had to wait for. If I am paying for 10 people to skate, and they need tickets, then Rainbo should provide me with 10 tickets upon checking in.- the pizzas are small gas station pizzas.- the pitchers of soda were FLAT and not just a little flat.- my biggest pet peeve was the reluctance and attitude to provide us with extra plates and napkins. Were not talking expensive plates, nor are we talking about a bunch. Im talking plain white paper plates that you can get at your dollar store. Every year I get my own cups, napkins etc even a place provides them. Well this year I decided to be more relaxed and take advantage of this perk. Well, when they say set up for 10 people, boy do they mean it. Not on extra spoon, plate,, napkin, cup etc. Any place I have ever dealt with in my 24 years as a mother, has never been so stingy, penny pinching. We needed a couple extra plates and napkins, and were rudely given them. If you advertise place settings knowing that there will be cake, you better expect they will be needed. Hell, they could have charged me a buck if really needed.While my daughter had fun, and thats what really matters, we will not be returning in the future. My husband is a very laid back person, lets everything roll off his back, and he was taken aback by the way he was treated.I much rather deal with a place that wants to make sure we have the best experience possible.

Theyve gotten nicer since I was a kid. I thought the inside would look shabby, but it doesnt. Outside still looks exactly the same lol. I really loved visiting again and seeing the old hangout. Plus you cant beat a inexpensive day out having fun.

Family oriented place. Limited hours but understandable since the owners are focused on spending time with their families also. Clean, well maintained, kid friendly. Caters parties which is a plus.

Went there for my academy of media arts and technology party for the end of the year and was wonderful!

First time here and we did a private party. It was amazing! All of the staff was so nice and helpful!! We had an amazing time! Thank you from Girl Scout Troop 769!!!!

My daughter and son-in-law paid for our grandsons birthday party. They pre-paid for oeople to skate. I cant skate because i had heart surgery and am waiting for a hip surgery. My son clayton didnt skate and neither did my wife dana. There were 3 people that showed up and skated (which would have taken our spot for the prepaid skating). Nope they charged them for the 3 extra people that skated. They ordered 3 pizzas and drinks and they had to go get one pizza and there was a big discussion about the drinks. You had to pull teeth to get paper plates out of them. Anyone that knows anything about soda fountains, knows that the syrup is no more than $30.00 for a box of syrup. It gets mixed with carbonated water. There is about 3,000 plus drinks that comes out at 1.50 to 3.00 a pop. You do the math. It wouldnt hurt them to come off some paper plates and cups especially when they paid $150.00 to reserve the party booth for an hour. Rainbow and Magic Wheels didnt used to be that cheap when i was in middle school and high school. We had a good time though and that is what matters most.

Today was my daughters 15th birthday! And we chose to make the party here at this place based on the rating. Well let me be one of the few to relay the simple fact that not all ratings are true. Let me start with our arrivel. We arrived with all the decorations and ready for this amazing expiriance for my daughters 15th Bday. We were told that we could stay in the party area past the time we were sloted because there wasnt any one coming to take the next slot. After set up the party area we were approached by a lady, that by my guess was the boss or owner. She told us that we had to leave by 3:30 because there would be another party coming. So we questioned what was told to us about staying past the time and we were told that we were mistaken on what was told to us. So being a great sport we Adjusted to the circumstances and picked up all the decorations and moved out to the public area. As we sat there next to the party area we just rushed to get out of we noticed that no one or group occupied the area in the remainder or the time the location was open. Now I am not usually one to complain but when it come to just keeping your word as a decent person it means a lot. So we sat there and had our daughter and here fiends continue to have fun skating, but im sure that we will never have a party or recommend anyone to do a party at this location. Now i would have given zero stars but in order to leave a review we had to put something. So if your interested in making or having a party here just save your money and find a different place.

We came here for the first time today and arrived at 3:38. At 4:10 they announced they would be closing at 4:30. I didnt see any signs stating the hours. I asked the guy who took our money why he didnt not tell us they closed at 4:30 when we arrived. He said Everyone should know we close at 4:30. Well Im sorry, this was my first time and I had no idea! Had I known, I definitely would not have stayed. I even double checked when we left, still no signs stating they would be closing soon. Unbelievable! Yes, he did try to offer me something... coupons maybe. I said no thank you, like Im really going to return to this place.

Good prices and a beautiful floor. Music got better toward the end of the session but overall, a great night out with the kids.

My kids always have a blast here. Im normally one of the few adults in there which is a bit awkward. Most parents drop their kids off and run.

We were visiting family for Christmas and went there 3 days in a row for my 5yo who wanted to learn to skate. We will definitely return again esp as skating rinks around us in NorCal are all closing down or decrepit.Great rink - good floor, friendly staff, good rental equipment, and nice clientele. Very family friendly.Nice new glow-in-the-dark carpet.Nice trainer for rental (a kid-sized frame made of PVC pipes) that helped relief the parent of too much strain helping a new skater learn.The hardwood floor is very nice to skate on, and well maintained.

Its just meh.

They have no control outside and that spills over inside. It is chaos before they go in. kids cut the line like crazy and horseplay in the line and in the road where cars have to drive up to drop kids off. No parents anywhere. Theres a cop that sits in his car and lets it all go on. If youre making money off these kids, you have some responsibility for this. All you need is an $8 hour employee to stand outside and establish expectations. One kid goes to the back for cutting and it doesnt happen again AND it sets the expectation that this is not a respect-free zone. It could be a nice rink, but the owners need to set some expectations for acceptable behavior.

Not much of a skating rink. Even on request nights requests are not played. There is no variety in much and same songs are repeated. They really, really need a better DJ who plays requested when requested (meaning play the song after the current song or requests before it are done) like an actual DJ. I personally spend most of the time sitting because I didnt have music to skate to. This was my first time back in a while and nothing has improved. Actually it has worsen because now there is less variety in drinks. There are not any good skating rinks in Clarksville.

Went with some of my sorority sisters and the girl with blue hair was completely rude to us the whole time. We felt like we werent welcome. We definitely wont go back.We have been to magic wheels several times, and they appreciated our business much more than rainbo. They even offered us coupons to return again. They just lost the business of 70+ women.

Nice felt like I️ was baby sitting the whole time I️ was there everyone but the workers and one two other dudes were under 16 majority was 13 or younger I️ done a little recon while I was there my fiancé had a great time tho the only bad part is they have like three pairs of speed skates and one pair was out of commission.

Horrible place and it was a mistake going. I promised my kids that they will go skating and we stay in Clarksville, TN and they don’t like the one on 41A. My wife looked up an alternate skating rink and we decided to go to this one. Huge mistake! We walked in at 4:06 pm and I stated to the caucasion man that my three kids will skate. He hesitated and stated that they close in 45 minutes. I asked my wife what time was it and she said 4:06 and I looked around and there was no black people there and it made since why he didn’t want my mixed family there. I told my wife and kids to let’s leave because I realized what was going on and It’s horrible. We looked it up and knew they closed at 5pm but why does it matter if I’m buying a ticket. There was other kids skating and having fun but he hesitated and looked at my family as if we didn’t belong. I want to tell you all to stay away from this place. I’ve been in the Army for 17 years and I do a lot for this country and my family and to be treated this way is a discrace. I will tell my Soldiers, my Army Friend who have Soldiers, they will tell there friends and their Soldiers and we will not support this establishment. I will also inform my chain of command and explain what happened because nobody whether black, white or any other ethnicity should feel this way. I hope to get this establishment place on the black list for Soldiers. I informed them that it was wrong and they lost the urge to skate due to this incident as well. I will not stop until I receive answers for this employee actions and I pray that this establishment who has a code of conduct posted on their website learn and understand their own rules.
