The theater is slightly dated, but clean. We went to see The Grudge. If you are considering going to watch this movie, dont waste your money. It was not as scary as the first American version.

I haven’t been to a movie theatre in a long time but I had a great time at this location. The sea toy was comfortable and the environment was pleasing.

AMC really needs to get this location together. Employees have excellent customer service but the theater is a bit nasty. Bathrooms need extreme cleaning. Seats are a little worn. Just needs a huge overhaul especially since it’s the only one in Clarksville. I’ve been a Stubs member 2011all our theaters in Chicago are nice but this one needs change. Having reserve seating & IMAX would be nice to have without having to leave the area

Sadly, they need new seats big-time. The cushions on the seats where so flat and misshapen you could feel the plastic and it was not comfortable... had to move seats 3 times to find a row with semi-acceptable seats. The popcorn wasn’t very fresh either. The staff was very nice though. Too bad the theater is in such need of renovation. I know why there was no line at all lol.

Where in the world is this place? I tried locating it and couldnt find it. I missed the movie.

The Movie Theater was fairly clean and a nice environment for my Daughter whos Autistic and Myself because Im Disabled. The other Customers were very accommodating and moved over for us to ALL sit together and enjoy the Movie! I just wish that the Theater along with the Mall would be a little more accommodating for Children/Kids with certain kinds of Disabilities ESPECIALLY when theyre Older and adjusting/Transitioning to Adult life!

The staff is awesome, just need more of it (at several show times that started at same time, you had to purchase tickets and concessions at concession stand with only 2 people working it)! The theater does need some maintenance and remodeling of movie and bathroom areas but still usable for sure. Prices are decent. For me and my 2 grandchildren with concessions (popcorn and drinks)was around $30.

Cheap movie experience but with great price deals depending on when you go. $5 Tuesday deals. Usually decently clean. Somewhat uncomfortable seats though. I pay for Regal on Tiny Town if I have the extra money but if on a budget, this is the theater to go to.

It doesnt look like much on the outside, but the picture and sound are quality! I personally found the snack and drink prices pretty expensive, but the tickets are at a great price. I also found that the seats cushion will deflate after a few minutes of sitting, and then you csn feel the back ridge on your tailbone, that isnt fun, but the movies are!

Opening times here vary wildly. A show could start at 12:30 and they might not open until 12:15. No hours are posted anywhere. They seem short staffed and lines at concessions take forever to get through. The whole place seems dingy and run down and desperately needs to be updated. Ive usually over looked all this as our movie experiences have been decent. Today was the worst movie experience Ive ever had though. Our movie was supposed to start at 1:45 and did not start until 2:10. We were given no explanation as to why. The manager simply said they were working on it. The movie started with no previews which was fine but half way through the screen went green, then black. Again, nobody came in to tell us what was going on. Multiple people went to tell the manager to have him say hes working on it and theyd rewind anything we missed. 10 minutes later wed had enough waiting and went to get a comped ticket which they happily gave us. A little communication goes a long way to build customer loyalty but i really would do almost anything to avoid seeing a movie here in the future.

Love coming here clean ... nice attendants. Fresh food. They keep the bathrooms clean too. The theaters are always comfy and clean. Staff very helpful and genuine. Being an amc member saves you and benefits you for good deals and different pricing.

Start the show when you advertise the showtime. Sitting watching 25 minutes of previews when posted showtime was 25 minutes ago. I can watch the previews on you tube. I remember know why we stream movies at home. They start when we push the play button and not a half hour later.

I love this theater. Customer service is great and the AMC deals are pretty good in my opinion.

Went to see a movie and the audio was so quiet that I could hear what the person two rows in front of me was talking about - and this was during an action scene.I told the girl at the concessions counter that it was too low and they said they can speak to someone over the radio and make adjustments.Whatever adjustments they made were minimal at best - cause I barely noticed a difference.When I go to a movie I expect immersion when it comes to video and audio. There is no reason for the audio in my home theater to be deeper and richer compared to a theater when tickets are $15 each, which adds up - if you are taking a family.I cant say I wont be back - but Ill definitely be making a conscious decision to go to Great Escape instead of this one.

Unorganized staff and would not give discount for Tuesday because the next day is a holiday. Even though it says discounted Tuesday, false advertising.Absolutely ridiculous

Our movie had technical difficulties and I cant blame the employees for that, but the fact they were rude about us asking them to fix it and the employee said I have to fix the coke machine first!. There are is another working coke machine and a theatre of upset people wanting to finish the movie and you wont fix it.... everyone in the theatre left before the movie finished because the employees wouldnt do anything about fixing the technical difficulties. Oh and they started the movie 30 minutes late too.

This place is gross. From the smell and the trash in the theater to the nasty restrooms. Just nasty

Conveniently located in the mall, never super crowded. Is always somewhat clean, I just overall prefer it over the theatre on Tiny Town because of nostalgia.

Would give it a negative review if I could. We just moved here and are AMC premiere members. This is the only AMC theater in town and it’s horrid! I can’t believe the AMC brand has this theater operating under its name! One person working register & concession for the entire place, no premiere line option, took over 20 minutes to get a ticket. Some people in front of us just walked out others just walked down the hall into the theater without paying. There was no ticket taker. They over charged me when I had rewards. Then when I went back for our refill of popcorn 40 minutes into the movie no one was at the counter. I had to walk down the hall practically yelling for a staff member. A girl popped out of a back room and said they already dumped the corn and didn’t want to make anymore. What’s the point of having a refill option then. Absolutely lazy staff. I would never recommend going here. We will be canceling our AMC membership due to this location.

The theatre at Governors Square Mall is going down hill fast. They close the ticket booth and you have to stand in line at concessions to buy tickets and there isnt a marquee to see movies or times and they only have one server so it takes fifteen minutes to get a ticket. There also wasnt any air conditioning so it was hot.

Great atmosphere for movie entertainment - Bad Boys 3 was a great movie.

This theater is unkept, smells bad and the customer service is poor. The rest rooms are dirty and this is a red flag for me. I would not purchase food unless it’s wrapped candy. Overall, my first impression of this theater is that the manager does not care about appearance, service or cleanliness. I will not return with my family. I will drive the extra ten minutes to a mother theater.

I have always liked this theater...mainly due to the affordable $ on Tuesdays and matinees, and because it is in the mall...but today I realized that it is really going downhill. Im glad I didnt get popcorn because the smell inside the theater was so bad, like urine, and the seats are definitely in need of replacement. It makes me sad to write this negative review. I would love to keep coming to this theater if they would revamp...or even better...turn it into an AMC dine in!

Not updated, no reclining heated seats and floors were sticky. It also had a smell. Never thought I would miss Antioch.

This place needs a complete remodel. To start with you have to get your tickets at the concession area and they only have 2 people working there. The inside smells like mold. Bathrooms are nasty. Theaters are very dirty. Bad experience all the way around.

I rushed to get here at 8 because that is when the movie started. This is a Fathom event so there are specific ads that have to play. The workers disregarded that and didn’t start the 30 minute reel of ads. Very angry. So now I’m sitting through 30 minutes of ads when I should be watching a movie

Things here having definetly improved. I would have started off giving them 1 stars but now its nearly 5 stars if it wasnt for the poor seating and way too long previews (30-40 in previews).

Seats need some repair. Cushions are very uncomfortable. I tried several seats before I found one that wasnt compressed down and uncomfortable. There was a sound in the ventilation system in the theater I went to (6). Staff was nice, bathroom was clean.

Older theater but still nice. Its kind of nostalgic. Only draw backs are small concession area, single ticket window, older style seats. Prices are reasonable too.

My 16 year old And her friend went and was charged $21 for 2 drinks and 1 popcorn and wasnt given a receipt,thats taking advantage of people, my daughter knew something wasnt right! Im very disappointed,the tickets were already paid for,Im hoping this is an innocent mistake!

Most movie theaters put their high cost of concessions to good use, by improving the quality of the theater, however this one does not. Youre first greeted with a heat wave while waiting for your snacks as the air conditioning doesnt work in the lobby, even the ticket attendant seemed uncomfortable. The theater itself had uncomfortable seats with a digital projector that seems a bit outdated, randomly putting weird digital issues on the screen during the movie. Also wasnt even completely sure it was projecting HD as the text at the end was extremely fuzzy along with certain parts of the movie.The only reason I went was due to gifted free tickets, in the future Ill probably just regift them.

Was awful. The only good thing their was the staff. Most of the trash bins were filled to the top, even in the womens rooms. We showed up to our movie 20 minutes early, and there was not a single seat. Not one. Me and my husband had to sit on the steps on the floor. We couldnt even get a refund. The man said It wasnt sold out when you bought the tickets. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. And that was my first time going there.

Have had not been to a movie in years at the mall location. It seams run down. They have you to pay for tickets at the concession counter. Had to use a little girls room, there was tissue and paper towels all over floor, counter not clean. It was just a mess in the bathroom. We had to sit through advertisements for about 20 minutes before the movie even started. I will not go back.

Alec Sharp LMAO apparently you didnt get the memo that the food court doors are the only accessible doors via the whole mall after 6pm on sundays. Bathrooms reek of urine and the place could be a bit cleaner. Otherwise great volume and decent picture quality.

NOT REGAL, AND THAT IS BAD.I used to frequent this movie theater, especially when they started the popcorn bucket special a few years back. Now, the theater is dated, does not smell well maintained, and looks like a rundown hotel on its last leg. Though Regal may cost more, the experience is 100X better than AMC, with reclining seats and plenty of space for viewers. AMC has lost a valued customer to Regal.

The employees and management are fantastic! My popcorn and refreshments were hot and fresh. I absolutely love this theater and its employees.

Clean and pretty comfortable seating. It’s the favorite places for my granddaughter and I love to go to on a Saturday afternoon for our grandma-granddaughter day.The negative... a little over priced for the snacks.... but that seems to be the thing for most movie theaters.

Went to see an 8PM movie on Sunday and when I showed up the doors to the mall were locked and there was no way in, people were cleaning inside but no one saw us to come let us in. I tried calling and no one would pick up the phone. I will not be returning to this theater again.

This theater has fallen behind keeping up with other theaters. There is stadium seating but facilities are very worn down and need a refresh. Get some leather seat recliners like the theater down the road and now were taking.

Just yuck... Everything about this place is bad. Insulation and wiring were hanging down from the busted and broken celing panels... what few still remained.. The seats were broken and really badly worn. Everything was sticky. The lobby area smelled like very old carpeting and urine.

The movie hasn’t even started. Ticket prices are outrageous for what service and bad quality you receive. Everything smells, old seats, ceiling panels are falling off from water damage, wall paper is falling off. I understand it’s a classic but repairs need to be made. Prices should be cheaper since it’s a worn out small theater. Could have paid the same price and received an amazing quality experience at a different theater.

Prices are good as a member of AMC stubs BUT really needs to be renovated!

Okay, so this is an older theater. We always enjoy ourselves though, and its nice that you can walk around the mall before your movie starts. Weve always been treated well here, but we also always go when we know the theater wont be that busy.

On a good day this movie theater is 2 stars.

This place is VERY dirty!! Seat cushions are broken. No toilet paper or soap on bathroom. Rugs in hallway and theater are dirty like they never get vacuumed. If possible go to a different theater.

Get the AMC Stubs pass and you can see three movies a week! Thats right 3 MOVIES A WEEK. $20.00 a month. Get one for yourself and have a friend get one. I got mine as a gift and my adult daughter has one also. We go see what we want and DONT feel bad about walking out on a movie we dont like! Some theaters have reserved seating and pre-ordering of food that they deliver to you!

I am a AMC Premiere Stubs and love AMC. Been going with AMC for years and years. This is hands down the absolute worst AMC i have ever been to. Went twice to give it the benefit of the doubt. Both times were horrid. The entire place smells like a urinal and it needs a complete overhaul with all its equipment. U will be taking my business to Regal while i live here. The old theater on post is beeter than going here.

Im a premier member visiting this location from Denver. I went with my husband to see aquaman for his birthday and I was kinda disappointed with this locations service and cleanliness. The young lady at the checkin counter forgot to give us our 3d glasses or tell us which theater we were in. Three different people left the previews to report that the color was wrong so we could not see them at all. Its sad to see the shape of this theater in my hometown. The movie and 3d version were very good though.

Great place lots of movie choices

So, i checked these times out online before i drove the 45 minute trip to the movie theatre and when we get here at 7:02 the show times at the theatre reflected the same that online said: movie begins at 7:20pm. I get to the window for them to tell me that the movie was rescheduled to begin at 6:30 which i later find out was a lie told to shut me up. No one was apologetic about it even after i took a picture of their signs that was above their heads and showed them. Movie theatre prices are outrageous everywhere now so i wont complain about that, but as much as they charge here this theater is disgusting and theatre 4 smells like mildew and it is hard to breathe. The seats are also damp. Needless to say i will NOT be back nor recommend this location to anyone.

The seats are very outdated and not that comfortable. The screen was good quality and the prices are a little high unless you do thier membership. They also do not let you reserve seats, first come first serve for actual seating.

My grand-daughter and I visit on a regular basis. This theater is family friendly and tries to keep costs down. It isnt fancy, but its clean. I joined their Stubs Hub Club for $15 a year, and the savings are fantastic. Especially on Tuesdays!

It could be cleaner but I do like thats if more affordable than most movie theaters I attend.

Movie was supposed to start at 1:45; we LISTENED to the previews as the screen was not turned on until 2:08. In general wasnt a fan of this theater and will stick to the one on tiny town from here on out.

II don’t usually do reviews but this place was so nasty I have to warn you. I would give 0 stars. The theatre we saw our movie in smells so repulsive. Like mildew & pee. I will never go to this theatre again. I have never been to a movie theatre this bad.

Well me and my girlfriend went to this theatre today for the first time . worst experience I ever had. I got ate up by bugs. I kept feeling bugs crawling on me. I got up and walked out. When I asked to speak to a manager he was very unhelpful and did not care that room had bugs and my experience was ruined. Then I could not even get my money back because I threw the other half of my ticket away. I would not even give this place 1 star. Beware when you go to this theatre. I will never return !!!

This place really needs to be cleaned and updated. The screening rooms smell bad and the hallways are usually dirty.This theater is closer to home, but we usually go over to the Regal unless sold out because its cleaner and in much better condition.The condition of this theater is the only thing stopping us from joining the AMC A-List subscription.

Was there with my girl and they left the lights on the whole movie... plus i forgot my ID so we had to ask someone to have there id so we could buy my ticket... Wack but the popcorn was good lmao

This place is really gross. like really. it had popcorn and trash all over the floors, the staff was on their phones everywhere you looked. when we were buying tickets the lady was literally playing pokemon go. the hallways were lined with peoples stuff and the employees were obviously too busy on their phone to care enough to clean. literally disgusting

Never have given a store 5 stars. Take this as an extreme compliment. The location is always clean. Movie selection and times are very good. Prices are extremely affordable, and staff always treats the patron with respect and kindness. The popcorn and such is delicious at a good price.

Decent place and a convenient go to since it is close. Like most theatres it is absolutely freezing so bring a jacket if youre like me and dislike the cold. Sometimes the place is clean sometimes theres a mess by concessions and the theatre itself smells a bit off, like old food and B.O. Last time I went the bathrooms were clean but the popcorn was quite stale. Overall this place is okay but I do prefer the regal here in town.

Not clean, line for days to purchase tickets and concessions. On this particular visit the projector didn’t work with no other option but to watch another movie or ticket to come back. The only reason I’m giving an extra star is they gave us a full refund. This theater needs to get itself together!
