Used to always find what I want around the store and be happy but lately I go in and the place feels empty which makes me surprised because Michael’s used to be my favorite crafting store to go to! Also it is very crowded but that I can not blame the store, but I was able to find some of the stuff I went in for today anyway!

I ordered for same day in store pick up. That was at 1pm. The order said it would be ready by 4pm. It is now 9pm. I have been trying to call the store and all I get is please hold and then noone ever comes back to thw phone. It times out im ignored for so long. The money was already taken out of my account and I have work that is not being finished because of the horrible service at this store. I will never ever use this feature again. This is not delivery and to be told it would take days to get my money back when the order was just simply supposed to filled and picked up. This is ridiculous.

Really nice store. Large variety of products. Low staff, need more people on the floor for costumer help, but well organized overall.

Great selection for crafting and decorating. However the photo albums are pricy and albums come with only 12 pages. Purchasing additional pages is necessary and they are equally costly. Buying some photo albums was my primary reason for coming to Michaels. I was disappointed and will most likely shop for them elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service. I went to get a yarn, it was on the top shelf very far from me. I asked for help and i was totally ignored by the female employee. Very disappointed because im a regular customer and i thought the environment was more friendly. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Staff is super helpful when asking where something is ... I got the aisle info and exactly where the item was on the shelf.

I just recieved same day delivery. Really impressed with that. But the driver didnt adhere to instructions to leave at front door and ring bell. She was calling me and I was not told I would be called. Annoying. Just give me my package and move along, thank you.

Not good service but good covid-19 precautions

Selection of yarn and frames is good but wood products were limited. Cashiers were also taking customer phone calls and therefore could not also process customers waiting to check out so check out process was slow.

2 curbside pickup ordered 5 hours ago,1 ready other not. 1 pack of construction paper and a poster board. Now I have to drive about 45 minutes back tomorrow? Amazon woukd have been faster cheaper and here already

Covid update- Great store and has everything I need, but to be honest, Im not wild about the set up. They didnt change their layout at all to accommodate social distancing, so it is really awkward to move around and not be in someones way since the aisles are so close together. The check out line is especially bad. I will stick to pick up options or online ordering for now.

Great store! There were a lot of people there but that is to be expected with the limited hours and the Pandemic. Staff is excellent!

I miss ac moore its no comparison. Prices are high at micheals.not much of a variety of yarn selection. Even joannes and hobby lobby is way better.

If youre anything like us, an artsy and creative family, this is the place! Michaels is the top store I prefer to go to ahead of all the others out there. The sales and coupons make it a lot less stress on your wallet, you just have to watch for the sale signs.

Salesperson that helped me went out of her way to do so. It saved me from having to make an unnecessary trip back at a later date.

They have good collection of fake flowers & glass Items.

The employees are so nice and helpful! I had placed an online order and they got the order ready really quick. They have a larger selection than some other Michaels. Definitely recommend!

Great place if you are into hobbies and crafts

Fairly new location that is well stocked. Employees were friendly and voluntarily approached me to see if I needed help. I needed custom frames for some memorabilia and found everything I needed. Checkout was simple, lines (4pm on a Monday) were not long. Was asked to join the store membership program, but was not overly pressured to do so.

I do not frequent craft stores often as I myself do not do any crafts. Store is large, well organized and basically serves the purpose. But I was looking for gold/silver or other ornamental rope/thread or ribbon to hang some ornaments on my Christmas tree.They had none in any color to fit my need.Found exactly what i was looking for elsewhere.

The store needs more employees. The ones working were all very busy helping customers. Long lines, inventory all over the place.

I was making a Halloween treats out of popcorn and melted white chocolate it was ghost. Michaels is the only place that I know of thats close where Im able to purchase the chocolate. They had a sale going on four bags of chocolate for $10I was able to save money at the same time use a coupon that they had online, and make delicious treats for Halloween party.

Very friendly staff, happily attentive. Some very good selections at good prices. A clean layout, but a bit cluttered. Some items are actually overpriced, but availability is ample. Nice seasonal selections. Also lots of candy and chips for the munchies.

MIcheals, anything with art and decoration, go to shop. This place is organised and most of things are still at the me racks and Isles, which is good to see unlike other Micheals. Kudos to the staff but again I had to wait little longer standing in the queue and ended up changing my mind of buying some items. I felt the staff is busy arranging things and not ready to bill the customers in queue. at the time I was in the staff was right behind the counter arranging things than billing the customers out to get back to business...well it is always a balancing act.

In a busy area but unless its Christmas well there is good parking. The store has been more organized in the past six months than earlier.

Everyone is so helpful and nice. Few people working, but it felt like it had triple the amount. They move very fast and are very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Im in Michaels very little. I thought this store is large yet seem tightly packed with shelves and merchandise (visited December) Aisles felt too narrow. Found nothing for what I was looking for there though as it mostly have ready items instead of parts I normally use to make my own decorations. I saw good selection of things for a school project, though I dont have kids

I get all my framing done here and for a great price. Highly recommend for framing.

They have like 1/2 of what you are looking for every time go to Michaels...But first order what you think you will really need from Amazon. Plus I find that things that used to be a dollar are 20$ in this store. So only go here if you really, really cant wait for shipping. Their ribbon is nice and ok for its price. I remember when that used to be a dollar now its two. But ok I guess inflation. I mean I like this store but it doesnt compare to other craft stores like Joe-Anne but I dont think they have those around here. Hobby lobby used to be good but I recently went there and was disappointed. For sewing and jewelry making this store is not very good, but if you are making something for your kids school out of construction paper and glitter pens then this is the place for you. Felt, pom-poms, popsicle sticks that kind of thing glue scrap books. Not me I like to twist wires together. They never have what I am looking for and never have a large enough selection of swarski cristal.

This particular Michaels was going out of business and you would think that the prices would be affordable since it was cut in half however I spent more money in here even though it was a close out sale it didnt save me any money at all.

Store appears to be over jammed with inventory,... in a neat way. I LOVE it. Their discount deal is on the money. Beautiful jewelery supply section. All they need is micas for soap making & way more soap making stock. The store is awesome.

I like Michaels. They always have 40%-50% coupons and accept competitors coupons such as AC Moore which generally always has 50% off 1 regular priced item. Hobby Lobby doesnt take ANY COMPETITORS coupons. This is difficult but I need to be honest most of the time people arent around to help and when they are they either dont know or dont want to know about what it is your asking.I know, its like whatever happened to customer service? LOL

I think this is the best of the craft stores register people in floor people are always polite and knowledgeable the prices are very competitive and they have a great selection of items. Where they put coupons out really helps.

What a huge location, super easy to get lost but the are so well equipped with staff, you can easily ask for help. Their products are the best quality and tend to have weekly discounts.

This is a nice Michaels. It is big, clean and well lit.

I love Clark, and I love Michaels Im there at least once a week just to get inspired, but today I went there to purchase items for my wedding. Asking for help was the equivalent to pulling teeth. Then when I finally have everything I need, I get rung up by a women named Elienne with the absolute worst attitude ever despite buying almost 500 dollars worth of items, I even tried separating items to make it easier for her to ring up because I too work in retail, but she snapped and rolled her eyes and sighed. If you dont like your job dont work there. I love Clark and I love micheals but I would avoid elienne at all costs.

You can never find someone to help you. I think their over priced and just ok..

Probably my favorite craft store. They are well organized and stocked. The mature staff could be a bit more friendlier but they are professional. The younger employees are cheerful and always willing to help.

They always have on trend craft supplies and great sales.
