Nice small museum, air conditioner to escape the summer heat. Learn about significant Claremore folks from history, playwright Lynn Riggs, singer Patti Page, astronaut Scott Russa, and a few more less known but important locals.

I highly recommend a visit to the Claremore Museum of History. Theyve done a wonderful job turning the historic Library building into a museum showcasing Claremore as it was and is. The folks here are thrilled to visit with you and share their impressive collection of memorabilia from the areas long and outstanding history. Very courteous staff who are just waiting to give you a guided tour. No admission fee charged, but all donations gladly accepted. I was deeply impressed.

Lack luster museum. Claremore doesnt have enough history to warrant a museum. Its clean though.
