Its a great park for what it is, which is a tiny tiny park. The grass is lush and green (probably because its not used much). The playground is for younger children and has a decent-sized tot lot.Unfortunately, there is no restroom, and the basketball court thats tucked into the corner is old and often littered with trash. There is also a homeless man that has taken up residence there for the past several months during COVID-19 pandemic. He cooks food on the park grill, and it smells pretty good. Hes friendly, but he makes me feel uncomfortable. He is constantly wanting to engage in conversation with me when Im an introvert, and all I want to do is have a nice quiet walk around the neighborhood.Dont bother with the dog park here. No one brings their dogs and its really small. Its about the size of half of a basketball court. Also, as of this review, the gate to the enclosure is broken. I made a few 3D photo spheres for this park if you want to see what it looks like. Otherwise, go to Claremont Pooch Park instead.

VERY GOOD PLACE FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY FOR THEIR DAY.

Stopped by to have some lunch with my mom and well, the were some shady young men there. Lets just say I was happy it was daytime and we left pretty quick.

Small but perfect 4 parent and there children

Very small dog park best for small dogs. Needs a bench. Dog park had a table but no longer. Picnic table was remove and put under the gazebo.

San Jose Park is Small it has a large playground, basketball court, couple benches, one gazebo and two charcoal grills. I would had giving it Five starts but it doesnt have any restrooms.
