They have the friendliest staff! I really hope this place stays open through everything my kids love their pizza

Great atmosphere for small children. Easy to keep an eye on your group as it is very open. Area for the Chucks concert has very long tables for your party guests and its interactive! But gaming area was small and I started to feel cramped up more as more people were coming in.

As i walked into this establishment to play some crusty video games with the other residents, I saw a very attractive mouse dancing with some other attractive creatures. I was very intrigued by this hot mouse, and went up to ask for his phone number. This mouse (i later learned was named chuck e) did not answer, but proceeded to dance with his pals. I yelled at him, but he was in the middle of a neat dance and turned around and smacked me in the face. I was heartbroken, as the gorgeous mouse had betrayed me as well as bruised my face. I was wondering the next time an attractive mouse was attending, if you clould notify me so i could return to this establishment? thank you very much, i will continue to dream of this gorgeous mouse.

Great food n service what more can one say

I mean, its fun to do the games and stuff but it smells like sodium heaven. The floor was gross and if the Chuck dude didnt have mask on hed be like THE most depressed human I existence. He be like, the 8th great wonder of the world and scientists everywhere would wonder think to themselves, Damn, how the hell is this dude so depressed. The animatronics though, CREEPY. they just watch you wherever you go! DISGUSTANG

Chuck E Cheese is always a great place to bring the kids.Fun Tip: the play all day is about 5 times the value if you use it every time it comes off cooldown. If you want to save the time you can just sit on a coin op machine and get tokens. Then the kids can use tokens as they wish. Sometimes the employees will also convert tokens into points for games. Enjoy

My kids love it (myself too!),they always have fun and the pizza and salad bar are pretty good and it usually comes out pretty quick. Theres plenty of places to sit and Ive found that during the week or first thing when they open on the weekends is when its not super crowded.

Too many machine werent working properly or not working at all. As usual the options of prizes were a joke in comparison to what you spend. Food there i laughable but the whole stamp thing at the front door is awesome

Kids love this mouse. Birthday parties hosted or not are fun. Chuck E walks around and visit all the parties plus round up all of them and have games for every age. My go to when kids need to run and play indoors instead of my house. oh and the food menu is so Awsome. Very reasonable.

Ordered two of the $5 pizzas and very helpful.

While completely dead, near 6 or 7 tables stayed filthy and covered in food, with crumbs all over the floor. 3 out of the 5 ticket machines remained full, nothing looked wiped down or clean.Games worked fine but all in all the place is pretty gross lol

Went with a few family members because they had kids to watch and I had planned to visit... Food was alright, salad bar was pretty good too.... Kids stayed rightly occupied with all of the games and they had quite a few things to use even without the wrist band things. 8/10 would go again

The location in Citrus Heights is, in my opinion, the best one to choose. Elk Grove always seems overly crowded and the kids end up frustrated that they cant use a particular game. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the pizza. It was bad at all and seemed much better than many years ago (or I was just really hungry). If you know you are staying for a set block of time, I would recommend buying the time pass versus tokens. Works out to be cheaper in the long run especially if its not too crowded.

3.5 stars. I went at a slow time during the week which made my visit pleasant. Employees were really friendly and the store seemed clean. Pizza was mediocre but it was what I expected.

Very clean, the pizza was tasty, the only reason i reduced to 4 star is how slow it was to get the machines refilled with tickets. We went on Thursday evening, there was hardly any people, but the attendant took sweet time to tend to the machines. Maybe they were under staffed? Who knows, but we had a great time, the machines, floors, bathrooms, play area was pretty clean. Pizza was good and on time. Thank you

Sorry to say Chuck E Cheese has some of the worst pizza. Fortunate for them the entertainment makes up for it. Now the one we visited to celebrate my sons birthday had more machines broken down from ticket boxes to soda machines I hope not to have to go back.

My grandson is 15 months old, he had the best time here. He was all smiles. I must admit I enjoyed it just as much as he did.

This was my first time coming to a Chuck E. Cheese, but it was an awesome experience. Brought my nephews there and bought them 30 min cards. They had so much fun competing against each other (in terms of tickets). The staff were helpful. Would NOT recommend it to kids less then 4 yrs old, though.

Its Chuck E Cheese need i say more..I guess i will. We go a lot around lunch time during the week and there is only a hand full of people. Absolutely love this place for my little ones. Heck I have a fun time with games too! Definitely recommend.

A great time for children, and plenty of games for adults, as well. The pizza is delicious as is the salad bar. Beer was too expensive.

Nice food and salad , good place for kids . But I hope they clean the tables properly.

We usually have a pleasant time here. But this was my last draw. After visiting the Roseville location it is way nicer and more update to date and you are also rewarded at least 50 times more tickets on each game. But besides the point, we came here for my daughters 3rd birthday. We ordered 2 large pizzas and 4 drinks and 4 one hour unlimited plays. We got our pizza fairly quick and we ate and went to play. Came back to an empty table and had almost a full pizza at least $20 dollars worth of food and drink that they just tossed. No apology, no trying to make it right. They are careless and crooks and I will not spend another penny at this location! Hire more competent staff.

The employees are rude. Ive been here there times in 2 months due to my step daughter loving it but its horrible. Dirty, unorganized, and half the time all the ticket machines are broken along with half the games.

When we first arrived the young man stamping our hands was friendly. When we got to the counter none of the three young ladies greeted or even acknowledged us I finally had to get their attention after that everyone was friendly and helpful. 12/8/19 3:00

The roseville one is very clean take the extra 15 min and drive thier the slide had pizza sauce all dried up inside gross :/ just not clean

We went on a Monday and we were the only Family in the whole place. The buffet had a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and it didnt look fresh. We were there for over an hour and the same food was at the buffet table. As far as the cleanliness of the location. I was very dissatisfied. With Only One family there you would think the staff would have time to wipe down the tables and the games. Instead the two girls on the clock stood there and talked to another girl. We ordered a large pizza and it took 35 minutes to get. Dont understand why it took so long if no one else was there. The games and the glass over the buffet looked as if they used a dirty rag to wipe them down. This location has gone down hill and the staff is unhelpful. And it seems to be very unsanitary. Look at the pictures I posted. You can see it is nasty.

Very clean, pizza was great, its a good place to take your kids for an hr or two if its too hot to be outside. We spend around 12$ and my son is occupied for two hours its great.

Great for the kids but I wont be eating their food again. Lets just say ot didnt settle well and thats been at any Chuck E. Cheese Ive been too. They could definitely keep up their bathrooms better because they are not a place I want my kids to use when they have to go. But overall it is a fun place for the kids!

Its been a few years since I took my family to Chuck E. Cheese for an evening out of family fun. I was surprised to find that the classic tokens have been replaced by plastic cards. While it makes it easier on my pockets, there was something special about seeing your childs excitement as they counted out their share of the coins.The food has definitely improved, both taste and appearance. Its served fresh and hot within a relatively short period. They have a few new games but a few games were out of service which upset my granddaughter. However, I was able to let her run loose in the overhead maze which she thoroughly enjoyed.

The prices are ridiculous and no free tokens with food purchases any longer. Glad the grandkids are outgrowing this after 40 plus years of coming here.

Noisy loud slight bit expensive frantic crazy not organized busyCame here for a birthday party. This place was crazy busy, lots of parents and kids here from public, so not dedicated to your party. There is a hamster tube style climbing structure. Otherwise the main focus is the trickery reward driven games.My daughter and I spent the card given by the party host, then spent money to get more tokens. It was unclear if we needed to buy game time or game tokens, so I ended up buying both. After the fact, I think they were not both required, but it burnt the time first, then the tokens. We just had issues scanning the card (face up, aligned along the scanner).At the end, we had a large wad of tickets and the ticket collector looked at the pile and said that looks like about 100 tickets. I said it was more, thinking about all the times we got 15 tickets in the last hour. Their ticket counting machine was broken. She was flexible allowing my daughter to select something between 150-200 tickets, but all she wanted was candy. Lots of tickets for a gummy ring!!

We have a great time at Chuck E Cheeses. We go there for our birthdays. The employees are friendly and helpful. We love love the place.

Kids love it (of course) and if you go to the main website there are usually coupons. The pizza has gotten better, which is good because it really wasnt great before. The salad bar is good with enough variety to make a decent salad. I will also say that the staff has always been friendly and patient with my kids and that is the main reason we continue to go back.

Its not as great as it used to be. Customer service is not the same. You have to wait longer for an attendant to refill tickets for the machines. The food not good anymore. I ued to love going just for the food, Now, I rather go eat somewhere else before going.

They are two fast to get you out

So much fun for the family . I love the invisible stamps that they give the kids and adults. Safety is important. The pizza has gotten a lot better too. They added to the menu and thank goodness. It was much needed. Its still not the best pizza around but at least decent now. Lets face it we are not going for the food.

My family and I love to spend almost every Wednesday here! They have a Wednesday special for $14.99 unlimited play for an hour every Wednesday! We earn between 2000-3000 tickets every time we visit! Very fun and enjoyable family night out for an affordable price!

The pizza crust was buttery garlicky. I used to take my little dude to Chick E Cheese 10-15 years ago and the pizza was like cardboard. You came for the kids experience, not the food. Its gotten so much better!! And bonus, the crust was so delicious I was offering to eat my little loves pizza crust.The unnecessary noise pollution of an alarm on the climbing structure was headache inducing. Sit as far away from it as possible.

It was my first time at a Chick E. Cheese, they dont exist in Montana lol. I was expecting Little Caesars quality pizza, but the pizza was surprisingly good! The animatronics were a little weird, theyre very outdated. Maybe people are nostalgic for the animatronics, so the company doesnt feel the need to update? Either way, overall, it was an interesting experience!

Clean, hot fresh food, all games worked, a blast

This particular Chuck-E-Cheese gets pretty busy on the weekends. During the weekdays its not busy at all. The pizza is one step above Little Caesars but kind of pricey. Salad bar is a mess but they do keep their bathrooms pretty clean which is a plus. Its nice that they have an option to buy a play card for time rather than credits so you get an unlimited amount of games in the allotted time.

It was nice, the pizza was good with a lovely clean salad bar. The facility was nice with helpful staff!

We love this Chuck E. CheeseMy son asks to go here for his birthday every year. The package deals make it so easy. Or just coming and playing games for a couple hours is also a great treat. And he loves leaving with a handful of goodies he won. We live just between this one and another. And we usually go here because it tends to be less crowded.

We celebrated my sons birthday here and everyone had a great time! Only bad thing was one of the two cakes we order was messed up - our host accidentally closed the box or something on it. Also, most of the kids missed when Chucke.

Old, outdated and small. Not usually busy.. lots of machines out of order. Pizza is decent and their salad bar is just okay. The unlimited play time is a huge bonus for this place. My daughter played unlimited games for an hour at less than $20.

Still the same as I remember as a kid, barely clean and the pizza is greasy. The games are advertised to older kids such as teenagers so my 4 year old didnt have much to play with.

Well, we arrived pretty late, so even though the check in girl seemed rude at first, how she declared to us that theyd be closing in 30 minutes, she made up for it by reminding the guy at the ticket exchange that their boss wasnt paying attention to how many tickets we had given them and that he could say that we had, in fact, given them 1 ticket or 1 hundred thousand and the boss would none be the wiser! So, initial lameness and then as we wasted our time in that soul-leaching place to get some tickets the staff made up for the comments and rewarded our daughter with a few of the lower level prizes, which made her happy, and got them a better review than it wouldve been!

My kids enjoy coming to this location the most because it isnt so crowded. They provide great service and kudos to Larry for being fantastic!

I thought Chuck E. Cheese was for little kids but we had a great party for a 16 yr old teenager. I would recommend this business.

Love coming here! This location especially in citrus height is our fav. The safe is friendly. Less criwd on week days.

My son had fun! The pizza is better than it was when I was a kid! The only problem I have is the play tube isnt meant for smaller kids. My kid had to climb up to the ceiling.

Got there early before it got crowded. While the sald bar options are limited, the pizza was fresh and tasty. Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the bathroom. Kids had a great time.

The cooks here are all nasty if I could give this place no star I would. They were playing in there when I was patiently waiting for my 2 large pizzas plus an order of boneless wings it was on a Tuesday morning they weren’t even busy at all for them to have me wait for so long I waited more than 45 minutes my kids got through playing and my pizzas weren’t done so I asked for my money back. This place is very unsanitary

We had a great time at chuckee cheese. We got there when it opened and we were the only ones there for over 30 minutes. I like that the new game system. You pay by the hour not the game and the kids loved that. We had a race to the next game and they had a lot of tickets at the end. They had fun picking out prizes.

I dont like the new card thing they are doping here. The kids have unlimited tokens but only for 30 minutes. I went here for a birthday party and the kids played for about 2 hours. Not all of them showed up at the same time so some kids would be out of time while the other still have 10 minutes worth of tokens left. It was frustrating to see and try to work around. Other than the new card token thing, Chuck e cheese is still a place to let kids get their sillies out. Lots of games to keep their attention and lots of cool prizes to spend their tickets on

So much fun for the kids....but great pizza. If they were closer to my house I would buy pizza to go. Its that good.
