Used to love living here, my neighbors are still awesome, the maintenance guys are nice, and i like its location in town, but things have gotten rather bad as of late. Our heat has only worked in half of our trailer for the past 2-3 months. We have called to have it repaired twice a week for the first month (October) we werent super concerned yet. Each call we were told they would get someone out to check things out. November rolls around, a week before our second daughter was born we called daily. They sent a guy out who said he would make sure it was fixed. We havent seen them since. It is now December, we have called multiple times a week. We are running space heaters to keep our 2 girls warm. They sleep in our room which is the only room with any heat. We called again today and got the same answer we always get. I really dont want to move but that might be our only option. Our home is practically uninhabitable. They care more about whether our grass is mowed than a one month old having heat. I am not talking badly about anyone because before this everything was great, just this situation is very poorly handled

As i have a travel trailer they would not let me in the park for 1 night as sum people there have 3 cars or trucks

It is a good environment to let your kids grow up in Friendly people

Nice people love in nice places..... So dont expect to find anyone nice here

Affordable housing and clean. Be a home owner and take pride in ownership. I started with a trailer from Elses. If youre paying rent and any kind of credit, you can own cheaper

The roads here need to be repaired. The North side of the park is pretty quiet and I have good neighbors.

Used to be better. A lapse in judgement, and loosening of the requirements, allowed some unsavory characters in. Too high rent for the return. Aside from a pool, and small play area, the park offers minimal community interaction or events.

We live here its a very nice park.

Visiting with a friend and her neighbor was playing their stereo so loud we could not have a conversation inside her house. Terrible to not have courteous neighbors.
