A good place with ample of games for people of all ages. We went for anniversary date and did Go-Kart and Axe throwing. Go-kart is a good 14 lap race to tug off with your friends/family. In Axe throwing,they give you a coach and teach you initial tactics which is helpful. Definitely recommend visiting this fun filled place

They are adjusting to the way things are right new but the birthday party I had with them went great! I cant say enough about the staff and customer service! They were excellent. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I didnt feel like there was a lot of cleaning going on but again they are adjusting.

Wow! What a great place... It looked like everyone who made reservations had a blast. Unfortunately we did not. A party of six for a birthday night of fun, we were greeted with sorry we are booked up. If you didnt make a reservation your party cant have any fun with the cart racing. What a bummer. Nowhere on the website does it say you need reservations. In fact, it states open to walk ins and reservations and at the bottom of the webpage it says reservation not required! So we drove two hours for some fun and did not get to enjoy anything. Please fix your website!! Please encourage people to call ahead, so that others dont show up to only be turned away. We did have fun with the arcade.... But not really what we came up for. Im sure I wont make this drive again. To bad, looks like a fun place.

My family and I are very unhappy with the service here. My brother and I were very excited to come here and as soon as we arrived we were told that we would not be racing together which is the whole point of coming together. My brother has been here before and got to use the adult racing cars and now is being denied to get to use them. It is ridiculous and we left Speed Raceway in tears because we were looking to a fun family outing and our day was ruined.

Liked the place only thing its way over priced I spent 160.00 for 2 adult and 2 children 2 races each 14 laps. The arcade was good, games no more than 1.50 but there good games. Overall very fun place to take kids but just over priced

Great price for groups, love that we got to race with only the people we came with. Very clean, and strict with COVID-19 procedures. Wiped down cars and helmets thoroughly between uses. Serious about face masks even when riding. Safety procedures for staff and consumers seem to be a priority. Good, clean

We visited this track from Maryland, and I will say it’s well worth the drive! The staff were very friendly, the snack bar was sufficient and the place was SUPER clean.I’ve driven on many of the indoor tracks in the region, and this place is unique in that it offers two smaller tracks within one facility. Although the tracks are a bit on the short side, having two layouts to go between makes for a very fun experience.All karting is expensive, but this place has a great pricing structure if you like to buy multiple races at a time, and that takes the sting out of it a little bit, especially with the small track sizes.I will say that the track marshals could have been a bit more attentive, but that is par for the course at these places that employ younger people. Everyone was extremely polite though and even accommodated my request to have a session with just my son and I by ourselves, which is pretty uncommon.Not only will we return, but we CANT WAIT!Membership is good at both locations!!

If there was a negative 5 on here I would give it, dont come here if you want to get ripped off and turn your good day into a bad one worst place to come, made us wait 50 mins and then when asked when our turn is coming up the girl said 30 mins , waste of time and waste of a day off smh again worst place to go to stay away!!!!!!!

Find place for older kids 13 and above even I had fun with the wife. Want your there and do a couple of runs they always give you a nice discount to keep going. How standing staff very friendly clean area a must on your list and sonic is right there as well when youre done you can go and eat.

Well ran business. Also taking safety precautions due to covid! We had a race were someone crashed at every turn. The manager gave us a free race with experienced drivers which was awesome. Thank you guys for a great experience!

This is our 3rd visit here, this last time was for our sons birthday party. The party room was very clean and well supplied. The staff are very nice and helpful. The arcade has some awesome games too. And of course the racing is awesome.The ages for the party were in the 7-9 year old range.

This is a great place to relieve stress!!!! if you go though make sure you dont eat a lot before the turns might upset your stomach! thank you guys for all the good times! I will be back!!

Fun time, great customer service. Should explain better about the levels and increasing it right before you go out. Didnt put me at my fastest level until last lap of my last race in the package I bought. So I had to buy another to see just how fast I could go. But all in all a great time and kids had a blast.

So much fun, the only problem we had was that we got 3 races. For some reason one race didnt register. We waited 40 min before we talked to someone, we jusy thought that there was alot people. Nope, just didnt register.

Not a bad choice for hosting a team celebration/ team building activity, especially if the majority of your team like speed, and competition.

May cost little more to do but its hell worth the trip doing it tbh

First time there. Friend gifted me and fiance a groupon as a Christmas gift. Never again. Groupon was for 14 laps for 2 people. Fiance lucked out and completed 13 laps. I only got to complete 9. Things we were not told ahead of time which ruined my experience majorly... 1 Carts will shake violently when you try to pick up any speed. Mine was shaking so bad I thought I was going too fast and slowed down because of it. This caused me to be the slowest one. 2 Once the person in first place completes 14 laps you are done. Doesnt matter what you pay for. Only 1 person gets to complete 14 laps it seems. Place was dead, so we werent holding up anyone. Would have been nice if I could have completed 14 laps as well. Also, thought it would just be me and fiance racing against each other since it was two of us in our group. No. They added on 2 other people one of which completed 14 laps first thus ending the race for all of us. Feel like I wasted my friends money and gift. Never returning again. Also wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Not recommend, speed controlled, some races you cant speed up, everyone stayed together (narrowed). Totally cant enjoy the riding.

Planned my husbands birthday party here. I had planned to just have all our friends meet us there and race, but the staff had set up a VIP area for us and gave everyone in our group credit to play the arcade games in between races. The reservation process was super easy! The staff was very generous and helpful, so my husband had a blast. Even when a kart malfunctioned, they were very quick to remedy it. Cant wait to come back!

Very fun experience just a little pricey!

I took my grandkids to celebrate my grandsons birthdays that are two weeks away. In their words, Its lit! They have been asking to go back, so I got them memberships. The staff was nice and the prices were good. It was worth my investment. I highly recommend Speed Speed Raceway.

Bad experience as the kart is super slow. Either due to central control or lack of power. No one can accelerate or pass each other. Didn’t come here for a supermarket cart run!

Waited over an hour in line when I was next because the employees allowed the other people from the party in front of me which was about another 15 people that’s has just walked in to skip because they was together!! . No one is sanitize anything people are walking around without a mask!. The manager does not care when I told him. There was big groups in there no one is social distancing or trying to!!

My son, 9 yrs old, absolutely loves the junior race. They give you a print out of how well you do of your best lap/time. They also have arcade games and Virtual Reality games (I believe thats what they are) that u can play while waiting on your race. I suggest if you dont wanna wear the shoes they give you, make sure you wear ones that do not have the laces (like Bobos).

I went for my daughter, but it was a pretty painless process. They have stocking caps to go under the helmets. If youre going late, or on a slow day (Tues, Wed), save the convenience fee money they charge online, and go to the place and pay directly. Students get $5 dollars off, but it can add up...

Was there yesterday with my family the helmets are not sanitized they should be because the coverage underneath does not cover mouth i saw people putting dirty used ones in supposedly clean bucket, a bunch of kids without masks, first and last time going

Great place to race with family and friends!

The racing was absolutely worth it. Waiting to register in order to race was a hassle because the computers were down, required to be reset, and when we were finished racing, they couldnt print our scores, we had them emailed instead, but it would have been cool for the scrapbook. I would definitely go back, as long as there wasnt a party, and the network was running smoothly.

Great place! Karts are fast and they have a kiddy track and golf course for young kids and a fast track for adults. But arcade was pretty great. Definitely recommend.

One staffer could have been friendlier/more helpful during our visit today. My son couldnt figure out why his cart wouldnt go after hitting the wall and the guy just waved at him instead of explaining that he needed to take his feet off of the pedals. This should be explained BEFORE the drivers get in the carts.

Awesome! Honestly, its fun racing around the track field. Only thing I dislike is that there are a number of laps to complete and the fun ends.

Very disappointed. We spent four hours there and we hadnt been able to go for a single go-kart ride. They were very crowded and constantly gave us bad information about when we would be going. They said oh youll go in 1 hour. Oh youll go in 2 hours. Oh you will go in 30 more minutes and finally after 4 hours we still hadnt gone. We left with a refund. Very poor management. Wasted half a day.

Great place for some fun go karting. They usually get you out in the track fast and the go karts are really fun. Friendly staff and a nice arcade! Good place to spend a couple of hours.

Had lot of fun.. make sure you have extra time ( 2-3 hours) before you head on to race. Busy over weekends .. didnt try on weekdays though.. anyways nice place to hang out with friends and family and kids.Caution: dont be in a race with kids in teens, they are fast and furious and bump a lot... Especially if you are in 40s..Nevertheless its funtime.. :)

It was fun for the boys as they took on z race track. We had to wait for at least 45 minutes b4 the got to drive however there were arcade games on the floor that kept them entertained.

Went there with a bunch of friends not really understanding how much fun it would be. Never would have thought that indoor racing would so competitive. There are two different courses so you can mix it up.

The track is nice but the employees are unorganized and rude. We had a track time booked ahead of time and a half hour after that passed we had to complain to get on the track.

Awesome place to race. Booking a reservation is simple and the arcade has enough to entertain you while you wait for your race.

We just did 1 race and it was definitely really fun. I just think its kinda expensive for the maybe 10 minutes of driving per race. Would put between 3-4 stars. Maybe do it again.

This was my first time really going to an indoor go kart place and it was pretty good. Theres two tracks and decent pricing options for individual sessions or big events. There looks like some theres some pretty modern arcade games too but I didnt look at those.I went here on a Friday morning shortly after they opened and had a great time with two races on the smaller course. The karts drove well enough and the tires and brakes and everything seemed pretty good from the two karts I got to drive.The only real negative for me was that some of the actions and procedures werent up to my personal safety standards (let me preface this by saying everything was conducted in an acceptable manner and nothing happened that made me question the integrity of the facility, my complaints are minor); there were only two course workers on the track and no one questioned the helmet I brought in myself (Snell certified).Ive been to a few autocross events (essentially a go kart course set up in parking lots for cars) over the past two years and learned a lot about racing safety precautions and procedures. I understand this is a relaxed environment and is a relatively small indoor go karting track but many of the same safety protocols for real racing should apply here: in short, from my initial impression the safety standards here are adequate but not excellent. Someone shouldve inspected my helmet at least quickly and there shouldve been another course workers/flagger in my opinion. Im not sure if the karts can all be remotely turned off but I believe thats the case, which in the event of something happening is a good way to keep people from crashing into someone that got stuck or spun out or something so the safety precautions here are decent enough. I quickly looked at the helmets they offer for use; they were DOT certified but Im not sure about anything else.With that said, this place is fantastic from my first impressions. Had a great time on the track. Looking forward to coming back and improving my lap time and trying the other course

Great fun for the whole family, the one issue is the price is high and the wait times for a race can be long depending on when you go. They also dont do the best job organizing the racers so the fast ones can get clean laps. If you can get a full group that knows what they are doing its 5 stars but that is hard to do and can be expensive.

This is a great place with friendly staff our 7 & 9 year old had a great time not mention the adults who had their own speedier carts/ tracks

Took my kids there today and experience was horrible and Ive had good experiences before. Folks come here for speed and excitement. I understand there are safety concerns but people in charge are a joke. Karts were throttled both times. People dont pay rediculous $$$ for a stroll in the park. Will take my money elsewhere.

The facility and majority of the staff was great except for the one staff member that refereed our race.Constantly cutting off the karts to explain the same rules over and over.Yes safety is important but understand that people come here to race one another not cruise around in carts . Very poor demeanor from this staff member .(older man w/ long hair )

Been going here for years! The staff is extremely helpful and safe! They make sure you are safe and everyone is having a good time. If you feel that your race was hindered by a slow driver and frequent stops? No problem! They will give you a replacement race without an issue. Great cheap fun for the family as well as a competitive atmosphere for friends! The karts are fast and they will adjust your speed depending on your skill level. If you want a great time with just you and your friends, go during the week while everyone should be working. Youll have the place to yourselves!

It was Sunday afternoon the lines were much longer than estimated,the actual ride was a blast.

On the website and phone system it states it closes at 10pm. Me and my family went there a few days ago and the place was closed at 9pm. We again went yesterday, we waited over 30 minutes just inline to pay the cashier to be told they have 3 events and they are taking up all the tracks, we would have to wait additional 2 hours. We had small children, we didn’t wait. Even if we did it would be closing time, there was not even a guarantee. They had no signs, no nothing about not being able to ride. They could have told people in the line who were waiting to avoid frustration. My little sister and son were crying because we’ve been trying to go for days. It is now Saturday this is the 3rd time we are attempting to go and I’ve been on the phone waiting for over 20 minutes with no answer to see if there are any events or real busy that way we don’t waste time driving there. More people should be hired so phones can be answered to avoid situations like last night. This place is unorganized and offering really bad customer service. Riding the go karts are fun for sure but going to place 3 times in a few days for a chance to is ridiculous. Hopefully today when we get there we can actually ride, if not I’ll be updating my review and will never try to go again. It’s not worth the frustration and upsetting kids.UPDATE - Went in, no one answered the phone, were told it would be a hour wait.... we tried calling to avoid this, There’s a young white lady medium length hair, extremely rude, shouldn’t be handling customer service at all. I had Complaints and an attitude because the situation is ridiculous however the manager Tom managed to get us 2 races in 20 minutes and arcade cards. He was calm and just over all a really good manager. He actually took the time out to explain why the place may of been closed the other day earlier than normal, as compared to the other lady who gave me a ignorant look as if I was lying about it being closed at 9... toms great but things need to be really worked ok at this place to avoid frustration and confusion

I couldnt believe what the B.Sh this please is. Racing is about speed/race not about just seating in cart. Guy make me drive like a old dud, i have to stop my cart and ask this A.H to let me drive with full speed. People was passing me on second lap.If you want to RACE DO NOT go to this location!!!WTF was this i cant understand

I spent a small fortune for my family of five to race two races. Both races me and my sons karts were throttled down, clearly much slower than the other racers. It was borderline boring. This was our second time there and the first time was much more thrilling. Even my 12 year old complained he was bored on the track. Please let everyone go the same speed.

$20 a race feels quite a bit steep. But definetly a well kept venue. And fun time. Very nice staff.

Fun place to go. Make sure they have your email because they often have half off racing days. They give a little leniency. Can bump a little. Have a pool table and table top tennis. It’s good. Not great. But then again they don’t overly charge either.

Our company had a blast at Speed Raceway and well definitely be back again.

Awesome place for family time. I used the track for an Ace Plumbing Company training and motivation, Then went back with the family, not just a track. Family builder and team.builder venue!

It was a great time. Only downside is that it is a bit expensive. Im not sure how it compares to other go-kaet race tracks; but its the sort of thing I could only afford to do once in a blue moon. Nice facilities. Super nice/helpful staff!

Pay $200, wait 2.5 hours, get throttled while they have their friend at full speed then admit it to your face. I used to drive religiously at pole position and never had this issue. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for a consistent place to drive. Probably ok for a kids party. Don’t waste your time if you’re planning on going a lot.Arcade looked nice, but that’s not what we went there for. Was hoping to make this our regular place since it was closer, but jersey city seems better.

Love going to this place, tracks are challenging to pass on which adds to the challenge and makes it fun, only drawback is not all carts are the same. Some are fast, some slow, some turn better than others. Keeps it interesting though

Very fun, only reason I took a star off was because they couldnt print our placement out so we could see how we did, and then when we asked for it to be emailed none of us ever got it. Otherwise, very fun, very safe. They should recommend people refresh their knowledge of the flags if they havent raced in awhile, though.

I think they need another track for the adults.

Sana was very informative/helpful at the register during my first visit. She explained all of the different purchase plans/memberships and was very friendly/enthusiastic. Came here four times, each time, she was very friendly.The racetrack staff could do a little better with flagging; I feel like I am unintentionally bumping amateur racers out of the way because of the infrequency of flagging. There was a young woman on her cell phone the duration of one race, and drove into me on one of the hairpin turns. She was not reprimanded for her carelessness, nor ejected from the next races she participated in, posing a hazard for myself and my friends. Some of the staff do not seem to enforce the rules of the track (including me bumping drivers out of the way, which can earn a black flag for the race).During a slow night, my friends and I requested to be in a separate group from the other patrons, as we are experienced racers and wanted to maximize our lap times. We were turned down from this request, and my friend ended up crashing into a wall due to an inexperienced driver not checking her surroundings before turning. Meanwhile, another patron was allowed to go solo onto the track, which we did not feel was very fair.
