Wonderful atmosphere, great food and a wide variety of wine. What more could you ask for in a restaurant tucked away in a little part of town? While youre there, be sure to grab a bottle of your favorite be wine and sit outside and enjoy the best sunset around town. If you are up to it, take a stroll around the grounds and grape vines.

Our favorite place to take out of towners and to celebrate our special days. We recently took two friends for Friday night Grilled to Perfection. We sat outside in the gazebo. Wonderful evening, food, friends and wine. Awesome place to watch the sunset, too.

This winery is a gem! It has a nice and quaint atmosphere. There was an arts and crafts festival the same day. It was very appropriate for the venue. The manager Thomas Jay was very informative and helpful!

Wow, I really love this place! Even though I visited in the winter, I enjoyed the view very much. The atmosphere inside is cozy, yet sophisticated. Ive heard even better things about the view in the spring, and I cant wait to go back.I tried the wine sampler, and they all were very very tasty. Its safe to say theres something there for everybody. I ended up bringing a couple of different bottles home with me.I definitely recommend spending some time here if you get the chance! I met the owner as well as the manager, and they both were great.

The concept is like a backyard cookout. You cook your animal protein, the host supplies the side dishes and you dont have to do any cleanup. Theres also a wine tasting of a cross section of the vineyards dry to sweet red and white wines. You select the one of your choosing and your animal protein. So the place is a lot of fun. The service is good. The staff is great. We went when it was in the upper 30s to 40s. I think itll be great when the weather is warm and accommodating of a fire or just being outdoors. Dont expect the food to be top shelf. It isnt and be prepared to get your wine. Cook your food. Go back and forth. But its fun with a crowd and sometimes other guests at the restaurant get in on the fun times too.

My family and I have been here numerous times and had my bridal shower here. It’s become a great place to go for celebrations. Wine is amazing. Atmosphere is so neat, even during the colder months. It’s got that older feel inside with a beautiful vineyard to overlook and walk through when it’s warm out. On the weekends, you usually grill your own food in a separate room and get to do a wine tasting. We’ve been there once when the service was slow and food was subpar but usually they’re quick with great wine and good comfort food.

Spaghetti, Meatball and Bluegrass are a great Wednesday night out. Love just walking around the vineyard. Feels like a mini vacation in Tuscany.

We love going to Vinoklet Winery for a glass of wine and music world for birthday dinners with the whole family. The food and service are top notch.

We attended the New years Eve party and loved it! Food service was rushed but delicious and the drink selection was amazing. The magician, Kristian Charles, was spectacular but the seating needs to be changed, or 1 show for each side of the room. We will definitely be coming back next year!

The ambiance,staff, and experience are what you come here for. We really liked the sides, wine and dessert at the grilled to perfection event. My boyfriends steak was a bit fatty, and my chicken thin. But overall it was a lovely romantic date night.

I couldnt wait to leave a review for Vinoklet! We had dinner on a Friday and had such an amazing time. The whole experience is very unique and relaxing. We got to test 6 wines, chose a bottle of wine for dinner, and cook our own steaks on a grill. The food was delicious. Brother Joe is the best merlot wine I have ever had. They had a great selection of dry and sweet wines.Then after dinner we walked around with a glass of wine and watched the sun go down. They have the most beautiful views ever. The vineyards and ponds are just gorgeous.On top of it all, the employees were very knowledgeable, fun and made the experience even better.We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Went to their New Years Party, the DJ was great, the food was good, but the open bar ran out of scotch, coke, and a few other liquors. This should not happen. Other than the liquor shortage, everything was good.

This place is really beautiful! The wine was interesting for someone who likes dry and deep reds. The wines here are mostly sweet—it seems Ohioans are more into this based upon other wineries I’ve been to in the area. Or maybe that’s the best grape that can be grown in this climate. I’m not sure! But the service was great. I wish they had more food options for lunch time though!

Our friends and my wife and I enjoyed this place last Sunday, it was pretty empty and the waitress was so friendly and made our visit so enjoyable! Loved the wines here! The meat and cheese tray was so good ! Everything here was EXCELLENT!

The spaghetti and meatballs buffet was great. Had a flight of 12 wine samples, loved it. Bluegrass band playing at 630, we will definitely plan to hear more of them next time.

The meat was amazing, that chef really did an amazing job! Oh wait, I made it myself... The items on the buffet table were ok with the exception of what they tried to pass off as macaroni and cheese. That was truly pitiful to say the least. On the bright side I really enjoyed the wine and the cheesecake was delicious. The atmosphere was nice but I didnt enjoy the music on my visit. I will be going back again because Im curious to see if thats the way they always operate. 4 stars for now.

Great wine comes with great times!! For the price per person you get half of their bottle of your favorite wine, a salad, a fine cut of strip/chicken/ribs, and a slice of dessert. Well worth $38 a person. You cook your own entree then go to a buffet of sides. The views in the spring and summer are gorgeous. Ive been there for a wedding and reception (5 stars), a date with my beautiful bride (5 stars), and a party (again, 5 stars). The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around 5 stars. If you go and dont have a great time, then anywhere else you went that night, your night was destined to fail. If I was able to spend $40 every night for a meal for the rest of my life, I would go here. Many thanks to the staff for my great experiences and many thanks and appreciations for my many great experiences to come.

I had a Birthday Party on 04/06/19 for my son in the ballroom downstairs. First of all the Receptionist was giving my guest the incorrect information regarding my party, when I told the Kim she just smiled at me. I had to ask her to tell the Receptionist to make sure she is giving my guest the correct information. Information regarding the party was communicated with my Decorator not me. When it was time for the Wine Tasting , we got lost because Kim failed to escort us. We did not receive our 1/2 bottle of wine with our dinner as promised and we ran out of sides. Kim was very unprofessional. She was horrible. The bartender was excellent. Will not have another party there .Spoke with Thomas on this date, he had an excuse for every mistake that Kim made. When I asked for another Manager I was told that he and Kim were the only 2 Managers. When I told him we did not know where to go for the Wine Tasting he said Its not a large place you should be able to find your way around. I thought Customers were always right. What kind of place service the public but does not exercise good customer services skills. What a horrible place as Thomas and Kim

Wonderful venue for a party, or gathering... especially in the Springtime. Absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. I am a repeat offender, for birthdays, Anniversary, and just because. A well kept secret and hidden gem.

Delicious wines in a beautiful atmosphere. Come and relax for a few hours in the vineyards. Grab dinner in the restaurant where you get to grill your own meat on the giant grills and do a wine tasting to pick out your bottle of wine. Hang out after dinner for a bon fire or to walk the vineyards. Plenty of places to walk and sit to enjoy your wine. Absolutely recommend for a date night. I think the spaghetti and meat ball sauce here is excellent. It might be their Wednesday night special. Its hard to find a place that makes and offers a good and tasty spaghetti source. Add a glass of wine, the natural setting over looking their vineyard. You just cant find this place as such, unless you visit Italy.

This place is fantastic. I dont normally leave reviews but I got married here in 2016 and I couldnt have asked for anything better. The food was awesome as well as the ceremony and wine. I love the festivals that you all have as well. Hats off to you keep up the great work.

Easter buffet extremely high price for 1 small piece of cold ham, overcooked vegetables and sparse salad bar. Potatoes were good and desserts decent. Staff pushed buying wine. Definitely not worth $30 and wont be going back. My family brought in alot of members who ordered several bottles of wine and dinner. Alot of money for substandard food.

I was really disappointed in the Mothers day buffet. While we were seated on time we had to stand in line for 40 minutes to pay in advance for our food so we can eat. And on top of that they ran out of prime rib so the food we actually came to eat wasnt even an option. I would understand running out toward the end of the event but it was only 130! Poorly organized. The food was okay...nothing spectacular.

Amazing scenery to enjoy a bottle of wine . While here we watched a most beautiful sunset in the back part of the winery. Great wines to sample before buying. The restaurant was busy, food smelled delicious however we did not plan to eat. We will be returning to try the food.

My wife and I absolutely love coming to Vinoklet. The wine is great, I don’t get a headache with this wine like I do with other wines. I usually have to purchase expensive imported European wines to avoid the headache so this is a nice treat to find a local Ohio wine that offers a home grown appeal with the old world charm and fermentation. The restaurant is eclectic and cozy, makes you feel like you are at a good friends house and they have envied you in for an evening with friends. The food is simple but good and I recommend Vinoklet to anyone that wants to try good local wine (it’s on the sweet side, so if you like dry reds there are a couple you should like, but if you like semi-sweet and sweet then there are a bunch you should like). Friendly staff, gorgeous setting, good food, and good wine at a good price.

The food and wine is great, the service was not up to par. Wednesdays are buffet style home made spaghetti and meatballs. Although the staff is very friendly, we probably waited 15 minutes after being seated for our waitress, and were given a sampling set, but never asked if we wanted wine. We eventually asked for a bottle to take home (because the wine is still very good), but it would have been nice to have seen the waitress to order a glass to have with dinner. The view is great, and the solarium has a nice atmosphere. Overall, we will definitely be returning, and hope it was just a hiccup on the service side!

My family took me to this restaurant for my birthday and I must say the ambiance is nice the staff is excellent, the only thing I didnt like was the food and the fact that you have to cook it yourself although the concept is nice...makes it hard and not so nice when your family is there and everyone is eating at different times instead of at the sametime like you would at a family restaurant.

Almost two years ago I went to Vinoklet for a wine tasting and my wife and I loved it. At first I liked the semi-sweet wine but now I drink Cincinnatus, which like a Merlot, my wife drinks La Dolce Vita and Inspiration, both sweet wines. I bring my family to Vinoklet when they are in town and I love the place. I wrote a review before but couldnt find it when I went to update it so Im submitting this one to provide an update. I now work at Vinoklet and love it, its not without its challenges, but I know the owner genuinely wants people to have fun and enjoy themselves, I think the wine is the best around & the food is not too fancy, but its real good. The staff are friendly and want to please the guests and want everyone that comes in to have a good time and enjoy themselves. I think its worth checking out any time of year, not because I now work there, rather, because I love the place and think that most people that go there will agree with me. Not fancy, but eclectic, fun, good food, and good wine.

Everyone that works there is very welcoming. I highly recommend this winery for any date nights or get togethers.

My wife and I went to the vinoklet winery tonight for valentines dinner. Definitely crowded but I expected that being a hallmark day lol this was mine and my wife’s first visit, they were fantastic! All the staff were so friendly and helpful ! The food was undoubtably delicious! We had the steak green beans and taters and it was amazing. The wine was delicious as well. My wife who was not a wine person at all left their tonight a wine person! Thank you for a wonderful night for my wife and I. We can’t wait to return!

We came here for my husbands 50th birthday with some close friends and we had a nice time! Definitely will be back!!

Never go there for dinner. If your seated upstairs the lights from downstairs glare your eyes and no one can see. Server didnt bring us water and never came back after seating us. We had to keep going to bar just to get water, which is very slow. Was very confusing what to do. Waiting in line to get ticket to get food, took 20 minutes with just two couples ahead of us. They were doing additional wine tastings so you just stand there. Then you make your own food, novel, but there were barely any spices to use. The unlimited salad and buffet with it only had a very few items. Very very disappointed for the price. Wine tasting is fun, but other than that, pretty bad experience.

Buffet/salad/drinks/dessert all served in a very small room. No organization very crowded. Chicken breast was pink in the middle. Did not eat. Too crowded to go back for anything else. Had to prepay for lunch and tip before we even ate. Now I think I know why.

We chose the bottle of Cabernet and even though it had a screw cap the wine was very tasty table wine and the food was from a small Buffet we had chicken I dont know what other selections they have but the place was very crowded and most of the reviews Ive read are very kind it was a hot day in July and I didnt really care for the music that was there that day they just couldnt fill the air

Ive gone for the cook your own dinner before. Not my favorite experience, but thats me. Their wine is decent. But, the annual 2-day festival the first weekend in September is an event I never miss. Ever. Great atmosphere to spend the day with friends walking through the vineyard and listening to live music with a bottle of wine.

Decent wines for a relatively new vineyard in questionable soil. The food however, should be avoided. The prices would suggest top cuts of beef fresh fish, fresh vegetables and robust salads but none were found on site. The salad bar and hot side bar seems a cop out just to appease people who are on the fence about the wine.Give me a better salad bar and Id go there stars. Give be better hot sides, four stars. Prove to me the beef and fish isnt flash frozen junk and Ill give 5 stars.

Me and my wife went here for our anniversary the experience was extraordinary the atmosphere was wonderful.

This place is amazing! My husband and I were recently married here and the entire day could not have been better. We got so many compliments on the food, the service, the general atmosphere and of course, the wine! Each time that we visited before the big day the staff was outstanding and we loved our tasting. We actually went back two more times in between and enjoyed the wines with our families. I cant rave enough about Kim and her expertise with weddings. She was great for any silly questions and just generally handling the logistics the day of. We will definitely be back for dinner...I secretly really love the mashed potatoes there. =)
