I recently ordered a pool ladder, I got an email saying that it would take two weeks or longer to receive, that I could cancel my order if I needed to, which we did because we needed a ladder sooner than two weeks. I got an email saying that it would take up to 24 hours, it is now going on almost a week and I have not heard anything from them. I have contacted them twice with the response that it is up to the manufacture to decide if my order will be canceled. not sure I would recommend this company nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

Something must have changed with the ownership or management. After reading the positive reviews, we were excited to take our kids here. We had an awful experience! I wish I could give less than one star. The teacher repeatedly dunked our screaming toddler underwater, while he inhaled water. While we understand kids need to learn this critical skill, dunking him 6 times in 20 minutes seems excessive. He was so upset, we asked them to stop for the rest of the lesson, so he could gain composure and continue. The teacher dunked him again anyway. When we asked to talk to the management about how to better manage this, they refused to respond via email. When we asked in person, they were snarky and condescending about it, saying they will try to do something. We then heard the teachers gossiping about it in front of all of us parents. This school is completely unprofessional and most of the teachers are completely inexperienced and untrained. Don’t take your kids here unless they already know how to swim or you are ok with them creating a negative swim experience. My toddler is still talking about how scared he is of swim lessons. This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed and in utter disbelief that a business teaching children would operate this way.

We have been to many swim schools and this has been the best for our toddler. They are so good with kids and our little one learned so much. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to go. Very clean, water is very warm and instructors incredibly nice. Swimming is a process and takes a long time, especially if your child is scared of the water when starting.

We have been taking our son to Hubbard Family Swim School (HFSS) since he was 2.5 months old (he’s now 18.5 months). We absolutely love HFSS! The facilities are clean, the staff is super friendly, and our son enjoys the year-round heated pool! I would recommend HFSS to anyone!!!

Free swim classes til the baby is 6 months old. Swim instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have twin 5 month old boys and weve loved Hubbard and their infant class.
