Great place for family of all ages!!! Clean, safe , affordable and spacious. Really nice atmosphere to burn off some energy.

Anytime my family comes here they have a good time

Quite a terrible experience with this one. We purchased a deal to visit this establishment and upon arriving there a few minutes after they are supposed to open nobody was there. Security investigated and about 15 minutes later they finally arrived to open.We were supposed to receive 4 hours for up to 4 kids. So we invited a friend with their 2 little ones to join us. When we presented our deal the lady told us that it was 4 hours total and that the wording was wrong. She was very snarky and said if they were to honor the deal they would go out of business.It is apparent this individual did not know the meaning of service recovery or have any customer service skills what soever. They also seemed to lack business sense (what money are they really losing at an establishment like this if we stuck around for a couple more hours? 10 cents of wear and tear on the inflatables?). Instead of trying to be accommodating and apologetic she instead ensured that she would never get repeat business or referrals from us.My suggestion to the owner, maybe work on customer service and service recovery. Think about the benefits of making you mistakes right (even if it isnt your fault that is the idea of service recovery) and think ahead to the impact of your actions to your customers.The proper response would have been something like Oh I am so sorry about that. The wording on the deal wasnt very clear and I know that is very frustrating. I will work to get that corrected as soon as I can. In the mean time you can go ahead and stay for the 4 hours of you like.Then maybe the kids bounce for a couple extra hours, that costs you almost nothing and you gain so much. We visit the snack bar, buy some food, give a good review, post our good experience on social media, invite other friends, and come back in the future. Instead you get another 1 star review.

Notice a lot of reviews are complaining of “dead mall”... That has zero to do with the amazing B Adventurous staff and facility. Took the kids there one day with my wife last week. We practically had the whole place to ourselves and the kids had an absolute blast. New ownership has a better set up for kids of ALL ages. We will def be back! Thanks B Adventurous!

Taken several times my great niece (7) and nephew (4) and always a wonderful time, nice clean area for playing & they always wear themselves out & have fun & beg to come back, its a joy, thanks

The service was excellent and the kids had a blast. They can’t wait to go back! The offer fun for kids of all ages from our 7 month old son all the way to our 12 year old niece. Just a great atmosphere and wonderful place to celebrate a birthday party

Such a nice place to take the kids. Fun and inviting. Owner is very professional and pleasant. Will definitely be bringing my little ones back regularly, especially with the reasonable rates.

My daughter had a birthday party they supplied a birthday kit for her which was helpful. They were friendly and helpful was a wonderful experience.

It’s a nice place if you just need something to do and want to let the kids wear themselves out! However, the service could be a lot better. And the birthday packages are way over priced for what you receive.

I had never been to such an abandoned mall before. The bass pro shop on one end is thriving, as is the Kohls on the opposite end, and then nothing in between. Strangely weird.

Old, dated equipment put together in places with duct tape. Can hear air escaping and feel air escaping. Was unaware of rules and unable to have a good time with family due to adults not being able to play (assistance) on equipment. Wasnt worth the drive especially for toddlers. If older 9-12 years old and independent maybe different. Just sat there, felt unwelcome.

My 3 year old had a blast running back and forth, bouncing and climbing. Shes still talking about it. The wife and I really enjoyed that she slept like a log afterwards lol

So much fun the kids really enjoy it. Everyone is super sweet and caring

Family ran and they checked on us often and the kids helping out were so polite..The kiddos I brought were signed up and playing in seconds and having a ball!
