Got a little too tipsy here last night and just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff members who helped me out, real recognizes real. 10/10 place, 2/10 don’t mix antidepressants and vodka because you might not be able to move

I had an awful day, but Chris, my bartender, was amazing (not to mention, easy on the eyes) and he quickly made me forget about the unfortunate day I had. The environment and music was great, and Chris specialty drinks were magnificent. Im happy I was able to get there.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Bar (Gay or Straight) in Cincinnati !!! Super Yummy Drinks AND Bartenders! Incredible Interior with Flatscreens of all sizes playing your FAVORITE music and videos!!! I always have had fun here. A MUST if visiting Cincinnati.

Favorite place to dance and finish up a great night out. Drinks are well made and prices are fair. The show upstairs is an absolute hit, go if you have the chance!!

Cute little place. Ive been here a number of times, and personally have had nothing short of positive experiences. The vast majority of the bar staff is friendly and happy to help, and even when theres a large crowd the wait for drinks tends to err on the short side. Restrooms are clean and in good condition, and its a good time without being rowdy or uncouth. Below Zero is a very welcoming and fun place. Bartenders are friendly and experienced. They make a Fabulous cocktail! Great place to hang out and have a cocktail with friends or to dance the might away. They have Karaoke during Happy Hour on Wednesdays and Thursday nights. I would definitely say check it out.

Drag show is lovely at the Cabaret but not many lezzis

Cozy LGBTQ bar. The Cabaret is located above the bar and has live drag shows each weekend. The actual bar has small cheese plates for purchase and a nice atmosphere.

I felt very welcomed it was my first time in a bar in Cincinnati and I was lucky to have been told about this place from a host at a local restaurant. Drinks are Strong and the Karaoke is amazing. It is a great place to make friends and family.

Does a good job of fulfilling its niche. Definitely a gay bar, but open to the hetero crowd (which is me). Beer selection is less than stellar, but its more of a liquor place and there are a ton of mixed drink options. Great bartenders. Upstairs has drag, comedy, and music shows.

Overpriced Drinks! Not enough space where the Drag shows are. Also be careful when they start you a tab. Paid in cash and was still charged on my card. Took a week to get my money back! It has the right name it represents their customer service! NIGEL the owner gave me the run around and seems very into himself

Had a good time,people were awesome, but when my friend was over served and we were in the bathroom because she thought she might throw up they kicked us out onto the street. I feel like vomit in the toilet is better than the sidewalk in front of a business, but they disagreed. The crowd was fun, and helpful though and good music.

As a straight guy, I can honestly say this is my all around favorite bar. The bartenders are awesome, the selection is great, the patrons tend to be classy, humorous, and overall a great time. This place is just, so fantastic.

I wish I could give a full 5 stars but the show didnt start on time. We got there early to drink and hangout, but ended up waiting longer than expected which made us want to leave. Great atmosphere and friendly people.

Thurs you have karaoke to look forward to which is always a good turn out, Fri and Sat are more dancing which would be a better time if less bachelor parties were planned here. This is an LGBT bar an all are welcomed though maybe appealing less to bachelor parties?!

Our Bartender was nice but I witnessed the owner being extremely rude to women as they left the establishment. Very unprofessional and not someplace I will be taking my business. There were over 3500 coworkers in town for a convention and many of those I spoke with agreed that they won’t be visiting after hearing about how women were treated. So sad.

It took me 20 minutes to get a drink and I watched your bartenders serve regulars before me.Your Saturday night DJ was playing Rihanna from a decade ago.I only enjoyed the clean bathroom and polite door man.

Fun place to visit.

First time impression was majority gay men. Lol drinks were good and strong. Had a good time doesnt get a 5 star review because the mens bathroom door doesnt close all the way. Literally got to see every mans everything. Weird.

Typically this place is always a hit, my visit yesterday though was less than exciting. They seem to have switched out the entire staff the guy at the door was unfriendly when we walked up We started to go in and the guy told us to turn around and wait as if we were to have already known there was a wait. then he allowed four other people to walk right in the front door and Scanned their I ds. The bartender had no clue how to make 3 different type of shots that I have gotten their on many occasions, He said he can only make basic shots unless i knew whats in them. What kind of Bartender cant make basic shot request?? We typically would have stayed in there a lot longer but due to the service we thought it best to take our business elsewhere.

They always have something fun going on upstairs. It is a really great to just go out dancing on the weekends.

Great music and atmosphere. Fantastic staff and strong drinks. Several security staff members so guests feel safe and comfortable...especially post Orlando Pulse 2016. Voted best dance club in the city several years running.

This place is a hit or miss. You could go for fun on Thursdays for karaoke or go to see all the gay boys of Cincinnati. Not really a place for the ladies.

The place is nice but the drinks are over priced for the amount of liquor they put in the drinks. Also it is kind of small upstairs for the amount of people they cram up there. Not the cleanest.

I always love a good drag show, but its getting harder to recognize the crowd ad belonging in a gay bar. A LOT of groups of women making faces at over enthusiastic gay men dancing.

What is there NOT to like about Below Zero? That is unless youre a scared stiff homophobe... but even then...Ive been here numerous times, with the girlfriends, with the gay friends, with the hubby, and each times its awesome. For those that are worried about it being a gay bar... seriously.. get with it. The people here are awesome! Especially the staff. They do really try to make sure youre enjoying yourself, or find a drink you like. With tons of vodka options, how can you really miss?They are known for their martinis and cosmos, both of which i happen to love! The atmosphere is definitely that of a lounge. its relaxing and inviting, with plenty of space, or a cozy little corner. If you dont like GaGa or show tunes... you might not have a good time. There are music videos playing along with the music, thats definitely tunes you can dance to. Theres an upstairs that has different types of shows going on all the time. But get there early as theres only enough space.This is a great place to have fun and dance, or to come and relax. Everyone Ive ever gone with has enjoyed themselves, and the drinks!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Never a cover. Always plenty of parking to be found dwtn. Great, hip spot in OTR. Fantastic, mixed/varied, hip crowd. Downstairs is Below Zero, a large bar, a few tables and a small dance floor that get sacked late. Upstairs....LAWD...its Cabaret on Th, Fri and Sat nights. Hosted by the one and only Penny Tration (from RuPauls Drag Race). She is AMAZING and HILARIOUS and really gets the crowd going. Brooklyn Steele Tate, Quasi, Mirelle Divine and the LEGEND and GODDESS of drag herself, Chelsea Pearl round out the cast. Did I mention...THERE IS NEVER A COVER???? Great friendly staff mixing great cocktails. It gets CROWDED on Fri and Sat nights...the crowd LOOOOOVES Penny and the show...get there early, check your attitude at the door, have a good, stiff drink and prepare to have a blast. Hands down, Cincinnatis BEST gay/straight-friendly night out...BAR NONE (and I drive up from Lexington to go here. Yes, its THAT good.).
