Super nice gym in lower level with every equipment you could ever need and they have a great beverage bar with every energy/fitness drink. There is also an equipment shop where you can purchase the hottest bats and gloves out there. The best Hidden Gem on the West Side.

Beautiful baseball facility in Dent near the highway with a ton of space to train all facets of the game year round; including a separate strength training facility. I highly recommend athletes/coaches in the tri-state area check it out.
