Thank you A-1 Amusement & Party Rental for the wonderful yard signs. My nephew turned 21 on April 10 and since we could not celebrate we thought putting signs in the yard would be great. Everything about A-1 Amusement was excellent! We rented the mechanical bull for a Realtor Expo in West Chester and, by all accounts, it was the best expo weve had. Ordering and securing the bull for the date we needed was easy. Clear instructions we emailed several days prior to the event advising when the bull would be delivered to the venue and set up. They arrived as anticipated. And, the operator was back 30 minutes prior to be ready to run the bull. At the end of the night, they took care of breaking everything down. But, most importantly, those that attended the expo had a blast. We laughed to the point of tears and the operator was terrific too! Thank you A-1 Amusement for helping to make it such a fun night for all!

We rented a mechanical bull, tent and some chairs for a graduation party. The service from A-1 was off the charts. They were polite, professional a efficient. The bull was a huge hit and the quality of everything we rented was top notch. The gentleman that operated the bull during the event knew exactly what he was doing. He controlled the ride so everyone felt comfortable but challenged. I highly recommend A-1 for any party needs.

We rented several inflatables/games for a community event and it was smooth from start to finish. They helped me choose the right equipment for our budget, explained everything thoroughly, sent the paperwork when they said. Then, the day-of, the crew showed up on time, set up quickly and were back right at the end to take away. I barely knew they were there. We paid for an attendant for the bounce house, and she was very professional and did a great job.

We rented a dunk tank from A-1 for a company day with our partners. Customer Service was extremely helpful in the ordering process and was accommodating to our needs! The gentleman who dropped off the tank was extremely personable (and hilarious) and gave us all the necessary guidelines for the day. Pick up was seamless- we did not have to move a finger! We are extremely satisfied with our experience with A-1 and will be using them again for future company events!

We have used A-1 Rental for years for my school to supply a variety of items from a hot dog roller to bounce houses! They have always been so helpful with whatever my needs were at the time! Professional - On Time - Clean Equipment - On the front end, A-1 Amusement & Party Rental has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. On the delivery, operation and pick up side, white glove service, as we used a photo booth for my daughters wedding reception. Everything about their product and service was top rate. Special thanks to Kevin and Samantha (who operated the booth, making it easier for guests to enjoy themselves). A-1 simply exceeded expectations. In summary, I would use again (and again).

I was extremely impressed with this company for so many reasons. First off when I contacted them in the beginning I was asking lots of questions trying to figure out what items would be best for the event we were having. Janet was nothing but patient, helpful and extremely pleasant!! We went back and forth a few days with me trying to finalize and changing my mind, lol, and she was always accommodating and easy to work with. The day of delivery the delivery guys arrived when they said they would and let me tell you they were professional in their appearance and in how they handled themselves. Tyler and Luis were thorough, helpful, informative and accommodating to our needs. The equipment they provided was all in top shape, with directions included with anything that needed it. I work for the Boys & Girls Club and we were having our back to school bash yesterday. We needed a bounce house in less than an hour because another company fell through. I called A-1 Amusement to see if we could rent a bounce house on such short notice. Not only were they able to rent one, but they got it to our facility right before our event began. They were very nice, accommodating and efficient! I spoke with Tricia who made sure we got everything we needed. Don was who delivered our rental. He was friendly and made sure we were set up and ready to go. This is a great company to use and Id recommend them to anyone!

I had an AMAZING experience with this company! I work at a long term care facility in Cincinnati and hosted a carnival for our families, residents and employees; we used A-1 for the games and tables. I was amazed at how many items they had for rent - not just games - and how clean and organized they keep their warehouse. The staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. I changed my mind several times, adding and removing games, and even picked up a popcorn machine 2 days before my event (which Im sure can be quite a bit of extra work for them considering the constant changes), yet they were always kind and friendly - eagar to find solutions and accomodate my needs.The two gentlemen that delivered the games and tables (Tyler & Garrett) showed up early, helped set up the games and tables and were on time to pick them up. They even helped me figure out how to tear down the enormous tents I had, even though we didnt get them from A-1. For these reasons, they helped make my event smooth and seemless and I am so grateful for their help!All of my guests (about 250) raved about the games and how awesome they were. We plan on having this event annually now due to the success of our first carnival. I will be using A-1 every year and would refer them to anyone.
