It was great. But more people should be willing to go out. Do not let this keep you out of movies theater.

Nice little theater. Not modern but nice..

A nice and clean place to go to when you want to see movies with friends.

I personally like this theater because for some reason is never crowded like the other theaters. The theater is big and nice, friendly staff. I always seem to find my favorite seats in the theater. Ample parking and they have an arcade section to kill time and have fun with the family while you wait for your movie to start.

Once I open the entrance doors to the movie theater, I am instantly hit with the smell of buttery popcorn, the fresh air conditioner, the loud sounds of the video games. Its a very welcoming space and makes me totally excited to watch a film. Although, the prices of the treats/food are sups high everything else is great.

The workers in this theater is working hard to maintain the facility. They have made some changes and its definitely noticeable. I enjoy being able to see a movie in the neighborhood, and feel comfortable while Im there.

This theater tends to be patronized often especially for the larger blockbusters that come out so be prepared to make a reservation long in advance. However, it is not a bad theater, has some decent seats and there are some good food options available. This is more a theater when you just want to see a movie and go home though

Have spent hundreds of hours in its environment. Theaters are clean, there is population control to avoid unpleasant events. Provides a diverse selection of movie presentations.Staff are friendly and professional.

No complaints. We visited this movie theater to see a screener for Fantastic Beasts Crimes of Grindelwald. The movie was fantastic. The theater was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The line process for the screener was the smoothest process for any of the theaters we visited. They have a little arcade area, which is very refreshing considering most movie theaters removed arcades. The movie theater was not short staffed and the waits are not long. It is located in the strip mall so there are plenty of parking spaces.

Needs updating but for the price not bad. And super convenient. Friendly staff and clean.

Eric Is A Awesome Manager! He’s So Kindhearted & Always Doing Extra Things For Us & The Theatre (Cleaning, Busy Trying His Best To Upkeep The Theatre We’ve Noticed & Like About Him). We’re Disabled Grandparents Who Sometimes Need Assistance & Can’t Stand In Long Lines Sometimes But He’s There For Us When We Need His Help. He Definitely Deserves A Commendation For Having Such Compassion & A Great Heart

I have always enjoyed watching movies here. Yesterday I took my family to watch Sonic, and there was about 15 young kids running around during the whole movie. They were bumping my seat as they kept running back and forth. We spent 50 dollars just to be annoyed by these kids. I think they should have a parent law.

Came this time to watch a movie screening. But the review is about the theater. There is plenty of parking and as you come in there is a security guard. There is a small arcade to play while you wait. The food court took a long time to take care of customers since there were about fifteen people in line and only two taking orders. You need to get to the theater early since they dont have assigned seating.

This is the most disgusting theater I have been to. Everything is filthy. From the entrance, the bathrooms, and the theater. It is like walking into a garbage dump. The floors were all sticky filled with popcorn and debris. The seats are so incredibly disgusting. It felt as if I was sitting on a public bench in a abandoned restroom. I refuse to ever set foot on their mice dropping floors again. I will never return and I will let everyone I know this theater is trash. AMC SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

If u can avoid coming here PLEASE DO! I really wish i could give them a negative star! DON’T COME HERE! Especially if u want to do a free screening. They had attitudes for NO REASON AT ALL. And acted like they could care less for the customers. I would NEVER spend money here again! Please don’t come here!

I asked for my points if I had any and the cashier was like no when I did had reward points to use .I think they should work on that to not be rude and be more helpful.

Its a nice movie theater, service is good. One thing is that the bathrooms are often dirty. But other than that its a good theater.

If I could this place a negative one star It would be my rating. It stinks, literally. The theater here is a disgrace. My first visit the sound system was the worst. I tried staying but it began to give me a headache. Then there were children running around. I had to go inform a manager and leave. Tried again last night. Babies crying throughout the movie. Theater smell atrocious. UGH!!! Im done here.

The seats hurt my body. I find myself fidgeting throughout the entire movie. AMC you need to update this theatre like Ford City. Variety of food options since the menu was updated. Clean restrooms. Clean theatre. Quick service. Everyone always looks depressed though.

I experienced horrible service and attitude by Adeline and Angel which was completely uncalled for. Adeline was intentionally disrespectful with how she handled the triage of patronage to the concessions. I watched and waited as I was the only person in line and Angel was busy helping 2 other customers with cook to make orders and Adeline swept a broom. She finished on two occasions to look and me and pick the broom up again. Mind you I was the only person. Waiting in line for almost 10 minutes which is a lot waiting to return to a movie. A premier customer entered the premier line and she happily put her broom down to take care of them although I had been waiting for quite a while. If this theater is going to hire high schoolers like Adilene, they need to train them better in customer service. Also the restrooms were so atrocious that not even my child wanted to use them.

Seats could be better, but other than that it’s a good theatre with good parking space in the plaza.

The theater is fairly clean. The chairs arent the most comfortable but they arent terrible either; they surely arent a disturbance. The staff is generally welcoming and at least bilingual (for those who speak Spanish). Its overall a nice environment. I like watching movies there.

Cheap cool theater. Always come on opening night it’s not too crowded.The seats are not recliners but still comfortable. It’s wheelchair accessible and accommodations can be made.

Honestly for the amount of workers that were there the place was filthy. I understand that there are a lot of people that go through there but behind the counter was just disgusting with pop corn all of the floor and butter flavored topping on the counter. Looked as if no one could clean up to make the place look presentable. Only went there because there were two movies that my family wanted to see that started at the same time.

The few times i’ve been here I have always been satisfied, good movie theater.

Avoid at all costs. Inflated ticket prices, concessions are bad compared to other AMC theatres. They completely ignore A list members, and for my last 3 visits the System was shut down. Oh, and all the theatres smell like pee for some reason. I am an A list member because I really enjoy the theatre going experience. This AMC needs new management because they make it so difficult to simply enjoy going to see a movie.

The only good thing about this place is its the only AMC in the area. Avoid this place if you can. One time I had to sit through a 2 hour movie in a cold room

When to catch a movie last week and this is what we saw. Ive been to many locations but it feels like everytime we go to this theater it gets worse and worse.

This is a good clean Theatre in the facility seem like theyve been updated fairly recently good sound quality too.

I had went to watch a movie and lost my way trying to find it. I asked one of the staff for help, I believe his name was Jesse , and he was polite, helpful, and an inspiration of how all staff should be.i went to a lot of theaters but this theaters is the one for me.

Ive been going to this movie theaters for years. Most days it can be quiet so you can have a nice experience watching the movie.

It a great place to go to and its cheap and also they are always stay on track with all the newest movies & they are all great.

Had a great time with my husband on our movie date! AMC was clean , and popcorn was on point. We’ll definitely keep coming here, specially with sweet & welcoming staff as Lupe.

I gave it two stars because I hate that they want you to pick seats now. First come, first serve. This wont do anything but cause conflict. Other than that its a decent movie theater

I came here for a screening of Get home safe MA. This place is filthy the movie hasnt even started yet and so unorganized the staff sucks. Basically you were being yelled at like you are a little kid. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

AMC: you ask your guests “not ruin the movie,” and yet here I am, having to go through the hassle of 1. Obtaining a refund 2. Having to pay for my tickets twice because of the ineptitude of your workers to resolve a simple refund issue 3. Having to contact customer service to only be told exactly what I was denied: a want to watch a movie with friends, good popcorn, a friendly, welcoming, CLEAN environment 4. Putting up with slow service for popcorn when there were only two other people in line 5. trash cans, trash, popcorn everywhere, movie showroom signage off, and 6. Dealing with your indifferent and inept cashiers and management.You guys really did it for this Premiere Membership card holder and member since 2014.I didn’t want a refund. I didn’t want credit. I simply wanted to watch a movie. Why was my whole night ruined in a single instant by one of your workers who could have resolved this issue in soooo, so many ways?! This was disappointing, irksome, and quite unacceptable. The indifference and the quick shoo I received only made matters worse. I’m there to watch a movie. I shouldn’t have to figure out HOW to fix my issue. That’s literally why I’m paying you.MY MONEY + MY MOVIE TICKET should = YOUR OWNERSHIP TO GOOD, GENUINE CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, at minimum.I guess I will have to resolve this on my own. Can anyone help me with a refund, credit, a link to company policies regarding customer service, information regarding policies on refunds, or anything that will help me resolve your issue, because if customer service and management at the ticket booth were unable to help me, you might as well lose this customer to such base experience (and some of your theaters can get pretty messy and unprofessional).Come on! I shouldn’t have to go to a farther AMC and pay more than I already am to receive a potentially better service. Why are we failing to impose these company standards across all AMC theaters?! I was there for Ma movie Screening. The movie was ok. It was not scary. This theater is by far the most unprofessional, filthy, disorganized and disorderly theater Ive ever visited.They ran out of popcorn and the cashiers congregated at the popcorn station and laughed, played, flicked popcorn remnants and butter at each. Patrons should not be subjected to the wait or the playing with food WE have to consume and digest. I informed the supervisor and NO action was taken... WOW...The bathrooms were deplorable.I guess because the movie was free the workers thought it presentation, professionalism, courtesy and respect was not warranted.FYI you NEVER know who you might run across or serve as a customer.THIS THEATER NEEDS A OVER HAUL FROM EVERY LEVEL!!!

Good theater to go to . Close to home. I just wish we were able to save our seats which we cant on the app. Also sometimes when we purchase tickets in the app we were asked to wait in line after i told the guy that thats why i purchased them ahead of time to avoid the line. Other than that its fine to go to with the family.

Theres always room at this theater somehow. Never had to wait due to a sold out theater. Place is kept pretty clean.

Great movie horrible popcorn waste of money to get any combo specials with over salted popcorn impossible to eat...really shouldnt have to write this but my mother came to Visit. its been couple years since she ever been to the theater and just wanted simple movie theater popcorn but it was so salty it ruined the night thanks for not even trying to help us out tho. after all the movie and time spent with my mother was great.

Nice movie theatre. I don’t frequent to often because of the location but I will say the theatre has been in the neighborhood for many years. I would recommend going if you live nearby but not a place I would go often or ever if I lived far.

I would come back again to Cicero 14 for a matinee in a heartbeat. Prices are reasonable, service was stellar, and the public spaces immaculately clean, including the (family) restroom.

It wasnt crowded I guess there wasnt a popular movie everyone will run to see , I brought the tickets last nite think it might been sold out or crowded trying to beat the crowd.,went to see Harriet it was good; it was about how she help to free the slaves it wasnt a big turn out for the late show

Assigned seating, not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing? Prices have sky rocketed on food. And now you dont get refils unless youre a club member.... not very fair amc

The employee Lupe was rude. And the popcorn was not fresh. I understand it gets super busy but that doesn’t mean that the employees should give attitude nor bad quality popcorn.

I loved watching scary stories movie over there and eating thin pizza they had there too.

I have fun watching the movie Lion King also the weather help a lot and the place so clean

Good place just a little dirty

This place has its ups and downs but great service overall. They bring you in or yourself and a security may be nice enough to chat with you. Theyre arcade area is out of order. The majority of the times they are out of drinks in the soda machines. Besides that youll have a great time. Enjoy the theater

Went to see the Lion King, took my grandson, we had a great time.

Went on a Saturday and the service was fine except that both soda machines were missing almost all of the soft drink options.

The movie theater was clean &the seats was comfortable the movie was good

Not too big of crowds, concession stands are well stocked. Carpeting could use a good cleaning. Overall a pleasant experience in Cicero.

Nice big theater and big parking lot. It sits in an outlet plaza. Nearby stores are rue21, footlocker, dollar tree, etc. Its a busy area.

I like this theater because its one of the last older ones with the old seats which makes more room inside. Some of the newer ones like the Icon, Ford city, crestwood sacrifice space for comfort. You end up with no space or privacy. Meaning that youre sitting so close to people that its uncomfortable especially on Premier night but hey to each its own.

Went to see Bad Boys. Some people were drunk and high and made noise the whole time. Either two things Im getting old or that noise was real disturbing.

There is seating that is picked when a ticket purchase is bought,and some people dont seem to care. As not to create any disturbances I let them take my choosen seating. That was not really cool.

Great theater, great prices... Thats the way to do business. Will get 5 STARS AFTER they allow you to choose seating when purchasing tickets.

Horrible horrible horrible place to go to see movies, last night while watching avengers: end game, stuff people paused the movie because they wanted to make sure that people was seated in their right seats, I mean thats fine but werent they supposed to do it before the movie starts not right when were watching it, and of course we all got mad, they place looks disgusting, I order some pretzels bites and they gave them to me cold, I went back to let them know and they guy got mad because I was complaining about my frozen pretzel bites!!Everytime I go, they never have hot dogs or anything at all!!They bathroom are disgusting and they coke fountain machine area its a freaking mess coke all over the place, the people preparing the food and cashiers are not fast enough sighI got pics and videos that I will be uploading them on my YouTube channel giving my whole review about this place!!

People sneaked into our movie theater without purchasing a ticket. When the actual people went to their paid/assigned seats, those customers couldnt sit at their actual seat. The movie was actually paused. Staff and management was called to fix the problem but those people still didnt want to give up their seats. The customers who didnt have a seat were reimbursed for their ticket.
