This is the worst bowling alley. The manager and the guy behind the counter are rude. Dont waste your hard earned money at this dump. Its awful customer service!

Bowl is good night

Pretty fun place, staff is chill & Helpful.Bar is good and plays different shows and movie on 3+ Tvs. Though the parking lot is a bit tight ao be sure drive careful. As for the balls thers lots, be sure to fine the right one for you and keep it in your lanes ball return when its packed.

Had work party there. Upstairs had no heat had to keep coat on. Bar only had 2 bottles of liquor ...one tequila and one vodka

I have to be honest, I was a little worried about having my daughters sweet 16 party here due to so many bad comments and experiences some people would tell me about. Well I guess I was lucky. The part was on a Friday and I was aloud to go decorate a day before. Had no issues with decorating. The young gentleman who was there that day attended well and let us know if we needed help to let him know.. on the day of the party I arrived and everything was just as I had left it. I know it’s not the most beautiful place to have a party at due to some much needed tlc but once it’s decorated it looks pretty decent.The lady attending the bar was really nice, I accidentally gave her more cash then what I owed and she gave me back money telling me I was giving her more then it was. The older gentleman also attending the bar and making sure all trash was put away correctly was super nice very helpful and made us fell very comfortable at the end of the part when we started to clean up.I do recommend this place , Thank you Town Hall Bowling and BanquetWe had a good experienceSincerely-The Campos Silva Family*Naomys sweet 16*

I had been here a few times before but never in the day time. I went to watch a friend & their associates get it in! They did speed bowling away a very good price per game!

During the weekends there is not enough bowling balls available to use If most lanes are full. I recommend arriving early if you have a bigger group of 3. This place used to be great, it needs an interior renovation, maybe exterior as well while at it.

This is the place to go bowling in Chicago. My family had a great time here. Place is very well maintained and updated. New screens, new surface for lanes. Must visit.

Leagues and more leagues is all the offer. Monday through Friday there are leagues. Saturday is the only full day for open bowl. Sundays open bowl is from 3-5pm. This is disappointing especially for new bowlers and people who want to go hang out on a random night. Is this the only bowling alley in the Cicero area?

Usual kind of bowling alley. Roomy bar attached to it, lots of parking. Friendly staff, and a large space to have a good sized gathering apart from the alley

I had an used on Thursday august 3, we played a game of bowling then wanted to play a game of pool so we head towards that way and some dude who works there is like are you guys 21 (which we are) as we were going to show him our IDs the chick who also works there is like no you guys cant play we are closing and closes the bar doors... is was 10:05pm and the place closes at 11:00pm so clearly she just didnt want us there... why? I have no idea

Dont rent hall from here. Bad service and rude owner. Staff kept taking food chook our party. And owner was rude about our complaint

Dont ever rent Hall here. Bartender was taking food from our party. About 10 plates and when we spoke to owner about our situation. He questioned our complaint in front of his worker and was RUDE to us. Then after our complaint bar closed our Tab! Great business and way to go. So dont frgt ppl if you rent here and dont feed staff IF YOU PAY OPEN BAR . THEY WILL CLOSE TAB AND SAY YOU DRANK ALL YOUR BEER IF YOU COMPLAIn ! Good Job! def shouldnt do open bar here either! Ripoffs!

Parking lot is really small and is not recommended to drive anything bigger than a Mini coop in it. The bowling alley itself is a bit shaddy and has armed security there. The music Hall upstairs has no working toilets and many of the lights keep flicking on and off.

A Great Place when you or your friend is having a birthday party there everything is party size.

Horrible, customer service is like if you dont exist. they act like smart asses. place is old with old TV sets. and worst of all no air conditioning when its 90 degrees outside. just fans and door open while raining and muggy. had to wait 20 min for just nachos. and not enough bowling balls for more than 20 people. sick and sad place to be. would not recommend to anyone at all. surprised place is still open.

I use to work here a few months ago and this place sucks! There beer room is so disgusting, they dont change the pop lines so i wouldnt suggest drinking anything out that place. Everything is outdated dont waste your time!

I always have fun here, it might be out dated but is fun and the Drinks are reasonable and the food is good what more can you ask for.

I believe these negative reviews are an outrage. The menu is super cheap and it was pretty decent too. The bathrooms are hilarious if you ask me but, then again, I have a weird sense of humor. The bathrooms are like a hole in a wall because of the lockers and janitor supplies. It was pretty empty when I went so I thought it was really chill. I love the juke box because they have an unreal song selection. Plus, the steroes that play it are so good. See what I mean if you go there. Its 1 dollar a song or 5 bucks for 6 songs. Plus they have the crappy 90s arcade games. Pretty buttery place.

Music is decent, drinks not very good and forget about a regular pop. However, the lanes are cool, and its priced well.

Older place.visited this place during the week for a work meeting in the upstairs hall and after we had a chance to bowl.the pins keeped getting stuck and or always bowled with 1 less pin. Shoes are alittle beat up,place needs an update. I dont drink but my co workers enjoyed the bar. This place was only open for us,I dont know the regular hrs or how it gets when people are bowling and if it gets full/busy.

This place absolutely suck!!! I went there on 8/27/12 and it was the worst bowling place Ive ever been too.. Balls would get stuck every 5 minutes!! Then they have to reset it. I was told that because of that problem i would get an extra for free but they only gave ten minutes, so if you want to have a good time please please try any other bowling place because this one really suck! Just a waste of time and money!!!!

Horrible Experience. Went in there for some fun with the family just to know that two lanes next to us were some of the owners buddies in there. Smoking weed and when the smell reached our lane I told management and they didnt seem to care. They rather lose a customer than their buddies, shame on them. Last thing I want my kids to smell is weed on a family night.

First time being there expected for a fun night but ended up being a disappointed.. I think I took longer going to let the lady know that my balls were getting stuck and pins were a disaster

I wouldnt rent hall here. Owner was ride after a complaint we made. After all the money it cost.

Lanes are old and would not hurt for them to be replaced. Multiple issues with pins and had to wait a fair amount of time for repair. Bathroom would also benefit from a touch up, mop closet is always open and from the looks of it, it doesnt look like it would clean anything.

Love it recommend it

To hard to find parking after 10 pm the parking lot is full no street parking and to many people trying to bowl.

The lanes, at times, didnt work or something was constantly wrong with them, the times for when the bowling alley is open is incorrect. They are not consistent.

Ratchet freaking city. I couldnt even enjoy myself because I was looking over my shoulder the WHOLE time. They also supposedly had $5 patron drink specials, but they were serving cheap liquor instead. I will NEVER go back there...
