Beautiful little spot with delicious coffee and pastries. We went on a weekday and even though there weren’t any guided tours available we were still able to walk around ourselves, take photos and enjoy the small yet cute scene. It’s not very big but it is precious. The smell of coffee is amazing. We bought bags of coffee to take home too!

We found here unexpectedly place with super welcoming and friendly owner and staff. We came, paid nothing for visit and got coffee as an apology that the museum is not in the best condition after the weekend (So thank you!)! During weekend there is some coffee tasting tour ... so people, do not miss this place at all!

Not really a museum per say. Its to rooms with a bunch of old grinders and tools to make coffee. The third room is cool, they are resting coffee and will pack some for you to take home if you like it. In the back they sell coffees and desserts and have a bunch of animals in cages that I wasnt really the biggest fan of. Im hoping that because it was raining the chickens werent out because their cages are way to small. The coffee was good but not so amazing that I bought some for myself to take home. They have almond milk which was a plus.

The cafe has absolutely fantastic coffee for a small town at a great price. I recommend getting a few 4oz cortados while you are there. The museum is nice, many old things that aren’t majorly impressive, but cool. I’d go here every day if I lived here.

Nice little museum and coffee shop. Worth a visit if you are in the area. Also, they have a small farm for the little ones (and big ones too).

Ra
Review №22

Go there only if you want to see old coffee grinders and old methods of coffee processing displayed in their 2-3 rooms. Not much to read on or explore. But they do have a coffee shop and you can purchase their coffee packets at their shop. They have some farm animals in their small little space. Its too far a trip from San Juan for a display that takes 15 min max to go through. Not much of a museum, more like a shop feel.

We called before getting there. The guy named Roberto told us that he personally would give us a tour. When we arrived, he ignored us. After we tasted the coffee, when we were leaving he told us that he would give us the tour at that moment. The coffee was excellent. No parking available.

Very nice museum. They have a great variety of coffee equipment that was used in the industry. A lot of history is shown. They also sell their own coffee brand that is roasted and grinded on-site. The coffee is really good. They have a small petting zoo of donkeys, ponies, goats and sheep. My only problem is that the table area near the coffee shop is a smoking area. Not suitable for families and small children.

Small coffeehouse in downtown Ciales, the coffee beans and grinds are custom made for your brewing method, 5 start for the coffee, mix of PR and other beans (after Maria, mostly imported), other business are part of the courtyard and sells expreso, cakes and sandwiches.
