Great place to stay. The place is clean safe and a great place to stay. Old man owner cares alot about his guests and their stay.

Pretty cool place. Everyone there was nice and friendly when we stopped in to drop of a friend.

To be honest, the location is perfect to visit San Diego, but the owner is difficult to get along with. It seems like this rv park is for permanent residents, not travelers. If you can deal with him tho, its nice to not be outside of town. Rates were better than any where close, too.

I just was staying there & the owner isnt very nice or fair! He plays favorites amongst renters. Not to mention not a place for a family to stay!! Id prefer not to describe him but w/a few unkind words....
