Very nice card room, well appointed with a few non poker table games. Could use a few more tables at peak times but still one of the best poker rooms in San Diego and the location means a 10-15 minute trip instead of a 30-40 minute trip to pretty much every other poker room/casino.

Its a casino in CA. What do you expect? Drive k service is acceptable. Tables games are player backed, but casino dealt, where as poker is all casino managed.Overall good place, but you may wait to play at a table if you have a specific game in mind.

This is a small card room that you can get to know all the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place over big casinos or any other card room in San Diego county.

Small casino but overall its ok. Poker tables tend to always be backed but their are other tables like blackjack and baccarat. They do have a small dining area were you can eat and have drinks. Check out the place if you like gambling and let me know what you think.

Dishonest and bad customer service all in one location.I called ahead to Seven Mile casino before heading there for my first time. I called for the express purpose of seeing how long the wait was. They informed me that it would be 45 minutes. I asked them if I could get put on the waiting list over the phone or if I had to be in person. She said that typically it has to be in person and then asked me if Im from out of town. I informed her that I live in Ocean Beach which is about 30 minutes away and I wasnt interested and heading down there to wait another hour upon arrivalShe asked me for my name and said that she would put me on the list this time and that once I got there she would get me set up on their app so that I could reserve ahead of time on my own in the future. This is not a request I made, it was offered by the rep on the phone all on her own.Upon arriving at Seven Mile Casino I was told that the wait was now an hour and they do not take call-aheads. Despite having a recording of the entire phone call (I record all of my phone calls) they would not stand by what they told me originally. They flat-out lied to me in order to get me to come down here thinking that Id be pot committed with my time. I will never come back here ever again and its unfortunate because it looks like a nice room.Doing what you say is basic customer service. Stay away from anyplace that struggles with this concept as Seven Mile Casino does.

It is an interesting casino with good action in the poker games. It is a bit smaller and not as many promotions, but it works.

Poker action is great. A lot of poker tables and you can find a game most times. I think they need to automate though. They do not have automated swipe catd readers at the table. Its a very strange way of accounting for player time that is difficult to explain.

I won 700 playing baccarat and black jack min bet 10 dollar played 5dollar on buster and 5dollar on consecutive suites. It was 4AM 6DECK BLACK JACK BEAUTIFUL BLOND DEALER. Started at baccurat 2nd hand hit s PaNdA paid 150 on 5 dollar bet. During dealer cycle I followed blond dealer from baccurat table to black jack table. She dealt 7&8 diamond suited then gave me 6 diamond suited paid 500 on 5dollar consecutive suited bet.Walked in with 20 left with 700. Tipped dealer heavy on winning haNds.My system. . . is playing a trend at baccurat. And minimum bet black jack. If i were to lose the 20 dollar i walk out. If i doubled(40 dollar) i usually push it one time, but after i lose my double and double my 20 2nd time i dont push it i walk out. For me if im going to win big it will has always happened on a 20. If i lose the 20 it a sign to walk out never throw more money when you lose your intial 20. I had to learn that lesson the hard way. Sharing my system with you to hopefully save you the misery of losing your hard earned cash and keep your money in your pocket and off the table. 2009 and 2010 i was at the card room everyday and now i might go 4 times a year or once a quarter.

They dont cut the deck of cards after it comes out of a computer shuffler seems extremely odd in a game of poker. The reason they gave me for not cutting the deck is it takes to long to which I reply what are you taking about 2 sec?? Obviously they havent been tracking how slow some of the dealers are getting them to move a lil fast in general would shave more time off of hands than not cutting a deck of cards what in the world. Wont go back wouldnt play at your house if the cards were not getting cut.

Personally not crazy about the place, went with a friend. Has a nice atmosphere, friendly upbeat people. Everything inside looks nice and new. If you like blackjack try this place its sure isnt out of the way. I liked the sofas to relax on out on their patio area with a view of the bay and a nice cool breeze to keep you cool during this hot weather.

I told a pitboss I was afraid there might be collusion, that I knew it was hard to prove, but the same 2 players were 3 betting any 3rd player and artifically inflating pots. I didnt tell him who it was. He walked right up to them. I will never go back to this place. Its full of scum.

This Omaha game was great!

The place is nicely decorated, clean, and most important filled with action. I arrived at 8am and there was a full 2-3 NLH game running from the night prior. By 8:15 AM I was sitting at a new game and by 10 AM the entire place was bustling with action on virtually every table.

No slot machines. So we left for a different casino.

Very friendly employees and excellent poker dealers. Food is quality and above average for the area. However, only 2 stars due to greedy owners and high rake in poker. They take exceedingly high drops ($5-6 for any-sized pot) and now take a dollar per hand even if there is no flop (which is very significant)! Try a different room for better value.

This place is extremely fun with much needed table games that are hard to find in the city. The service is great, the dealers are friendly. The food is also exceptional with a wide variety of dishes for everyone. Parking is always available and its conveniently 10 minutes from most places in SD.

Spent Thanksgiving week at this Grand Cayman resort for peace and quiet. Has friendly staff, spacious, clean apartment unit (2 bedrooms + 2 full baths sleeps 4 well but can go up to 6 w/ living room sectional). Good location at start of 7 Mile Beach (which has 5 miles long uninterrupted white sandy beach). Near Georgetown (capital) and surrounded by other resorts + restaurants + coffee shops. In one direction walk to newish Lantana Bay shopping complex if you like exercise and other direction hit several small shopping malls and Margaritaville (newly opened). Stingray City, Turtle + Dolphins farms are further up West Bay Road and theres a good ample food scene. When resort finishes its separate registration/office/gym bldg (near to poolside) Ill go back there and explore more of Grand Cayman via car rental (several nearby or at airport). Safe island vibe too + clear sea water.

They need to get more help during big events like fights.

This is no ordinary card room... Its glamorous!Valet parking, out door patio surrounded by fire pits, beautiful bar, thoughtful staff, great dealers and awesome play incentives.I highly recommend playing here.

Dont even know where to start. A Regular was threatning me at the table so i called the floor on them. A man named chuck came and i explained to him what was going on. Instead of addressing the situation the floor man chuck immediately started personally attacking my character. I had asked chuck previously if he couls relay to the owners to get better quality chios and cards since the casino has very poor quality chips and cards. Because if this he failed to address the issue of a player consistently antagonizing me and threatning me. Instead he said what did you do? I knew you were trouble when you walked in, all you do is complain abiut everything. Where did you come? So now oen top of the poor quality playing cards and deck they also have a terrible floor boss. The integrity of the chips and cards must reflect the integrity and quality of management.

Conveniently located off the 5 freeway. Lots of action at no limit tables. You will need to bring a deep stack as the betting is fast and furious.

I really want to give them a higher rating, but as a casual blackjack player going in there it kinda sucks that there was only one $10 table. I see blackjack as a means of occasional entertainment, not looking to spend hours putting down big bets, so I was bummed that they only had one $10 table. That said, it was very nice in there.

I feel sometimes a change is not good they upgraded all.change locations became a mini casino.In my opinion the old card room was the best in all of San Diego county no casino or card room could ever take the warmth the atmosphere the feeling of being welcomed never closed the doors you always felt like it was your second home taking into consideration you Up or Down I felt you were always taken care of with respect.The heart of a Family surrounded everyone thats what made the old card room Untouchable!

Nice little poker room

I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and the scallops over linguine. After 35 min i told the bartender to cancel the soup, she looked confused. She then realized she wrote it down but didnt enter it and apologized and said my food should be out soon though. Another 10 to 15 min later the food comes out and its scallops over penne, she again appologized and said they ran out of linguine. I was sitting there for 50 minutes and she didnt tell me they were out until she brought me my food. I sent it back and left. Terrible service. Its usually pretty slow to get food at the bar, but never that slow.

Definitely a good group of professionals, environment. The establishment is an upscale modern look to the card room. Great staff all, from beginning to end as I was leaving. This casino is rather small compared to the casinos in los angeles. But small is not bad. It does have a lively atmosphere and plenty of action. Overall a decent place to have some drinks and do a little gambling.

I love in Tijuana and they have casinos down here in mexico but there is a lack of table games so its nice to have a place that has the table games I want and that isnt too far of a journey to get to......

Best cash game in town!! Chinese food on par but the old Village menu was better. Over all a solid 9.5 bring cash plenty of it..
