The friendliest of people work here. It was a young girl that I was trying to explain some artwork that I wanted to do with my dogs puppy teeth. She had a great idea. Showed me a trinket that looks like a pocket watch that I could put my puppy teeth in and fill it with resin. And I did. I attached it on my dogs first collar.

I just LOVE Michaels 8n general. This location was clean. They must have gotten new employees because I was pleasantly surprised all the good morning greetings by all the employees. Kudos to management for training their employees on customer service. Good inventory, good prices, great discounts.

Michaels is getting worse. They used to have an abundance of Christmas stuff. The selection is not good at all. Went to get Christmas picks for a wreath but they had nothing to choose from. And the employees that were there Monday night were rude. Needed a price check at the register and the girl with really short hair came to the register and I tried to tell her were I got the item she wouldnt even acknowledge that I was talking to her.

Its hard to get an employees attention for help in the writing/painting supply aisles; to get something from behind plastic casings. When I finally saw someone, they said Im not working.If there were other art shops in the South Bay, i wouldnt have to deal with their lack of service these days.

Not the best location Ive been too. Employees including the manager seemed to care way more about closing and going home than helping my mother get some paints out if the lockup...

I LOVE MICHAELS.. did a whole wedding thru the decore here. From vines to flower bunches to charger plates. Not only this but the 5 dollar grab bag/boxes have been used by many in my family and their friends in crafts as well as parties. This place is so frequented that things go quick thats the ONLY downfall. Still my goto spot.

Pretty new things to craft

This place is too unorganized for my liking. The employees dont even know whats on the shelves. I was looking for a wedding cake topper. An employee directed me down an aisle. They had everything you need to decorate but no wedding toppers.

It was my first time here, I loved all the selection they have, it is not a messy place so it is easy to look for what you need, the prices are not bad, Ill be back when I have more time.

Honestly, Michaels was always my go-to store for crafting and creating. But... since Hobby Lobby showed up it makes Michaels seem small in almost all areas. I still drop in due to convenience but when needing variety I go the extra distance to Hobby Lobby. Sorry Michaels.

Sign up for their club membership and get coupons. Always use coupons! Usually 40-50% off one item. Sometimes 25% off all on-sale items. Sometimes they have 70% off canvasses, I stock up at this time. I bought my drawing table 50% off from $199.99 yo $100.00, along with my easel and their biggest Prismacolor pencil set, from $189.99 to $95.00, 2 easels from $179.99 to $90.00. Always use coupons, especially for expensive items!

I went in here like two weeks ago with my wife to pick up one item. Now Im turning into a crafty person. Nice store with anything and everything. Very helpful staff. I do think some items may be less expensive at like WalMart or a dollar store. Cool.

The most horrible store. If it had no stars option I would rate none! This store used to be where I did all my craft shopping until employee RAQUEL gave me the worst service ever and incompetent manager STEPHANIE did nothing about it. But thanks to their horrible, rude attitudes Michaels lost a long time loyal customer of years and I discovered hobby lobby! With a store like that dont see how Michael stores stay in business. All the craft items u can imagine at the most reasonable prices with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTACHED!

I Went in at 5:25 Wednesday afternoon to see a line full of people waiting to be checked out and only one cashier. I waited in line for ten mins unbeknownst to me I guess online orders need to push some button for a assistance upon arrival which I had no knowledge of doing. So not exactly happy with this place or the staff that I waited in line then was told to push the service button and wait in another line after already waiting ten mins. I mentioned I didnt know I was supposed to press the service button but sense Its my turn cant you help me. She said no I needed to press the button and wait again she cant log out even though she had just came to help and the previous time I waited she was not helping anyone nor at a register. the fact that there was a line full of people waiting to get checked out I dont see how me pushing a button would have affected me getting service faster the problem is that you dont have enough people working the registers and the staff has poor service skills. Ill be having future order delivered to avoid all this nonsense.

To start off the store seems very run down and dirty.Items are in the wrong spots and some items are haphazardly throne each way everywhere. There are items that other customers seem to have taken out of packages and never seem to restock what they dont have. The staff isnt very knowledgeable in any form of medium there is and is rude like Im wasting their time.The only reason why we even keep coming back is the 50 persent savings off of copic markers and other like items they are so expensive,other than that this aint it chief

Pleased to find gift of frames. Our grandsons collect vinyl albums and I found a package of 3 album frames also a frame to gift my art as a giclee on canvas to our daughter plus a frame I needed for recent artwork 24hX18. The supplies were greatly discounted by 70%.

I bought a FABRIC TAC permanent adhesive 8oz . It has been used previously. Tip was cut with glue around. Was not totally full. Must probably was a return.

Had what I was looking for at the time. Wanted Emerald JEWELS for wedding dress and wanted Meterial glue. Helpful people told me for sure to make sure glue goes into fabric and press jewels into glue let it stay for about 48 hours for real SECURITY. Good info helpful

It didnt have much of anything stocked, staff followed me around whole time and harassed me constantly. Felt so uncomfortable I decided to go to Walmart instead for what I needed.

Shady management. They like to bate-and-switch. Items are falsely priced. Online says they have item in stock and when you arrive, said item is not there but a more expensive version is in its place.

Super they just need more organized merchandise and variety of graffiti books and learning to sketch books. Everything else is great.

This store has always seemed to be just a bit short of being a great store. I think the biggest issue is the lackluster selection in some areas. No colored twine/string other than paracord. Got a better selection of such stuff at Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and check out their selection online before trekking off to the store.

If I had lots of activities for kids

The service was good, the guy worked fast but the food was not what I expected. I ordered the gyro plate which is about $8.00 that included rice, salad and meat. So much small portions and the salad is not really a salad just some leaf, not tomatoes, lettuces what makes a great salad, now the meat was burnt and cut up in small pieces and not a full pita bread, just two small slices, what a waste of money my son spent, we should have gone to another place instead. If you the owner or some of the staff get your act together or youll go bankrupt. Very disappointed.

This place has a pretty good art material. Most of the stuff is nice. But when it get busy they dont have enought cashiers. Their prices are high. On the other hand, they always have great coupons on their website.

Recent updates to the store have made it really nice! Its pretty difficult to find things quickly if you dont ask for help or search around. The staff is friendly and parking is never an issue.

A lot of cool stuff and great coupons

This is the best place in the area to find DIY crafts and gifts. Prices are a little bit steep and aisles are not very accessible for someone with disabilities, tough. Additionally, there’s very little help in Spanish, despite being located in a overwhelming Spanish speaking community. Putting that aside, shopping experience is good.

No Halloween stuff yet

I love arts and crafts stores. Micheals is one of my favorite. Things arent cheap here, but they always have good deals. I also got help from the staff whenever I needed it. Great place to find your creative tools.

Hard to find the size and color ribbons I needed. I understand is graduations time, but I checked and different Michaels and they are all the same out of stock

As always I found what Im looking for and I found something on clearance to which I was very happy about
