Ive taken my son (14mo old) here three times. There is really only one main little kid area and the rest of the space is large slides and bouncy house type of play.Its a good option for us to stay out of the sun, which is why Ive come a few times, but my biggest pet peeves are:1. It seems like the batteries are always dead in all the toys. I think I saw one toy that still lit up. I tried turning some of the toys off and on just to be sure. It would be nice if the toys actually worked.2. The staff doesnt seem to pay attention when older kids 5/6 years old are in with the little babies. Im actually not sure what the age limit is for the baby area, but for the most part, the kids in there are 1-3yr olds. Ive seen older kids repeatedly slam the doors to the play houses and throw the toys pretty hard. With only having been to this place 3x, this has happened twice. The older kids parents always seem to be in their phones so if you take your little one you really have to be on top of them the whole time, which is fine with me, but I wish the staff monitored the big kids coming into that area more.

This is the best place to play inside. My 3 year old tells everyone it’s her favorite place in the world! It is always clean, the workers vacuum constantly. You can bring your own food or buy snacks & drinks there. They even have coffee! The events are really fun too, my daughter RAVED about meeting “the REAL Elsa!”

This place is great. Clean and fun for the kids. Love the toddler area. I like the fact that older kids cant be in the toddler area, makes for safe fun for the toddlers. Plenty of space for Mom and Dad to sit and love the fact you can bring your own food in. And kudos to the workers who will help your toddler in the older kid area if they need it.

We absolutely love this place!!! The prices are good, and the staff keeps the place really clean. My son LOVES this place! The separate toddler area is fully stocked, the older kid play area has so many options, and they have tables for the parents/family. They have a snack bar with chips, ice cream, drinks, etc, but you can also bring in anything youd like. Their events are always such a blast and the owner is so kind!

Great indoor play area for children.This is an awesome and cool place to let your kids explore and have fun.

Prices are eh. If youre planning on staying the whole day, its worth it. I had called a week before coming here to ask some questions. We were bringing our son to celebrate his birthday. Not a huge group, total of 7 including him and our baby. I had asked questions about being able to go in and out to get food and they answered and had mentioned that we were bringing a cake and presents as my son didnt want a huge party just his family. The woman on the phone told me Oh yeah thats nice. Yeah its just first come first serve so get a table early if you can. We got here and were immediately told no cake, cupcakes, presents, or ANYTHING representative of a birthday. Seriously?? Did the rules change in that week? On top of that the head of who was in charge, (didnt catch her name as she decided to go talk in the phone instead of take care of guests) gave very rude attitude. Will NOT be coming back. Would highly recommend any other place that this purely based off of customer service or lack there of and poor communication between staff

Really fun place but the prices are a little too high. If you get an email for one of their flash sales it is definitely worth it. The owner is AMAZING and she loves the kids. Their events are actually very cool and involved, we go to all of them. Only complaint is the daily entry fee. But they do sales all the time so we just buy large gift cards when they do and it is well worth it.

My toddler and I love this place, we go once or twice a week since about 6 months ago. We celebrated her birthday here, we were happy with everything, we liked the patio they have for the piñata. We are thinking in celebrating her next birthday here again.

Attended my nieces birthday party and the facility was well maintained and cleaned.All children are required to wear socks which adds to the cleanliness of the facility.Staff were polite and professional.My own daughter had a great time on all the equipment, we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic place!! I really enjoyed spending family time with my 2 yr old son there today. It was our first time visiting and for sure not the last one. My wife and I fell in love with the place. It was toddler paradise!! We loved it and ran around like little kids ourself playing with the baby. He ran all over the crucible and jumped till no more in all the moon jumps. The baby area was phenomenal and so heart warming with all the babies around. If you are looking for a place to relax and watch you toddler play for hours, stop by and enjoy Play City. The price is perfect and it can help with the home stress of the toddler making a mess and breaking things. This place is kids friendly and safe all around. You have to come by and try it for yourself. God bless and come have your own experience.

Staff is extremely friendly and the owner with the short gelled hair is very kind, welcoming with a smile always on her face. The other owner with the long blonde hair is not so friendly and always spoke to us fairly rude.We had a membership here for 2 years and ended our membership due to our oldest son turning 4. They have a toddler section for ages 3 and under and although I understand the rules for age, our sons are Autistic and not yet ready for the big kids side. The jumpers are a little overwhelming for them.Still giving 5 stars because I do not expect special accommodations, and overall always had a fun time with both my boys here.

The best place for the kids to play! Staff is super friendly and they are constantly cleaning! When we first found this place back when they opened my only concerned was the ball pit, thinking it would not be very clean, to my surprised I’ve seen them empty it out completely to clean and clean every single ball by hand! I hosted a bday party and have attended several ones as well and can only say great things about this place.

This is a great place and my toddler loves it but they need a staff member enforcing age limit in the toddler play area. I’ve been very disappointed with parents who know their kids are over age and allow them to run around and play rough while they have their faces glued to their cell phones. My toddler was dropped twice by one of these older kids that appear to be about 5 yrs old and luckily it wasn’t a hard hit. No kids under 3 should be allowed. Enforce it please!

Just attended their Halloween, Coco, event and it was beyond amazing. The characters’ costumes were movie-like and the entire place was filled with balloons and Coco decor, it was magnificent. My daughter loved taking pictures with the characters and dancing right next to them at the end of the event. Play City’s staff is always helpful and attentive but always finds ways to put children first and make them feel special. I recommend Play City as they are actively having events with a wide range age appropriate themes at affordable prices.

We had our daughter’s first b-day party here. Staff was amazing with answering all the questions we had and very helpful. I especially loved that they had a place for a piñata!!! The only thing I wish they had was more time to host parties on the packages. It’s only a two hour max and it feels somewhat rushed.

It is one of the best places to take your kid 2-8 y/o to have fun. My son loves play city. I wish the place has date service , so we can drop the kids and have a nice dinner at the near restaurants.

The playground itself is great, but customer service is horrible. My daughter was ready for lunch and all of the tables were full except one. We sat and ate for about 10 min. Then another customer approached me and told me it was her table (she left a backpack in a chair tucked under the table). To avoid confrontation in front if children, I asked staff the policy on holding tables. I was told that they cant be held, its 1st come 1st serve, but he did nothing about the lady kicking me off the table. She sat their with her boyfriend all about 5 min, left their trash and backpack on the table....and I still was not allowed to sit their, so we left. So I guess your child cant have lunch, or you have to go outside to eat when all of the parents and extra guests are saving tables for each other. I emailed customer service and got no response. Since I did not receive a response, I decided to leave this review.

This is such a wonderful place for kids! My daughter comes here a few days a week and loves playing with her friends. This is a huge indoor facility that offers bounce houses, slides and an obstacle course for kids.The staff is friendly and outgoing not to mention they are constantly cleaning! Every half hour (or more) they are vacuuming the entire place, wiping down chairs, tables and surfaces. They really value cleanliness and as such children must remove their shoes (socks only) while playing in any of the play areas which is fantastic because we practice the same habits at home. They offer free/paid events during the year with popular characters from tv shows/movies.

My Daughter loves this place. Every time we go, she returns home totally exhausted. Well worth your money. All kids in there seemed to be having a blast too!

Great way for kids to expend their energy.Compared to similar establishments outside of San Diego, its great for the price - all day rates. Its hourly for the same price in Fremont.Downside is that adults arent allow within the play structures. This is only problematic for the younger kids that are borderline too young. They do have staff on hand to help but inconvenient to always ask them.Overall a very clean establishment, considering the amount of traffic, with a lot of sitting areas for adults.

This is a great place to let your toddlers exhaust themselves in playing. They have an area for small kids, and area for bigger kids. The waiting area for parents is very good for just chillin. They also sell snacks. You can also bring your own food to eat while you wait for your kids play. I can easily spend 3 hours in this place without even noticing it.

Nice place for kids. However, they lack of customer service. Really and I meant it really read the waiver. This guys take as an excuse for not caring for kids! Basically, a kid can bring any artifact or even be aggressive and if you bring it up to the staff even management, they take it defensively.If you care for your kids well being.Think twice...

We held a birthday party for my daughter’s birthday and we had a great time. The staff was super friendly and the play areas are amazing for kids. We will definitively keep it in mind for our next birthday party. My daughter loves going there on a regular basis. 5 ️ stars!

Great place to take your kids!! Friendly staff , and super clean ! I love that the Staff are always cleaning and sanitizing the place, especially the toddler area and the inflatables. They also allow you to bring in your own food from home or even the restaurants in the area! Definitely recommend it as a cool and Clean place to take your family.

Hosted my daughters birthay party here, hours of availability per space is minimum from 2-3 hours i believe, but you and guests are allowed to stay in common play area until closing time, which is great. Kids love it!

This review is based on my experience for hosting my sons 5th birthday on 4/13/19. The entire staff (Luisa, Veronica, Daniel and the many other staff members whose names escape me at the moment) were very helpful with helping me cart items to and from my vehicle, setting up, they were very friendly, professional and attentive. Definitely recommend this venue to host any childs birthday celebration. I was quite satisfied with how clean the establishment is. I have been to other very similar childrens play spots and the other venues had the odors that needed cleaning. Play City by far is a very very clean establishment and sets a new bar for similar businesses. We had a piñata and they have an area for this. They had carts and ice coolers available for me to use. The entire time I saw staff cleaning and helping. I will DEFINITELY be returning with my sons free month pass and become a member for Play City. Thank you all, Rogelio Lopez

Nice place, wish they had a bigger action for smaller kids or allow adults to assist the kids on the larger structures. Not being able to help my 2 year old toddler limited him to the baby section which is 20% off the whole place.

4 out of 5 stars! Only 1 thing keeping it from a 5 star. This place is AMAZING! There is a toddler area sectioned off, ages 1-3 years old. Parents must be in there supervising at all times. Then everywhere else is 3 & up (or younger allowed). o parents allowed in the big kid play sections, however you can ask a staff member to escort your child through and they will (3 different times & reasons for my 2 year old today with a smile, no attitude or felt like we were bothering them!). Socks required for kids and adults if going into the toddler section, no shoes allowed in the play areas. They have daily and monthly packages (both great prices) and birthday packages. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because we attended a birthday party for a kiddo today and the party pack that was $299 (did not include food - only plates/utinsels and caprisun) gave a free month of play which is great, but for the Monday-Thursday package only. I asked if they could pay the extra difference in original pricing to get the weekend package and the girl told me no. I explained the party was $300 which was a lot for just a space and caprisuns so the monthly package is a nice perk since someone is paying so much money for just a space and explained they would get even more money by allowing someone to pay extra to upgrade their monthly package. She still said no, which I think is ridiculous. So that is down 1 star, almost 2 in my head for it, but since it is so much fun I will leave it teetering at 4 stars.

We had my daughter’s 2nd Birthday Party at Play City in Eastlake and all the guests loved it! The kids had a blast and the adults enjoyed watching the little ones and relaxing in our reserved party area. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. I also love the fact that my daughter has 1-month membership so she gets to enjoy the play area even more!

My kids had such a great time.. super clean which I loved !!! prices are not too bad, love that you can bring your own food and drinks inside. they also have a snack bar inside which is nice. Its also had a great closed off area only for the little once .. I loved it the kids loved it .. Will be returning!!

We had an awesome time celebrating my niece’s birthday party at Play City! Grownups and children were very happy to see their kids playing and entertained by all the fun stuff, we all had a great time! All the staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Play city is a great place to have your kids party, clean, friendly staff and you can bring your own food:-) my twins and their friends had so much fun last SAT. Twins 7th birthday party was a Blast!!! I recommend the place but if you have children that are twins they dont care they will only recognize ONE child to receive the free VIP pass for next visit & they dont recycle can/bottles :-( over all it was a fun day for my boys :-)

This indoor play area is nice but I suggest they add more stuff to do for the toddler area. I noticed there’s not much to do for the little ones. It would be great if they will add some things for the curious and busy minds of toddlers.

Great place to take kids. But watch out some kids are very aggresive. One kids was just going around punching other kids, parents where not there.

Our kids love this place! Lots of fun things to do for infants, toddlers or grade school kids. The staff is consistently cleaning and vacuuming the place so it’s always clean. We had our sons second birthday here and they did not disappoint. It was an extremely busy day but the staff was helpful with helping set up and take down the party. Edgar was amazing helping us with anything and everything we needed during the party. It was the easiest party I have ever thrown all we had to do was show up. I highly recommend play city for everyday play or birthday parties.

This place is great for kids to burn off some energy. They have a huge play structure as well as many inflatables to play on. They have a toddler area that is great for kids under three. They offer free coffee for the adults and have a small snack bar. You can also bring in your own food and they have many tables to sit at while the kids play. They also have workers inside of the play structure to help the kids and keep an eye on them so you dont have to climb in there for any reason. The place is also very clean. You can see them cleaning the equipment throughout the day. We had my sons birthday there this year and all the boys had a blast.

Play City is the most fun and the absolute most clean playground I have ever taken my kids to play in! They sanitize and clean all day long! I wish other places did the same thing! The staff are very friendly and their prices very affordable! what else could any parent ask for! 5 well deserved stars from me!

I have been bringing my girls since they opened up this place, and we love it! I always see the staff cleaning and wiping down counters and toys! Ive even seen the owner wiping down the main entrance door!! They have hand sanitizers everywhere for people to use. They even have free coffee for parents! I even took my girls to Paw Patrol meet and greet and they loved it! Staff is super friendly! Five stars all around!!

... pretty cool place!!! My daughter alwayz haz a ton of fun when she comez and the employees are constantly cleaning...but iz the couch in the back for the kidz to jump up and down on? I mean it IZ PLAY city and kidz cant jump on the couch at home, so why not at PLAY city??? Hopefully they can, b/c that would be the icing on the cake!!! I saw a group of toddlers having a pillow fight with no crying or fighting, which iz how it should be!!! Keep up the good work!!!

This place is amazing! My 2 yr old and 6 yr old loved it! I love that there is a separate toddler area for the little ones and my 6 yr old loved the climbing structure and all of the bounce houses! It was very clean too. I watched the staff constantly cleaning and straightening up! The staff was super friendly! They even played fun music. We live in Escondido so this is a bit of a drive for us, but I would definitely go back!

The place is great for kids and parents. It’s super clean. My kids look forward to going to play with the kids AND Luz (one of the staff members). She always greets them by their names and goes out of her way to make sure kids are having fun and parents are enjoying a break! We’ve been to a lot of play places and the facilities, cleanliness and staff like Luz set this place apart from all the others. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

My 2 year old loves playcity they have a lot of toys for babies, toddlers. They always have give aways and every year we attend the halloween party. Best indoor playground

I am beyond impressed with everything about my experience here. Starting with the friendliness of the staff and ending with the cleanliness of the facility. Carlo, in particular was helpful in so many ways. We will be back without a doubt. We found our new favorite indoor play place.

Great place, but it bums me out I cant really be with my son in the other sections. Hes too little to be by himself and for a fact I know kids will either step on him or bully him. Ive read the rules and the kids are more of a danger to themselves than adults are if they go onto the structure. If anything a couple of staff members could monitor the structure. Like I said its a great place but bums me out that I can have a staff member go down the slides with my son but I cant. Seeing someone else have fun with youre child when you want to is kinda heartbreaking. Also Play City you guys really need to keep the older kids out of the toddler area, no 2 year old and up should be allowed in that area mainly because the handful of times I went my son is always being pushed down or the kids do not know how to be careful. Maybe parents need to be reminded that their kids are too big for that area I dont know. But if adults cant be with their kids on the jumpers or structures at least keep the bigger kids out of the toddler area. Because these kids are mean as a snake.

We have been visiting Play City since they opened over a year ago and have never been let down. Its the most clean play place we have ever visited. The staff are continously cleaning and making sure things are tidy so children dont get hurt. They have a snack bar with some fun treats as well. The cleanliness and the staff make this establishment worth coming back to over and over again, plus the kids LOVE it!

Today we had my 3 yo granddaughters birthday party there. The kids had a ton of fun, and the equipment they have is pretty cool compared to other play places That said, I gave it a 3 because of their confusing rules, and an employee who was extremely rude. We reserved the birthday package weeks ago and paid our hard earned money for it. All was good until we hit the 2 hour mark, instead of giving us a friendly 10 minute reminder, Jason bulldozed in on our party and started tearing stuff off the tables and grabbing food trays. I understand its a 2 hour thing, but he was very aggressive and had a very bad attitude. I questioned him about it and he said You have to leave and you cant let the birthday girl open her presents Then he had a panic attack because there was water on the floor! He said he had another party and they were a priority. Bottom line, the kids loved it, but Jason was not very nice. We moved to another table and my granddaughter started opening one of 4 presents, and another employee told us she couldnt open them. Thats a stupid rule, but they have an area for toddlers. When we moved, another employee offered to put our sandwiches and cake in the fridge, but when we went to the counter to get them they were sitting off to the side and never got put in the fridge. To sum it up, the kids had a blast, but Jason should find another job

It is very unfortunate when you call somewhere and the person answering the calls does not like their job.I was put on hold for over 30min.It was a female who answered the phone call at about 6:06pm and asked me to hold. She didnt bother introducing herself either.I wanted to see how long it would take her to get back to me, however, I accidently hit the button to end the call.I was very excited about visiting Play City with my children tomorrow, but had a few questions, since Ive never been there, especially after reading a bunch of great reviews about this place and its staff.I had heard there was going to be an Aladdin event there tomorrow, Monday, May 27, 2019. Being such big fans of Aladdin this was going to make this visit A LOT more exciting and fun for us.Unfortunately whoever was in charge of answering phone calls tonight ruined it all for us.This experience honestly makes me never want to take my children there. I will tell others about my experience.I cannot think of a good reason why someone would put a customer on hold for that long.I tried calling back. I actually called back 5 times, one after the other and the same person kept hanging up on me!This is not right!If a staff member treats me like this and I am the parent, what makes them think I am going to trust them with my children??No way!I will be taking them elsewhere and making sure no one I know goes here!

The best indoor play area in San Diego county. So much fun for my 6yr. old. Perfect place to come and spend any day. Very friendly staff and it helps that they dont require you to by their food, your allowed to bring in outside food.

Clean, safe and friendly. I have a 16 month old and 3.5 yr old boys. My oldest started crying at the top of the structure. The staff member SPRINTED to the top to help him down. It was amazing!! Staff members are constantly cleaning. Love this place!!

I have been coming to Play City since it opened! My kids are 5, 3 and 1 and its the perfect place for all three of them to have a blast. The employees are great too! They are always smiling and willing to help out if need be. They play fun music and dance around to entertain the kids. The events they have are so FUN and cool. They do themes and go all out with the decorations, character costumes, and giveaways. I recently had a party for my sons 5th birthday, and due to some last minute issues with the venue I was originally booked at, I was left with no choice but to find something last minute! 1 day before my sons party, Alita at Play City was able to accommodate us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great party and that all details were taken care of. This type of customer service speaks volumes of what type of business is being operated here. They truly care about the kids, their safety, providing a clean environment, and overall a genuine love for what they do. I rated them 5 stars but after the whole birthday fiasco and how they came through for me and my family I would say they get 100 stars! Thank you Play City and staff. (Alita & Cynthia).

My two year old grandson, who is almost three, loved it! He enjoyed the whole experience in both the toddler area and the big kid area. I enjoyed it too, because there were plenty of tables, plenty of couch space in the toddler area, and plenty of bathroom stalls. They have snack food there, but you can bring your own food from outside, also. My grandson was too excited to eat, so I had to take him home for a meal and a nap. With his armband remaining on, we were able to return later without having to pay again. You can even switch parents or bring an adult friend along if you want to, because only kids are charged. Socks with no shoes are required in the toddler area. I came with sandles and no socks, but was able to purchase socks there.

Everything was nice and clean except for the bathroom that needs to be cleaned more often

This place is magical! Alita is most certainly an amazing talent! Her imagination definitely reflects her work. The staff members are on top of things! Not only are they playful with the children, but somehow they seem to keep the facility clean! Even with a hurricane of children blowing through. Our daughter became most fond of Natalie. Sad to see her leave. the bond they created was special to our daughter. Thank you Play City!

Well worth the daily fee of $15 for the kids

I will start by saying that the staff is great and do their best to keep the place clean. My son loves it and would stay all day if we allowed it. The issue I have is with management allowing kids that are sick to enter the facility. A child that clearly has a cough and buggers running down his/her face should not be allowed to play and spread germs to everyone. And not sorry if you get offended but majority of the time is has been asians that show up with sick kids!!! Of your child is sick keep them at home. A worker shouldnt be wiping your kids nose because you are too lazy and will not put your phone down. Management needs o put a sign at the door warning if kids are sick they will not be allowed to enter.

We love Play City! Our kiddos are able to play in a safe, clean, and huge space with friendly and helpful staff. They allow outside food and their parties are reasonably priced.

My 2 year old always has fun. Other kids are well mannered, good parents never an issue. Kids can be kids parents are aware and understanding.

Overall great place with kind staff and generous 0-3 area separate from the rest.Cons: no way to dry hands in bathrooms, as they have a no paper waste policy. Kids have to wear socks at all times, but cant get across the floor without falling, because theres been an oversight in choosing safe flooring for the unturfed areas. There is a very noticeable diaper/ public restroom smell although the bathrooms are at the back end of the facility- its the air freshener the staff discreetly walks around spraying that is really just gross smelling.

It was definitely a fun place but 1. It was small and way too many people. I mean adults at a kids party. The party area (wasnt a room) was right in the middle and was very inconvinient to navigate through to get to the slide area.2. It was very expensive. Both the entry and the chips were way too expensive.3. It was clean but very annoying that the person cleaning was cleaning while people were right there. I mean who vacuums under the table while people are eating or starts to put away toys when the kids are playing?4. The guy wearing glasses was very rude to the kids. I mean he should talk to the parents if he has a concern and not to little kids. I understand they dont want other kids to get hurt so why not just make a safety video and explain to everyone including parents before getting in. Or have someone supervise each area instead of telling them later.

Reasonably priced for maybe one month of play during the kids what a break or summer. I would not pay for the annual membership especially when the zoo and SeaWorld combined is cheaper overall friendly staff knowledgeable very clean I havent had any trouble with other peoples kids. Though I would like to see something in place safety-wise so your kid cant just walk out or no one can walk out with your child.

We absolutely love PlayCity! The staff is always extremely friendly and the environment is so clean. We have been going for a few months and our son loves that he can go play with the little toy houses on the toddler side as well as go to the slide when he’s feeling a little more active. The staff is constantly watching to ensure the children aren’t playing too rough and are taking turns. I’m so happy to have found somewhere safe that he can interact with other children as well as get out lots of energy. Definitely a must for kids of all ages!We also got to attend the Paw Patrol event recently which was incredible to be apart of. Thanks PlayCity!

Similar to other indoor play parks, but a little better in every respect: outstanding variety of play equipment, exceptionally friendly staff, scrupulous cleanliness, reasonable and transparent pricing. No restriction on bringing your own snacks or lunch. One payment lets you go in and out all day.

Nice place for mischievous children to burn off the extra energy.

Love this place! My daughter is 3.5 yrs old and we can spend many hours here. She plays while I lounge at a table with snacks a good book or (lets be honest) play on my phone. Theres also a super cute area for smaller kids. Weekdays arent as busy as weekends - finding a table on weekends is a little harder. Otherwise, great space and tons of fun for kids.

Good for kids under 10. Very crowded on weekend and place is small.

Very fun for the kids. Decent prices. Clean. If they offered food it would be 5 stars. You can bring in your own food however.
