First time ever going there had a blast very friendly employees great for the family to come together and have fun together

Ive given this place 4 stars because it has fewer kinds of activities available than the park in Salem. For instance, there is no high jump or bumper cars. The jump area and obstacle course are superior with options for all skill levels . Small but good arcade with skill, video, and chance games . The snack bar has a very limited menu (and the pizza slices are small) but they arent gouging on the prices. $2 for a slice and a large soda seems fair. Up eat throbbing music is loud but not obnoxious. Will definitely go back .

We had my great grandsons birthday party at Xtreme springs today they served Pizza a picture of Pepsi Diet Mountain Dew and a picture of water I would have to say in my honest opinion it was the worst Pizza I have ever ate in my life cost us over $300 for this party oh we got 12 cupcakes ... in my opinion I would never ever recommend no one to go there the staff was very rude .. After we spent all this money they would not give one my guest a cup of water water wonted to charge him .50 for it. ..We was suppose to get cars with money to play games some of them has nothing on them .. Never have a birthday there. !!!

A little pricey but if you can find coupons it helps. Its very packed on the weekends so if your kids have a day off from school durning the week or you have younger kids , you can almost have the place to yourself, we went on a Monday and we didnt have to wait and got to do it all. The kids absolutely loved it! Need a way to wear your kids out this is the perfect spot!

Second year in a row Ive had my daughters birthday party at this trampoline park and shes already asking for her next birthday to be here as well. The staff is so very helpful and the manager Trey is next level great! If youre looking for somewhere great to have a party, event, or even a couple hours of fun its by far the best in the area! Thanks again to everyone that helped make my daughters birthday party great!

This place was awesome! The staff was friendly and my kids had a blast! I love that even if Im not jumping I can still stay close to them and watch. The price isnt bad and its fun for kids and adults! Ill definitely be going back!

My granddaughter had a wonderful time. For half hour of jumping time its $10 on there are no refunds. I would not pay for an hour because they get tired within the half hour but you can add on time. Awesome trampolines and they also have games to play and a snack bar a lot of fun

The jumping was fun, but it was a lot smaller than every other jump park we have ever been to. Was also informed I cant walk next to my 4 year old as he jumps because they dont want him to get hurt. Right. Overall, probably wont go back.

Had a blast.

Great place! Bring your own water bottle because youll get thirsty quickly and they charge $0.25 for water cups. (Also because lots of kids use the water fountain and kids dont wash their hands) Be sure to hang on to those sticky socks they give you, that way you can bring them with you next time and not have to pay for a new pair.

Kids love it and gets them tired too! Clean. Staff could be a little more friendly. Stand in 3s talking.

Had my sons 10th bday party here tonight, the staff was awesome and the whole family enjoyed themselves. Thank you Rowen said it was the best party yet. We will for sure be back!!!

A fun place to take the kids both young and old.

Fun place for the kids....and parents. If you have small children, I would plan ahead of time and choose a time that isnt very busy. My kids have pretty much the run of the place most times weve been there. My 1 year-old daughter walks around like she owns the place. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable, cheapest one Ive ever been to.

We all had a fantastic time! Kids (10 & 3) loved it. Fun for all ages (preferred 4 and up) tho our 3 is comfortable with a trampoline.

The process might be a little complex, but its beautifully organized, walking in, signing a waiver, buying the socks, watching the safety video and then enjoy, every one of the employees seems to be very well trained, they are very young so its nice to see a friendly staff... at the beginning I thought it was pricey, but in all honesty its very well worth the fun and the facilities being clean and nice. My kids always have fun.

Really cool place for kids (and adults) to have fun. The Spartan inspired obstacles were a big hit.

Only bad thing was I landed on my foot and twisted it Im fine now that was 20 min ago I was at the park for and hour and loved it 2/6/20

Very fun place! Went with a big group of friends for my birthday and we all had a blast. Its quite the workout though, woke up so sore. I wish the place was bigger so it could hold more stuff, but well worth spending an hour there. Staff was friendly as well.

Really fun spot, especially for children! Employees are nice and run a tight ship to ensure that no one gets injured needlessly. Trampolines are always clean. They offer a snack/pizza bar and arcade games, as well.

It was clean. We went as soon as they opened and there was 0 people there so it was a great time for our littles to play. Could do with out the music but thats a personal preference. Over all great place to burn off some energy when its hot or cold outside!

Very nice place if your under the age of 6. The trampolines are obviously for kids, theyre very small and if your adult you cant get higher than two feet. Unfortunately I was only there for 10 minutes until 3 birthday parties came in at the same time. I asked the manager if I could get a refund because all the little kids made it near impossible. He asked when I came in the door if I couldnt see all the little kids running around, as if I were ignorant. He then said the best he could do, would be for me to come back in an hour and he could restart the jump time. Which made hardly any sense, all those people had just got there. It was nearly 50$ for two people to jump for 2 hours. A little compromise could go a long way, at this facility there is none. The manager was rude and his remarks were unappreciated.

Best trampoline park Ive been to. Great trampolines, pretty friendly staff, all around a great place to practice flips and have fun with friends and family.

Went for a birthday with 15 kids and they processed everything with ease. Kids had a blast and were exhausted afterwards. Will definitely be back.

The kids love it and they burn off tons of energy. Clean facilities. Pricey if you have multiple children or want to jump yourself. Most adults over 30 wont be able to jump the whole time so it would be nice if parents could purchase 15min or share a band.

I brought two seven-year-olds and they had an absolute blast! The facilities seem clean and well-maintained, and the staff were great with the kids! The prices are not exactly cheap, but I feel like we got our moneys worth for sure.

Great fun for the whole family. Several trampoline areas including a few small American Ninja type obstacle courses, a couple of basketball goals you could dunk on, and several trampoline walls. Theres also an arcade and a snack bar. Large groups could get pricey at $15 per person per hour but it wears the kids out. They also do birthday parties. It isnt real obvious how to get there and I think they could do some more advertising (we only knew it existed because of other kids at school) but if you turn next to Fastenall, its easy to find. Plentiful parking.

Updated 6/11/19 - we still have not been back. The trampoline park in Salem is worth the drive.Not kid friendly at all. I bring 7 teenagers and my baby here about once a month. This is the first visit since the baby learned to walk. I was told I couldnt purchase socks or an arm band for the 1 year old. Ugh, okay. So while the older kids jump, Im left chasing her off of everything because every time she put even one toe on a trampoline, she got rudley yelled at by the management and employees. I asked how they expected me to occupy a 1 year old if they wouldnt let her touch anything and was told she can play arcade games. I know minimum wage equals minimum competence, but really? A one year old should play arcade games? We ended up leaving early because the baby was frazzled, I was frustrated, and there was nothing for her to do but get screamed at if she even wanted to sit on the trampoline, even if no one else was around. I regularly buy 2 hours of jumping time for all the teens (even though your price increase is ridiculous), feed them there, buy drinks throughout, and give them $15 each for the arcade. Ill take my money somewhere else. Your rude employees wont get another dollar from me. The bathrooms were also disgusting...at open? Clearly they werent touched the night before at closing. This place is about as trashy as the skating rink was that was here before.

While it could be bigger, the staff is friendly and the management helpful. We enjoy going here.

I bought wristbands for my son and I at the entrance. When we got up to the jumping areas, it was so crowded. My son didnt want to push his way onto trampolines and obstacles that were already full, so I told him wed get a rain check and come back later. The manager would only give me passes for half the value of what I paid. So I lost $17 in five minutes. This company doesnt care about being fair.

Fun place, lots of young kids. As a college student, would recommend going on college night, fridays 8-10pm.

Kids enjoyed it. The mandatory socks seemed strange. But overall fun time. Clean and well maintained

The kids had fun jumping, playing in the arcade, and the ninja obstacle course. They have a great area for parents to hang out and watch the games.

A really fun time, one hour should be more than enough for most people, great place for friends and family.

So much fun and its very cheap

Me and my staff from my Parkour gym in cburg come in some weekends and do tons of flips and jump around. Its a fun place and we are getting to know the staff pretty well. :)

My boyfriend and I took my cousin here for his 11th birthday. We are in our 20s and we all greatly enjoyed it. Fun experience and I will gladly do it again.

My friend and I had the greatest time here. We are both adults and loved every minute of it. Facility was very clean and the workers were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The prices here are insane. I’m guessing this place only stays in business because of really dumb parents with way too much money to spend. This place costs about a months rent to let kids play for a couple hours.

Great and friendly workers! A worker named Alec running the basketball section made my son really enjoy playing! Definitely will be coming back!

Hours are incorrect on website, easy to fix. It is great to go out of your way to see it closed.

My kids loves this place. The price isnt too bad, but they do make you buy their socks. My only problem realy is the games theyre between $1-$3 just to play once.

This is a really fun place a bit pricey, but once you are there is totally worth it.

Went with my boyfriend and his 2 kids. First time I had meet his 2 kidd was very nervous but we had a great time all of us together. The place was very fun. Only bad thing is the arcade will have you spending alot of money in no time. My boyfriend spent $20+ in 10 - 15 mins the games only lasted maybe 30 sec to a min and then you had to swipe your money card ( a card you pay for and swipe at the games to play).

Clean place for the family and friends. Seems well run! Convenient location too.

The place itself is great, fun for everyone. 3 stars is because of the website. I went to book a party online, and even putting aside the terrible interface, I was shocked to find that they dont even use ssl when taking credit card numbers, which is extremely insecure. Also, dont use a password with them that you use anywhere else; they just store it in plain text and will email it to you (again, incredibly insecure)

Overall ,great place! Well-staffed, friendly workers, a lot of parking and many things to do . Hopefully, they add the option of a membership to their facility. Will say that it is a little difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area (kind of tucked away and off the beaten path).

6/24/18 1:30 PM Skocked at the choice of music playing. It was highly inappropriate for children and was definatly R rated (the F word and others were used in the song tracks). When the manager was asked to change the music we were given attitude. Then we were stared at the whole time we were there. Sad we paid to have family fun time and had to put up with this. Xtremely unprofesrional.
