Outstanding Motel. Super clean in excellent location. Well managed property with newer linen and towels. Mattresses are comfortable and large bathroom was a nice bonus.

We came to town for a Legion baseball tournament. Badger Motel was a great choice for us. Clean, comfortable, and close to Wal-Mart, restaurants, main roads. The room we were in had two queen size beds and a fridge/microwave and plenty of space. I was especially impressed with the friendliness for the front desk staff and the very clean room/bathroom. We appreciate those things so much! Badger Motel also had coffee and breakfast bars in lobby area. Overall, a good experience and good value.

The hotel appears to be family. They were all friendly, courteous, and efficient. The room was clean. Even with 2 queen beds there was still room for a table and a pair of chairs comfortably. We had only planned to stay 1 night. We liked the motel so well that we stayed 3.

Very understanding and caring staff rooms are cleaned daily by far the most respectful and affordable motel around rooms have television,phone,dorm style refrigerator and freezer combo also has a microwave my favorite rooms were #37 and #34 also staff makes coffee in the morning the best part of waking up is being able to have coffee in your cup if I could afford to tip the staff I would have sadly Im on very limited mean at the moment. Stayed here for two nights while in town for the Leinenkugels Family Reunion. Its an old school motel layout, which you dont see much anymore. The woman at the desk when I checked in was very nice.

Pretty standard motel for the most part I would have only rated at 3 stars if it wasnt for the staff. They were more than friendly and promptly made repairs/replaced the minors issues with the tv, toilet seat, and a drawer. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Badger Motel

It does not look that special on the outside, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early as we were attending a wedding one half hour away. It all went quickly and staff was very helpful.

I really like this place, even though its not high class. The rooms have like concrete brick walls that arent very fancy, but the price is right and its away from the hustle and bustle of the city for the most part. Id recommend it! Staff has always been awesome. I like to support small local businesses like this, and Badger Motel has stood the test of time.

Im a tournament bridge player, and all my partner and I need is good basic lodging with a fridge and microwave so we can save on food, which at Walmart next door. It was also close to the tournament site. We didnt care about meeting rooms, swimming pools, exercise equipment, and other frills that other people would be using and we would be helping pay for. We were delighted to get exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price that was about half or less of what some bridge players were being zinged for. Its a mom and son place, and they said that the bridge players love staying there, probably for the same reasons I always will.

Due to car troubles we needed to find a place close to restaurants and stores--the Badger Motel was perfect for our needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall our stay was great.

Blanket on bed was crispy. I stripped away the blanket and brought in one I had in my car. Floors were not as clean as I would prefer. One of the vertical blinds fell and it had a piece of duct tape that had been holding it up. For the price, I expected better.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family.Very clean. Customer service was excellent. The family who runs the motel are incredibly nice and definitely go all the way in making sure guests are happy and have everything they need.I would definitely stay here again, for any family trip here.

I had moved back home from a break up. I had stayed here for two weeks till I got a place. The price was good. Rooms clean. And it was convenient. But the reason I give it one star was because they were incredibly rude. Short and snappy! The ask me if I was going to be any trouble? O course I said no. But I asked why he asked me that; they responded back by saying we looked up your record and its not the greatest! Very disrespectful!

I and my husband stayed on the 9th of June . we stayed in room 18 , The queen size bed squeaked at EVERY turn, It was very soft in some spots and hard in others after the perfume smell wore off it smelled very musty. in the morning when we checked out NO ONE was in the office, we were told $99.00 and ended with-- well over that !! they wouldnt take AARP. NO coffee at all at 6 AM. Not going to stay there again !!! Sincerely Very UNHAPPY !!!!!

Not fancy but clean. Employees that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My room could have used a hair dryer and the wifi wasnt working the day I was there. As long as the wifi was working Id stay there again.

Dont let the front desk give recommendations on food, without some knowledge.

To deny a single parent with child simply for having a child is discrimination. I will be contacting BBB regarding this. Receptionist flat told me that she would turn us away because i have an 8 year old daughter. This place is a disgrace! Fact of the matter is, I am looking to move to the area and need a 2 week period in a motel to get everything set up. I have no place i can send my daughter for 2 weeks to get a move done. She has to come with me! For someone to say Nope, I wont let you stay here because you have a child IS DISCRIMINATION! And this will be handled accordingly. I have done my research, I know my rights! Expect legal ramifications for this!

I booked a room on Expedia and had to cancel at the day of. Expedia told me I would not be reimbursed, but the manager helped me out and did not charge me. I was very thankful. Very courteous and respectful!

Desk clerk very personable. Called me several hours ahead to see if I was keeping my reservation. Motel is older but comfortable & safe. Room layout not very easily accessible and parking area is dark.
