We stopped into Loopys twice within a week, had never been here before as we had passed through for work both times and we can NOT say enough GREAT things about the food and the bartender/waitress Kelsey, you sister are an ABSOLUTE gem and ASSET to this establishment and we hope you receive a raise!!You go above and beyond to take care of both my husband and myself and the other patrons at the restaurant.You consistently gave us 10 star treatment each time!!We sincerely appreciate the excellent care that you showed to us Minnesotans!!If ever we are in your neck of the woods again we will make sure to stop when you are working!!!The chicken philly is fantastic, the wings were fantastic and the pizza was just as awesome your cooks there also deserve a raise.We HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop here and give them a try!!Thank you again so so much and keep up the great work everyone we appreciate you all!!

One of my favorite spots in EC. Went there for my birthday a few weeks back and the staff served us up real nice. They even offered us a shuttle back to town, but my friend decided to drive anyways. The sun really takes a lot out of you but ended ripping it up until midnight and only broke 2 glasses. Can’t recommend enough. 6/5 will be back.

The make your own pizza was excellent. Hand tossed crust and tons if cheese. So so good. Service was attentive. Beer is cold. Price reasonable. You will not go wrong.

Overall its a nice place with a great outdoor tiki bar and volleyball courts. Aside from that the prices for drinks are between $7-$9 when I can get the same drink at other local bars for $4-$5. That was the biggest drawback for me. I can go clubbing in the cities and spend $7-$10 per drink. If you like outdoor drinking with music and sports this is a cool bar to check out.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! I had the mixed greens salad with grilled chicken and it was such a beautiful dish that I stared at it before I dug in! Fresh vegetables and tender chicken all piled high. Ill definitely be going back for another soon!!!

Rented some tubes and floated down the river. Great experience. Be prepared to wait a little bit when its hot out. The only upgrade would be signs for first timers that tell them where to go. Great experience and even got to chat with the owner in the truck on the way to be dropped off.

The food was good but not exceptional. My burger was not cooked to my liking. I liked going to this place in the past and use to play volleyball and would frequent it often. Its been a few years now. But I was a little disappointed in the length of time to get our food, it was not super busy and many empty tables inside and out. But it took around 45 minutes to get our food which was excessive compared to other bars much busier. I will still give them my business and hope I have a better experience next time.

They offer many services that other bars dont. Like tubing down the river. The kitchen is gross and filthy, my roommate was a cook there.. So dont eat there. But their other services are good.

Went there for a motorcycle ride from Minneapolis and pleasantly surprised by how big the bar property was and the great seat by the river. Had some issues with my pulled pork sandwich but Parker fixed it immediately and we will be back. Thanks again Parker for the excellent service.

Loopys is such a fun atmosphere and on a sunny day theres no place better to be in the Chippewa Valley if you want to enjoy some water, sun, fun, a few beers and food too! The view (pictured below) from the Tiki Bar is amazing.In regards to food, the food is pretty decent here. Not the best food, but it is good bar food, which is really what you need sometimes to go along with some sun and fun. The beer is cold and tasty, although a bit higher priced than youll find at other places. But other places are not located on the Chippewa River or give you access to tubing/boating and other adventures, including volleyball.

Amazing service, loved the pizza! We spent an afternoon floating the Chippewa river using Loopys tube service and we all had a great time.

Mediocre food, incredibly slow service. Had to go to the bar to get drinks because the server never checked on us. Food was warm, not hot, took almost 45 min. Hoped for more based on other reviews, but they need to work on staffing and customer service, disappointed.

I loved the atmosphere but ended up leaving without eating or drinking anything, because the bartenders outside were busy visiting in the corner. After being ignored for over 5 minutes, we decided to go somewhere else.

Slow service. Air Conditioning is barley existant. Also, the establishment is dirty and loud. I guess typical college bar atomphsphe. Food is good when you finally get it after an hour wait. Oh, and the beer is luke warm.

The food was really good plus, theres a lot of outdoor games to play, like Cornhole, Volleyball, floating the river, etc.

The event was great. The service staff was great. Love the picture of Hannah and Jesse. However they did not have their act together for letting people in , organization or anything else. But it was their first shot at it. I assume they will do better in the future. Loopys shouldnt let all those people have to stay in the bar then line up outside and spend an hour waiting to get in.

If you are on a budget, get a burger instead of a Pizza. They both taste great, but the pizza is priced more aggressively.The patio is a great piece of this bar. It is a treat for those looking for a one stop shop for a rowdy night out and great food.

We had my sons grad party here and all I can say is WOW! Everything went so smooth. The service was fantastic...the wait staff worked their tails off! The food was just what my son wanted, and we got lots of compliments on the setting, the food and the service. I would definitely have another event here. Loopy stopped in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He truly cares about his customers and it shows in the very lucrative businesses he runs. We are fortunate to have TWO Loopys locations in Chippewa Falls. FIVE BIG STARS!!! If I could give more, I would!

Tubing experience is always great but never have had a good experience with food. Always takes over an hour for food even if its just cheese curds and usually comes out room temp or luke warm.

Good food, great bartenders, budget friendly drinks and food. The only thing I wasnt huge on, was the location, its a hike but worth the drive if you dont plan on bar hopping.

We didnt eat, only stopped for a couple beverages but the bartender was great. Very friendly and attenative to our presence and thats hard to come by anymore. The food smelled amazing. Well be back!

Service was slow, no ones food was spectacular. I ordered the salmon and was highly disappointed. My sliver of salmon was gone in two bites before I thought to take a picture. I ordered their seasoned fries and got these limp soggy regular ones. This was my second time here and it wasnt worth my time or experience so I most likely wont be making it this way again to eat.

Awesome looking place but their volleyball league is not ran well in regards to what league (A,B,C) they put you in. We were bumped down to C from B league after we had a .500 record yet other teams in B hadn’t won a single game and stayed in B league. The first game we won 25-0, 25-0, and 25-3. It wasn’t fun for either team. We messaged and left notes requesting to be put back in B so we could have fun again but got no response. Played the remainder of the season in C and had other teams even saying that it wasn’t fun to play us because the levels of competition were skewed.

A great place to enjoy some drinks and food right along the river. Had a great meal here and went outside to enjoy the weather. Will definitely stop in again

Dinner was good but I was very disappointed that we were charged for horseradish sauce with prime rib. $3 each I had no idea and realized it was on menu afterwards. Had I known we would not have requested it. Or shared at a minimum. Very disappointed.

I enjoy Loopys, there is a lot to do, but, damn, the prices have shot up. And they are out of a lot of drinks and juices.

Great local place with volleyball tournaments in the back as well as a great view of the water and access down to the water. Food was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went here after the Leinenkugels tour.

Came out to try the food and was AMAZED! the staff was really friendly. Although it was incredibly busy we were served in a timely fashion. I had the heart stopper burger and was impressed. Probably the best bar burger anywhere. Afterwards we tried out the canoe rentals and had a lovely float down the Chippewa river. So scenic and peaceful! Cannot say enough possitive things about this place! Would recommend, and we will be back!

Service and drinks were good. Fish tacos though... Soft shell was stale and stiff, hardly any filling. If it was me I would use fresh soft shells, steam them, add more fish and some cilantro.

Great hangout place with amazing food, drinks, and activities all year round! They have a dome in the backyard covering the volleyball courts and tiki bar in the winter time that is super cool! In the summer they have kayaks, tubes, and canoes available for floating the river along with free shuttles so you get home safe. Several fun events throughout the year like dueling pianos and the FATFAR party. Loopy has knocked it out of the park with this place and is a true pillar to the community. Very generous individual that gives back to community when others are in need. Highly recommend Loopys whether youre looking for a place to eat, fun place to hang out, or host an event!

Service was incredibly slow! Just had beers and a pizza. Almost 2 hours to be served. Pizza was ok. But just o.k. i wont be going back

Not the best for sure. Seen on their Facebook page pizza. When there not on menu. Food was cold,dry not made good. The manger did take off the bill. Will never go back. Not from there but drive that way 3-4 times a year. It was lunch time nobody even there.

We were super disappointed tonight. Had heard such good things and this place sucked. Started off with having to wait over 5 minutes for menus when the place was dead and the waitresses stood around. We ordered cheese curds right away and never got them. Told the waitress when she brought our food. Shouldnt have said anything as they were generic ones that werent worth it. We had the fish which was simply mediocre. French fries were under cooked and cold. The best part was our sons cheese pizza. Asked the waitress for a plate for his pizza and never got it. Horrible food and horrible service. Will not be going back!

The Dueces Wild benefit for volunteer firefighters of Wheaton was amazing! Loopy you are truly a pillar of our area!! Kudos!!

We travel from Appleton every year to meet friends from Minneapolis. We spend a day tubing, eating and drinking. Loopys staff is friendly and accommodating.

Fun bar, It almost has a resort feel/vibe to it.I wasnt impressed with the food. It wasnt bad but not memorable.

We had an excellent experience with this team, from the bar/lunch service to the float in the kayaks out on the river. They made the process easy, fast and convenient and helped make our day a fun one!

Fun place with volleyball and in the summer they will drop you off free with a tube rental to float the river.

Wonderful service. Friendly staff was very attentive, got our drink orders in as soon as we sat down and after a few minutes with the menue, got our order in. Very well timed even for how busy they were. I definitely recommend this bar for not only drinks but delicious food!

Was able to go there for the first time. Remember it as being the White Owl back in the day. There is a lot more to this place once you get there many different options as far as seating. If youre there during the warm months you can go outside and sit and watch the tubers get out or you can sit out at the outside bar. We had cheese curds and onion rings and they were awesome. Drinks were great customer service for great. Cant wait to come back during the winter I hear they put up a big dome up so you can play volleyball.

Stopped here on our way to see Kid Rock In Minnesota. A little off the beaten path from the interstate but well worth it. Service was fast and friendly and people looked to be enjoying the atmosphere and food

I went tubing at Loopys on the river and it was the best experience ever. It was so fun. The water is a bit cold but doesn’t matter because it is so refreshing and you get used to it very fast. Took about 1 hour and a half. Wish it could’ve been longer because it was so much fun. Life jackets aren’t necessary as long as your a good swimmer. We got out of tubs and swam a round and treaded which was a blast but normally you don’t do that. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!!

Ordered food and it took over an hour to get our food. Lack of accountability with the wait staff and kitchen staff. The restaurant was not busy so their should not have been this long of a wait.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, good for families as well as gatherings for friends. Great food, and generous helpings on your plate. And a very conscientious waitress making sure you feel good about the service and what was ordered. Always checking in with you to see if there is anything else you need.

Tubing/kayaking service in the warmer months, Cornhole games/leagues. Food is good, wide beer selection. Staff is very attentive with the occasional new person who is still learning the ropes. Grounds are available to host your special events. Opportunities for free pizza and beer too!

Cool place along the Chippewa River

Great place for floating down the river. They offer free shuttle rides upstream. Three hours later you get back and enjoy a 50 cent shower, good food, beer, and sand volleyball courts. Staff works hard. Customers are chill. They even cater weddings.

Decent menu with better then average pizza. Nice log cabin atmosphere inside and outside. In the cold months, Loopy has the Loopy dome setup for indoor volleyball and other events throughout the winter. The Loopy dome has heated sand floors in the court area. In the summer, you can take float trips down the Chippewa, they have tube rentals. Overall a great place!
