The carry-out offers are surprisely good and the taste is well received in my opinion. From churros, fries, pretzels, to pizzas to wings, I have not been dissapointed by the taste. I would really recommend here for your kids and yourself to eat these amazing offers chuck e cheese have to give. I do hope they continue this after the corona pendemic.

Service is lacking here. I get it, it’s probably not the best place to work, but basic service needs to happen. The churro order took 20 mins. That’s silly. I didn’t feel the cleanliness was that great either. I think the Yorba Linda restaurant is much better and will probably go there in the future.

Ordered take out since the inside is closed right now. Was able to use my phone to place my order. 5 dollars for an order of wings was very worth it. Got 2 togo boxes filled of wings for 20 bucks. Very satisfied

I had never been to this location but decided to have my sons 3rd bday party here because its the one closest to home and figured all chuck e cheeses are the same. Im so glad I did!! Ashley was our host and I highly recommend her if u decide to book a party. She was very attentive n made the party a success. All the kids n guest had a great time n some will even be having their kids birthday party there too!

I gave this high rating because I have an almost 20 year history here. This is where I took my firstborn daughter for her first birthday, my firstborn son for his birthday, and my subsequent children for their birthdays. Its become a family tradition. Plus, the rides are much cheaper than Johns Incredible Pizza. Its also nostalgic for me when I was a kid. The TV shows they play are great, friendly staff, and we enjoy our day there. I also like how they enforce the stamps on the children and accompanying adults to make sure everyone leaves with the right people with whom they initially came with.

It had been a few years since the last time I visited. So much has change. And all for the the better. Food doesnt taste like cardboard, its actually really good. They have new games. The only thing that still hasnt improve, is they are still short staff. Just to place an order, and to exchange your tickets even worse.

Good for kids, my nieces and nephews enjoyed themselves. Me and the rest of the adults did as well. Sells beer. The only reason why I didnt give it 4 was that it seemed kinda lonely. They werent much kids. Although they did do this thing were Chuck threw a bunch of tickets and the little tykes had to get them. Then he gave every child a good amount. So very friendly service.

The machines are always out of tickets or getting jammed. Some of the employees were nice and others were very rude when asked to help with the machines. They also take a very long time to get your food out.

This location in chino has been around since forever. Used to come to this one as a child myself. Glad I can take my own kids now to this chuck e cheese.

Salad bar had food from the day before, and the dip for our breadsticks and mozzarella sticks were practically empty. Place was not too packed for the food service to take so long and so poorly. Kids loved the unlimited play

The food and atmosphere, took my grandson. He had a blast.

I love this place, especially the Chino spot! Its clean, and well managed with a friendly staff.

If I could give a zero rating I would. We sat in the party section in a non reserved table, reason being all the tables in the game section were dirty or had food (trash) on them. Right before our food came out one of the employees came to tell us we could not sit in the party section even if it wasnt reserved, that we had to pay a 50$ deposit. So we eventually moved to one of the dirty tables the WE cleaned to be able to sit. When we were leaving the SAME tables in the game section next to us were still dirty. Poor customer service. Clean the tables. Clean the games, they are sticky, dirty. One of the main reasons toddlers get sick is from germs. Clean the place up. Post a no access sign to non deposit customers for party sections.

This place is the best weve had birthday parties since we were 3 me and my cousins im eleven now we stopped going for a bit until my brother turned 3 we celebrated i dont dont the fact that the machines dont work like i i won a jackpot on one of the spongebob coin machine and won 70 twice and i didnt get any tickets staff wouldnt respond but i love it the animatronics are awesome im a animatronic weeb me and my cousins get close ups of them we like five nights at freddys

We went for a birthday party. Very spacious with lots of game to choose from and the pizza was good! The staff was friendly. But they really need to have one person to just do cleaning. The moment we walked in there were a few tables filled with plates stacked with half eaten food. Omg the bathroom smelled like urine! There were toilet paper on the ground and puddles of pee. Also, the carpet had lots of crumbs and looked like it has never had a deep cleaning.

Its alright for the most part..they do need to get more help for the front every time I go there is only one or two people they dont ask if u need help or been helped..they walk around like they are lose and arent sure what to do..the game floor area need 2 be sweeped always a bunch of paper pieces everywhere

Chuck E. Cheese remains a source of entertainment for another generation. Today i visited the location and found the staff knowledgeable of offers and procedure the resturaunt and play facility was clean and had the friendliest of staff. My son and daughter were both able to enjoy their time. It may be me, but it seemed more affordable as well. Take my word for it and go visit today!

This palace of place has the absolute best pizzas Ive ever had ,not to mention all the helpful people that work vary hard to make sure that thire consumers are happy, and all the games dont take tokens any more they are paid for buy a pre paid card I like that its slot ezer than having to carry around a poket ful of tœkens, cool place me and the kids had alot of fun, Ill be back.....

Food for 2 took 45 minutes but was good and hot. No one checked our stamps on our way out. So it wasnt safe. Games are good. Place was clean.

Its ok for kids parties, but its pricey and crowded during peak hours. The animatronic characters need to be updated or replaced because they look old and worn.

Had a party as friday and everything was excellent. My server rocks!! She did a great job.

Less than 2 hours and 2 friends, we cleared out 8 machines and almost got kicked out.We made a grand total of 7618 tickets and got a Simon optic, it was great.

Nothing works. Its fair in cleanliness and poor in customer service. They also dont keep up with the shows that say the mouse comes out after every 1 hr.

My kids love coming here. I love the salad bar and the food is great. It was a bit dirty the last time I was there. All the tables were dirty and seamed emptied, I had to clean out a table to sit down. Other than that we had a great time.

Staff was nice. Pizza was good. My daughter had a great time. Only thing wish the staff had said something to the family of the big girl kept climbing over table tops with her giant rain boots. And to her father that broke the ball game for the little kids. SMH....

This particular Chucky Cheese was run down and ghetto but this time it was a very nice experience. I love the idea of buying time for the games instead of tokens and the pizza is actually way better. The staff is also on point and the place looks and feels clean.

This place was cool. They have a really good system for tracking children. They get a matching stamp with their adult. Good food. Lots of rides and ways for kids to win prizes. My kids enjoyed it. Staff was helpful. Cake was good.

Customer service could be good. but what can you expect from the young people? Out of that, its not bad.

Most of my visits have been remarkable and reached satisfactory. But recently it has had poor management. Here a few reasons; The restrooms are filled with toilet paper and dont even have rolls! The excess paper is left on the floor. Its easy to slip and fall. What are these people doing? When my family and I ordered a pizza, it took forever! Im not sure what exactly theyre doing in the back but it might not be good. The employees are irritated and dont help this place seem like a friendly environment. Let god have mercy on this place. Specifically the greeters in the front.

The kids love it and thats whats important. But the management is absent or the place is run by the teanagers that work there. All of the salt was missing. How is that possible? I asked more than one person and they could not find salt. Not even in the back? I saw a mom waiting 15 for a machine to get a refill of tickets. Then the young person that brought out new tickets left a pack of 2000 on top of the machine and walked away. Then a 5 year old kid took off with them. Big score for him! At least 4 different people told the staff that the root beer was out. An hour later it was still gone.

Love to come and take the kids here. Brought my son here for his birthday when I was paying the cashier she had mentioned it would have been cheaper if I had booked his party and the kids get more stuff for the price I was paying. She couldnt accommodate it but they were nice to give my boy his 100 bonus tickets and accommodated chucky to come and sing happy birthday to my little boy.. he was so estatic to have him sing to him too.Did take a star cuz the machines keep getting stuck especially skeezball

Fun place for the family, huge play room and lots of space for different types of ages... you might not find enough staff on the floor but enough to get you what you need... we will be returning soon...

I got to this location at 7:55 and wanted to buy the last hour to play with my kids they said they stoped selling the time at 8 and the lady was just supper rude they shud specify on there page they dont sell time after 8 thanks for desapointing my kids .

Pizza has definitely improved. Kids had fun playing games and staff was extremely helpful.

Tons of improvement needed for their Pizza recipe (didnt taste REAL) and $9.00 Salad Bar needs more variety. Staff is friendly. Video game variety not so good (video games for me was Punch Out, Mario Brothers, Shinobi) HOWEVER the new Timed play card is an awesome idea. We got there 2 hours before close and got a 90 min Card, kids loved it! Some machines didnt give out tickets. BOO! My 3 year old loved the Animatronic characters (they need a little update). Kids had a great time.

The pizza tastes like plastic. But five stars for the chuck e cheese mascot touching me. Definitely a experience to remeber.

Use to come here with my parents when i was a kid a now i come with my own kids. Staff is super friendly and helpful and love that now you sont have to be struggling with the coins you can just put on a card to play.

Fun for the kiddos even fun for us we gotta play a few games glad it’s free entry and the pizza improved the only thing is the price on the pizza is a little expensive for how much you get

This Chuck E. Cheese is good. Food games they were good but when it comes to losing things they are really bad. I recently lost my beats headset there and call immediately. They said they would check but left me on hold for 30 minuets and I just left the call. I kept on calling and they said they will keep a look out for it. I contacted the police too see if anyone turn it in there. Whoever stole it please return it back. You just stole from a kid so live with that.

I read the most recent bad reviews today but it was too late to cancel my daughters birthday party. I didnt see what the reviews were all about. The restrooms were nice and clean. The attendant we got was super nice and attentive. The chairs were a little worn but that didnt bother us. I asked about their fundraiser program which our attendant wasnt too informed about so she said shed ask and come back, Instead we had the manager come out and explain in detail. The emplyees were nice and all wore a smile. The games all worked and we had tons of tickets at the end. The food was good and so was the show. My daughter was super happy and so were we. I definitely will host a fundraiser there and recommend to pay them a visit and not pay attention to what the negative reviews say.

Food was good, love the unlimited hour play. However, I didnt like that there wasnt enough people to help out with the cash register, Dippin Dots, letting people in/out only one person was doing all three. She did a great job but it took to long because there was only one person. I was there on a Tuesday from 11:30-2:30 and only her that hole time.

I love the new timed game cards. You can pay for a set amount of time instead of tokens also you get one pause so your time doesnt expire if you have to eat.. 60 min-20$ 45min-15$ and so on..

When we came here in January, this place was great. Tonight, it was awful! More than half the machines werent feeding tickets, only 1 of the ticket munchers was working, the toilets were disgusting, the soap dispensers were empty.... There were like 3 employees there, so the lines for food/redeeming tickets were really really long. We will not be back!!!

This place is great for the little ones and adults. The only issue here, are the games really yield no tickets so the kids can get a decent prize at the end of their day. Like 1 and 2 tickets per game. They need to increase that, Otherwise, great staff decent pizza and cold beer =-)

Fix the broken machines and 20 min wait times to cash tickets. If chucky is doing birthday parties he should still make rounds in between for paid guests
