Fast and friendly service everytime i shop here (the seasonal and part time help try, so they might not know everything yet) just bring along some extra patience. While things are a little higher than the big box stores, the selection and quality usually makes it a much better deal in the end. The checkout lane wasnt too bad even with only one cashier. They had everything i needed to finish my autumn tree because of the variety of pumpkins and garlands. Thank you Chino Michaels!

It is very busy at this time of year. I am happy that they still have coupons online for various items. The stores layout makes it hard to find items. I had to ask an employee twice. The employees were very nice and willing to help. The service is also very fast considering how busy the store is.

My wife loves this place for her crafting needs.Theyve opened up the space for social distancing. Friendly team.Wish they enforce or mention proper mask wearing as a few times Ive been there masks are hanging off or noses are exposed which looses a star for safety.When proper mask wearing is enforced this place is great.

Michaels is a dangerous place for me. It has too many shiny toys that I want to play with. If I didnt have real responsibilities (& the laws of physics were on my side) I would have one of everything in that place. Alas, I have a small home and enjoy being able to feed my child so I wander the well-stocked aisles looking for fun projects that fit my budget. The coupons allow me to play around with new bits of seasonal decor and satisfy my crafty urges. This is a great store with very helpful employees. Go at your own peril...I mean, enjoy!

Very poorly organized store. The walnut location is much nicer and cleaner. As I was trying to find a paint color, an employee walked right in front of me to block me from what I was looking at so she could show another customer something. No excuse me or anything. After standing there in disbelief for a few minutes she asked if I was with the other customer. I told her no, that I was trying to look at paint. Such an odd interaction. The cashier was very pleasant but I wont be shopping at this location again

Terrible. I am a long time Michaels customer and the last few times I have been there have been really bad. The cashier didnt say hello today. She didnt say anything at all. The shelves are more than half empty. The store is dirty and disheveled.Its very disappointing to see such a black of pride in your job and place of employment.

The staff is always helpful and they always have exactly what I need and most always what I need is on sale.

Organized hobbies are sew sew. Easy to find needle crafts.

A little smaller than some other Michaels. It is still a good place to go for your everyday arts and crafts.

Hobby Lobby!!! is the place to shop now Michaels has gone down hill for sometime now they dont take other coupons like before just theirs which is about 15 to 20% off their employees are rude .

Bought yarn. Prices are not so low even though they have sales. They dont have good vases.

Michaels has anything you need to do with arts and crafts.. Any art projects Im working on this is my to go place.. They always have sales going on each week and if what youre looking for isnt on sale they have coupons you can use.. Im always using my coupons I get sent to my email which come in handy.. I would recommend this place to anyone thats working on a art project, a scrap book, crafts with the kids or jewelry making..

Furious!!! Came to pick up a curbside order and have tried calling the store multiple times but it keeps hanging up on me. I’ve been sitting outside the store for 20min now. I’m about to knock on their doors. Don’t make curbside an option if it’s too complicated for your store to handle.

They did an excellent job getting the long line through.

This is not the same image of the Micheals arts and crafts that I went to in Chino. This looks like the one in Riverside.

The store was pretty clean. Lots of things on sale. Went to get some cake rounds to put my cheesecakes on, and they had them in stock. The people there were nice and helpful.

Only one worker at the register. It was a friday around 4pm

Some seasonal disccounted items are overpriced.

Prices and selection of nice frames 20 x 24 is nonexistent. Custom is only option, which is way overpriced. Plenty of better priced selections online and not at Michaels. Very disappointing.

I found what I was looking for. Doing a project Noas Arch.

My go to spot for picking up my supplies. From art supplies, to getting some cake decorating tools. If there was something to make a note of improvement, it would have to be a more full stock of cake decorating tips, and a better selection of blank greeting card stocks. Just minor details but overall my 1st choice/stop before going to joannes on shopping for supplies or holiday decor.

Overall okay. Seemed a little pushy on the upscale. I understand that getting a custom frame has its benefits over a generic frame, but no need to say it three times. I dont know if it was pride or just job insecurities

Today was a great day with my granddaughters, we got 60% off the flowers, came home and made a wonderful decoration.

The line at checkout went out into the Isles of the store, there are at least 18 people in line and the line was so long that it actually cut in between two employees as they were having a random conversation even though there are only two registers open. This seems to be the trend at Michaels. I was stuck im the narrow line halfway to register until a woman in front of me decided to leave her items and walk out the store and I followed her path and left too. Only reason Michaels is in business is because Hobby Lobby closes on Sunday.

Whats not to love at Michaels? This place is very organized, clean and neat....at least for each visit that I make. They are well-stocked and never shopped for anything that they were out of stock. I think there were a few, but those that they dont actually carry at all like fabrics and the likes. Love that they always have huge discounted coupons to use on my purchases. It helps save extra bucks. Its my first go to place each time my kids need a material for school projects or just any personal crafts.

Im truly sad to see what this store has become. Please bring back the custom floral dept. This stores floral Christmas items feel so inexpensive. Disappointing to not have the lovely custom items available.

The store has a good selection of products. They just remodeled a few months ago and now the store is very complicated and disorganized. The old shelving has been moved around so the floor has these caked outlines of glitter and dirt where the old shelves used to be. Most of the staff is also relatively confused by the placement of the items. The store is usually pretty busy. The workers are always polite though. They will always do there best to help you.

It has a bit of everything, but if you look for something more specific, you may want to go to the specific shop. I was looking for cardboards in poster size and with different colors, and they dont carry much of that, only a few very basic white papers... The sales people where very kind though.

Usual products, nothing special. You know what to expect. Wish they had employees to help.

The staff are super helpful. I really didnt expect them to be so welcoming and accommodating. I had an item i needed to buy and I was directed to find it in no time. They were very eager to help me too! Much thanks to the lady with red shoes and gray hair with A1 customer service smile!

I shop here often because its the best place for craft supplies - but this particular store drives me crazy that there is never staff in the floor to help you and lines are always long. The staff is always very nice but they just need more of them!

Michael is a great Craft store. They have a good supply of materials and projects for lots of different craft hobbies.

They have a big selection of art supplies. And they gave me a free nutcracker with my purchase!

This place has everything for the do-it-yourself crafter! Whether youre a novice or if you are advanced, this place has it all! You can get things here I didnt even know exists! I come in here quite often to get photo frames cuz they have such a huge selection. I suggest any time you need one you go in there cuz they have one at typically a really good price. You can also find coupons and if you wait for the sales you can double up your savings. Definitely recommend it!

I enjoy shopping there, they have a nice variety and good prices, but the reason I gave it 3 stars is the service. I called with a question about stock on an item and was on hold over 10 minutes waiting for them to connect me with someone to help me. I hung up and called back. I was out on hold for almost 6 minutes before I gave up. I dont want to make a 20 minute drive only to find out that they are out of what I need, but theres no way of knowing. So, shop in person and dont bother to call them.
