GREAT place for kids! I went there with my niece to celebrate her daughters 5th birthday. They didnt allow us to bring in the cupcakes we brought with us so fair warning to you reading this- dont bring in any goodies. They dont allow them into the play areas. Probably only the party rooms that have lots of tables and chairs to accommodate large parties. The girls had a fun time so well be back.

I’ve been to plenty of bounce houses for children because of my daughter and I’ve attended many birthday parties and I believe this location n was the most organized, I’m not sure of the pricing because I was a guest but the structure and the variety the kids have as far as playing is what makEs it great. The eating area at the end is a bit small but other than that great place to bring the kids for some fun.

It was all Right..... Not enough tables to sit. It felt so crowded in the dining room. I didnt like the fact that we had to go eat to a different room. I was expecting to have lunch in the same room as the game room.

We came here for a birthday party. What a great experience! This place is awesome. The kids and adults had a blast on all the equipment.

Fun for kids of all ages and pretty affordable as well. Its a popular place so theres usually a wait if you dont have a party reserved. But you can definitely spend hours in there having a great time and the kids come home exhausted which is great for parents!

Lots of fun. Wish there was more time in each party room. The eating room was way too small for our party. A lot of us had to stand the whole time. Food was standard: not bad, not great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely come back. And although the kids, (and some adults) wanted more play time, the timing is perfect if you dont want to be stuck at a kids party all day, or stuck with the clean up afterwards. Kids had a blast.

Great fun for the birthday party. Hosts were very nice and helpful.One suggestion: during the scavenger game i think the hosts should move about the room when naming items the kids need to scavenge from parents. The kids with parents near the hosts got all the items first. But, kids had a blast!

This place is amazing. The play areas were really clean. The service and food were awesome. My daughter Sadie had a blast for her birthday party.

We attended for a birthday party and we are hooked! So many options, super friendly staff and amazing atmosphere for the kids!

Our favorite indoor playground so far. They have the usual playground and so much more. A trampoline area where you can play dodge ball, 5 inflatables, a toddler play area and a baby play area. Its great fun for all the family. Its also very reasonably priced. Im the 34 year old dad and enjoy the inflatable basketball game.

The place is nice and definitely fun for the kids. The only thing Id say needs to be addressed is the adults wearing shoes. Were told to take off our shoes, but there were a lot of adults walking around in the play area with shoes on. If they can fix that problem Id give it a 5 star.

This is really a great place for kids to burn off energy. The staff was awesome. They were very kind, attentive and always available.

Coming from out of state, NM to Cali for the holidays. Festivities in full swing. We brought our kiddos for some fun and energy to burn. Clean facility. Large play area for the youngest to the oldest. Loads of fun. You will have to purchase grip socks. Bring your own water.

So much fun! They have different sections with fun activities. My 3 year old loves it here!

My son loves it here and is only 3 years old. I like the fact that they have age appropriate play areas. The staff is friendly and always on top that everything is in place and our kids are safe. Love pizza day on Friday.

I was great. My children had a wonderful time at their indoor play facilities. I like that we were moved from 1 room to the next instead being in one the whole time much easier to keep track little kids.

This place is so fun! If you reserve a party ahead of time its the best, they give you a certain amount of time (about an hour) in each room. The first one is awesome, it has the trampolines and a big slide into a ball pit, and a toddler area, and a sitting Zipline. Then they usher you into the next room which had a huge play center with slides and climbing areas and an area where you shoot balls at each other. Its great for kids! The last room you eat pizza. This is such a great idea for a private kids party!

Clean and the most supportive staff at any of the indoor play houses, and weve been to 6 others nearby. One of the most expensive too. But they need to get a better sign out front. Hard to find and sun bleached. But the inside is top notch.

Was here for a party. The staff was so fun and polite. They were on top of everything. Kept the party moving. Loved the scavenger hunt..lol. So much fun.

Amazing Staff had my daughters 6th birthday here and Ethan and the staff were amazing and really took care of the party and guests. Our guests were very impressed with this location and all it had to offer and some have found a new place to take there children when they want to go out. Our daughters birthday party was a huge success thanks to the staff and all the location has to offer with things to do.

My wife and I took our grandkids here for our niece Charlizes birthday. All of the kids had a great time. There are different rooms with different types of jumpers and things for the kids to climb on and to slide down. The party room is a little cramped but you are only in there for about 40 minutes or so, so its not too bad. Overall it is a good place for a party.

Too crowded. Staff is friendly but very unorganized. Its fun for kids but no entertainment for parents. It would be great if they at least would have TVs and snack bar.

My kids absolutely love coming here. I found them through a Groupon and since they are located two miles from me, we like to go every month. There is a huge climb, slide and obstacle room and also a jump and slide room. They offer pizza and bingo at certain times as well. I always go during the week for less crowds.

We came here for a party for one of my daughters classmates. We enjoyed ourselves. We would consider having our daughters birthday party here. There are lots of things for the kids to play on. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Went for a birthday and kids had a blast and they separate off the rooms so you get a private feel. They did a very nice job and have lots of different fun activities for the kids.

This place is so clean. Organized. Tons of interesting things for all ages. And pizza for two bucks! We go here when ever my little guy needs to burn some energy or wait out the rain!

First time coming to this place and the kids loved it!We had a end of the season team party here and the service was good.It could have been a little cleaner but over all my kids had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Party Kingdom allowed party crashers to join my sons birthday party and refused to refund to cost of these 2 children. Very disappointing.

This is a two playroom facility with a small room for a private party.The first room has a inflate-able zip line bounce house, a large inflate-able slide, a trampoline area, and a toddler play space.The second room has a multi-level play area.All in all it is a great place for kids to have fun at an affordable price. This is one of the few indoor playgrounds where BOTH parents are allowed access without one having to pay an entry fee.The only downside to this site is that there is no all day play. Once you leave the facility, you do not get re-entry.

Its so much fun for kids and adults.

We just celebrated my son’s birthday here and it was so much fun! Everyone in the family was able to do something! The pizza was delicious! Definitely going back!

Party kingdom is one the most legit playPlace its worth the time and drive I live in redlands area and I would go any day to be hosted by them and have fun at the place. I know its for kids but its a great work keeping up with a 2yr old. Everyone is so helpful and caring.

This is our sending time hosting a party here. Seems like it was remodeled and is 100x better than the last time we were here. A lot of the parents and kids loved this place. It was so fun that the parents even broke a sweat joining in on the fun. If you are looking for a place to host a party, the staff is very friendly and the new rooms are top notch.

There is a nice selection of things to do for all age groups. However, there really isnt anyone monitoring the zipline, or specific age appropriate areas. So there were kids in the 6 and younger area that clearly should have been in the older areas. There should have been more staff making sure the rules posted were being followed. My kids did enjoy themselves.

Had a great time here. The party rooms have jumpers, mini-zip lines and slides. The only food options though are if you buy the party package. There are drink vending machines, but they are cash only. No love if you only carry cards.

What a great place for a 2 and 6 year old!

If I could give them 0 I would. I was invited here for my cousins birthday party and I havent even stepped foot here because I need to fill out a waiver which I understand needing to fill out, but I fine it very unnecessary to require an email and password. I dont feel comfortable giving my email away just to attend a birthday party. On top of that the female at the counter (she had no nametag so i could not get her name) was extremely condescending and rude. And all of that data filling out for 2 hours? No thanks, Im going else where. My recommendation for the owner of this establishment should consider having a simple waiver of just a name and signature.Edit: Holy smokes, can I do negative stars??? I went ahead and filled a waiver out because I love my cousin, and no kidding, the second I stepped foot into Area 2, an employee swooped in and shoved all of us into a tiny room to have Pizza and cake. So I just filled out a waiver just to get a look at the gym equipment. Thanks Party Kingdom. It looks fun for the kids but again Im not coming here, I hear my cousin (whos birthday is for) begging her mom to let her go back into the jumper room to play longer. Parents, if you still want to come, plan to be here early to fill out the waivers for everyone and have something planned to do with your younger kids afterwards.

Clean place to take the kids to have some fun. They are only open a couple days a week for the open jump times. Family nights gets crowded, alot of kids running around and then theres a ping pong table. Seems out of place, kids wildly swinging the paddle around and hitting balls really high and far. Its right next to the entrance of a big jumper so I was worried about my kids getting hit with a flying paddle every time they went by there. The few times I have gone there are only 2 employees there, 1 up front at the counter and 1 in the jump rooms. Its a lot for that one person to try and watch 2 big rooms alone. Would like to see at least 1 more employee working there to help keep an eye on things. I do like they have stuff for little kids too.

The work team was great and very kind and helpful but they need to work on the food part (food was cold so it was a bit rubbery) i hope to see this resolved because Id love to have celebrate my kids birthdays there.

The staff had an excuse for everything that went wrong. For starters, the 6 and under section had every age group under the sun in there. No supervision by staff, parents were nowhere to be found. Kids were climbing up walls/nets. The womens bathroom made me want to vomit, smelled like diarrhea. I saw poop on tissue in the trash cans, some stalls didnt have tissue and or seat covers. Once the supervisor was notified, she made one staff supervise all three areas near the big jump trampoline. All of a sudden kids were getting called out for everything...shenanigans/chaos. Ashley called me regarding the review however, I didn’t get a chance to return the call till a few days later. When the person on the other end answered, I told her I was calling to speak w/Ashley. She stated Ashley wasn’t there and asked my name. Told her my name she said ‘oh’. REALLY??? Haven’t heard from Ashley or anyone else since, probably was Ashley on the phone. Oh well, I’m on the fence about ever going again. Tired of fighting for a seat and the front desk being unattended. People can slip in for free and safety measures don’t exist.

My son lived it here. Definitely will be back

Pretty fun place to host a kids party. They have 2-3 activity rooms, along with a room to host a pizza party or whatever to eat, which the staff will help cater. They help you take your stuff to your car afterwards as well. The place isnt really visible from the street and its easy to pass it if its your first time going there. Parking is shared with other businesses.

Went for a friends kids birthday party. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly hosts. You let the kids play in giant inflated playgrounds while there are tables for adults to sit and talk. After a certain time, you move to the next room with different playground. Last, you move to the food room to feed your guests and sing Happy Birthday song and eat the cake!

Allot of different activities for the kids to do and they also have toys for the kids to play with. Facility is very clean. Birthday room could use some updating. Con:had a very large party there and they only had one host assigned to our party and glow in the dark room way too dark.

We love this place its huge two rooms and its great for all ages they have great staff a safe environment and a wide array of entertainment.The only things I dislike is Reba MacIntyre the singer isnt always here and there not always open so eventually I have to spend time with my kids you cant bring food.you can bring drinks and they have a menu where you can order food and machines for drinks bring cash.try it out its 8 bucks a ticket per kid and your kids will love it.

My daughter loves this place. We enjoy coming here on Thursdays for family fun night. Theres variety of jumpers and games and parents get to play for free.

Fun place for kids. They love the jumper slides and obstacle courses. The popcorn chicken was horrible though. Tasted like week old reheated leftovers.

Big ole warehouse of jumpers! No outside food allowed. No sign on street, so you will pass it easily. Great space for 3+ to run around and burn engery.

Don’t have a party here. If you’ve booked it for. Certain time, they shut down the play area 30 minutes before the time you have it at. Not fair for the kids and for the parents that pay. And the employees can get very rude with their uneducated self!!! I hope you guys fail as a company. Never again!!!
