I had a wonderful time. The box office staffer was polite and he even wished me a good day as I exited the theater. Parking was nearby and plenty of eateries in the immediate vicinity. Look forward to returning. Plus, no traffic congestion!.1

No recliner seats. It is packed when I went to watch Infinity War. Should have reserved seating. Screen size is good. Food is good.

Nice theater, always friendly staff. As any theater snacks are a little pricey. But always a good experience visiting here for movie. They always dedicate multiple theaters when theirs a hit movie so weve never had a problem with seating.

Love the rocking chairs in stadium seating! Great customer service. Only sat 2 people together with spacing and staggering around so as not to spread germs.

Fell in love with Harkins when we lived in Phoenix! A great family-owned enterprise! Favorite movie theaters! Now my son lives in So Cal, so he is a avid patron again! Gotta purchase the yearly reusable cup...fill for a $1!Definitely comparable to AMC, Regal. Employees more engaged. Family owned.

Theatres were nice, but the seniors are too pushy they didnt even want your phone on in commercials :/ I totally understand when the movie is on but when you have family that are sick and you have to check your messages without making noise is too much for them to bug about a light. (It was full of seniors which I love, dont get me wrong were all going there...but they were several of them very rude.

Nice movie theater. Seats are pretty good. Love you can select your seats ahead of time. 4 stars because there XL popcorn is the size of most theaters large, its not even a bucket.

First time here and like the place. The most thing I loved about this theater is: they have a play center where they can watch you child while you enjoy the movie. Its a small place right in the corner of the entrance (of course inside the theater) with lots of different type of toys. They give you a device in case they need you to come to see your child (its a device like the Olive Garden hand you while waiting your turn). They charge $8 per child age 3-8. Its very convenient in case you dont have anyone to watch you child or they live far away like our case.

Clean, a lot of refreshment staff, good movies, and many movies to choose from.

Solid theater with comfortable environment. Nice nightlife feel around the place too. Only 4 stars though because the workers were kinda meh.

LOST AIRPODS. I took my family there and one of my girls dropped her airpods, she didnt notice until we got back home. I called and to my surprise they found them and had them at their office. The place is nice, fair ticket prices and the lost & found was excellent for us. Thank you Harkins Staff.

The only theater in Chino Hills. Typically has the latest movies. This is not really a high end theater, but is comfortable and clean. Prices are reasonable compared to most theaters, especially for concessions if youre a member.

Ive been to this theater multiple times now. Each time I experience someone talking. I dont blame the theater. I blame the manners of the individuals talking.I like that this theater offer babysitting!I wish they had better options than a $1.50 service fee to purchase seats in advance. Club members should get it free or highly discounted.

We attended a movie screening. The movie was great. This is an ok theater. However, Harkins Redlands is much nicer. This theatre needs the seat upgrades(leather recliners). The old cloth seats were stained. :(

We love this theatre---its like a home-away-from-home movie experience for us NYCers, as weve been traveling to Chino Hills from Downtown New York City for the last couple of decades and are always happy to hit a movie--especially on a Date Night when the kiddies can stay with the grandparents--when were in town! Super funnnnnnnnnzies!!!!

My family & I have been coming to Harkins in Chino Hills since they first opened their doors and have always had great customer service from box office to concessions and that is why I gave Harkins a 5 star rating! Theater is always clean and well maintained throughout the day with excellent customer service from management to theater staff. Only advice I have is for movie goers....please keep in mind that most of these young workers are new or this is their first job, be kind, exercise patience and don’t be rude. We all started somewhere and deserve common courtesy.

I like this theater but it needs an update. Newer seats and a bar would greatly increase the rating for this place. They do assigned seating now so thats a plus. Still my go to as its the closest one to where I live but it could be nicer. Popcorn is good.

An awesome place to go. Employees are so friendly and always have a smile on their face. The nursery they have for kids is a safe place for our kids. They are watched closely. Kids enjoy while they are in there playing with other kids. No one can pick up, but the parents. Great place I highly recommend it.

One of my favorite movie theaters in the INLAND EMPIRE. Always clean, pricy if youre used to other theaters with dirty, old seats. The big plus here is that they have a baby sitting area for a small fee. I come here often so yes i recommend it.

This Harkins location offers the same superb value, comfort, custmer service, and movie-going experience as the Harkins Moreno Valley and San Bernardino locations. Head and shoulders above the other local and regional movie theater chains.

I like this theater. Less expensive than most. No IMAX or things like that, but most dramas don’t require an IMAX experience. My go-to theater to meet up with friends.

Semi old style seating. Plenty legroom. Non-electric seating. No booze during film.

I have to give kudos to this rep theater because it is the nearest the aid of her my wife and I go to. It is theater we often run to woman trying to catch a movie. We seemed to be able to get in get our tickets and catch the movie. Its always great to go here for our date night.

Do not come here if you are elderly, handicapped or on a restricted incomeThe new assigned seating really sucks. It is very hard to plan and get your group to the window at the same time to get all of your seats together. When I complained about this they told me to buy the tickets in advance online. I pointed out that there are excessive fees online and I could not afford them. They said that was too badAnd the attitude about all complaints is Thats your problemFor example on the Classic Movies we pointed out that they need to be shown at the screens closer to the door. This is because most of the people who go to see them are elderly and many of them are severely handicapped. One time my husband and I went and had dinner after the movie. When we were returning to our car we noticed one elderly couple we had talked to at the movie was just getting to their car. It took them that long to get out of the theater that we were able to order & eat our dinner in the same amount of time. Not to mention they looked exhausted and in pain. When I pointed this out to a manager his response was Were not going to put them in the closer theaters because they are larger and we save them for the big releases. In other words they dont care about their elderly customers.

Watched Angel Has Fallen. Another really good movie with Gerard Butler. What made it a great movie was having Nick Nolte in it. Two thumbs up all the way!

This is a Gorgeous Theatre in Chino Hills! You can purchase your Tickets & reserve your actual seats ahead of time. WOW! Its like purchasing tickets to a Sports Event. Love it!

Choose your own seats in the theatre. Staff keeps it clean and service is friendly. Audience is casual, young, family oriented and ready to enjoy a good movie.Theatre number 18 was big and so was the sound. My only complaint was that the popcorn wasnt as good as my hometown theatre and sometimes you have to park far away. But parking is free.

This place is great clean and full of extras they have popcorn seasoning other than nasty butter lol so thats a big plus and the kids area is a life saver for us lol will definitely return

I was really impressed with this theater. They even had a little kids play area so the adults could take a break and see a movie while the little one plays.

A very good theatre. I live in the area, and it is in a very good location; just a few streets away from Chino Hills Shoppes. The plaza its in is pretty decent too, boasting an Albertos and a gas station right next to it. Now, the theater itself is great. I believe up to 18 houses in total, and the price is very cheap compared to other big name theatres (at the time of writing, $9.50 matinee, student and senior discounts available also). That being said, the quality isnt cheap! Its very clean and bright inside, just like AMC and Edwards. With arguably better customer service. Ive seen more managers on the floor here than at any other theater. Highly recommend.

Comfortable seating, very large stadium seating. Was not crowded. Great sound and cooling a/c.

Clean theater, not bad service in mornings (normal time I go). Restrooms are well maintained, service is good when ordering snacks. Highly recommend, I cant rate 5 stars as I havent experienced this theater at night or a busy time

It seemed a little unkempt. Like they had just had a huge rush and havent had the time to clean it all up yet. It wasnt horrible though.It was slow when we went in so we got through the lines fairly quickly. The snack bar staff was great while the ticket booth staff seemed inattentive and made minor mistakes.The popcorn was warm, my hotdog bun soft and delicious and movie amazing.Overall a very pleasant experience.

Good local multi-screen theatre; good sound, popcorn etc. Be advised they have gone to a reserved numbered seating system, so you dont enter and sit just anywhere now. Pleasant place to view a film on a large screen.

This is a very well maintained movie theater. The structure looks relatively new.....within 7 years old. Super clean!Very friendly staff. The associates at the concession stand were delightful.The popcorn was good and the butter was excellent! It tasted very natural! In fact, the popcorn / butter was so good, that we went back for the free refill! We finished both bags! (At other places one bag is plenty).Will definitely visit this place again. Its at a nice shopping center with lots of eateries too!

Good quality cinema. Like how the chairs rock for the mentally insane although if you annoy someone they can easily kick your chair and force you flying forwards over to the next row if you arent carefull. I know because me and my best friend trialled it.

The new seat assignments are cool so you dont have to worry about finding a seat when lines at concessions may be longer.Maybe the only thing I would recommend would be pest service? Alot of flying type of bugs lately, either mosquitos or moths inside the theaters, not sure.

Im a loyal and frequent visitor of the theater. Has been going there since they are open years ago. I love it but since last year their renew the loyalty program and the program having clutches. Last night I went and pay 30 bucks for another loyalty fee for 2019. Even on the first time I was having problem of getting my popcorn. Please fix the clutch, you guys are better than your app represents.

My favorite theater! Somehow its not as busy, most times. Its clean. Good seating. Lots of food options. Nice atmosphere. A kids area if you are interested in child care during an adult movie. Parking can be challenging on the weekend, but is no worse than any other theater. I love going here!

Very clean place (except for the bathroom,) seats are comfy and pretty roomy. Bathrooms were dirty, but other than that a very good experience!

Harkins Theatre is a little underwhelming. Its pricing is too high for what it offers in quality, and their new seating selection system to try to keep up with AMC is just not fully ironed out. If its the only theatre you have easy access to its alright but Id highly recommend an AMC over the Chino hills Harkins location.

Great seats, nice and quiet location off of the 60 and 71 freeway. The same parking lot has a dental complex, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Taco Bell, a 76 gas station, and plenty of parking.

Always will be one of favorite theaters, great prices and really really good popcorn.

Wife and I go there quite a bit, and we really like it. Staff are all very friendly.

Nice theater. We bought our tickets online and showed a barcode which was really nice because there was no wait. No reclining chairs like some of the newer theaters so was a little bummed about that but overall its a good clean theater.

Seat are only okay at this location, and internet is unbelievably slow, but I always enjoy a good film and like my popcorn chicken to go along with it

Love this theater! Weve been going to this theater for over 5 years now. This place is clean, especially the bathrooms (HUGE PLUS!) and the staffs are always nice.They also have like a day care for kids (for ages 4-8. Dont quote me on the 4 tho, I think as long your kid is pretty trained, all good. But the 8 is the limit), if you want to watch a movie and dont have a sitter, this is the place to go! Ive used this service many times when my boys were younger. Its inexpensive. Last time I paid I think $7 or 8 bucks. But that was many moons ago. Anyway, all you have to do is call ahead a time to reserve a spot for your child. Easy peasy.

My wife and I go every Wednesday to the movies nothing like the big screen, big sound . nothing! Anyway been waiting a few weeks let the crowds go down, to see Tom Cruises new movie Mission Impossible. That was a really good movie real stunts real countries beautiful photography how movies used to be made not fake computerized artwork every 30 seconds good job Tom.

Love it here! Its always clean! The line at the counters goes by pretty fast and they have a variety of popcorn seasonings. The staff is always super polite and never have a problem switching my ticket for another movie when theres not enough seating for me and my party. Cant say that about other theaters in the area...

No reclining seats, even edwards has them now. I spent more here then I wouldve at edwards with the reclining seats, regret it.

Neat little theater. The seat isnt as comfortable as those stadium style plush sofa seats, but the ticket price is also less expensive. The place overall is clean, and the sound and picture quality are good. Cozy, budget theater. Not bad at all.

This was my familys first time visiting this location. Ok experience, concessions customer service was poor.It was crowded so we felt rushed by the cashier who wouldnt get room temperature juice pouch that we requested for my sick baby daughter even though we spent more than $50 in concession food and drinks.Additionally, I have been to other Harkins Theaters and I loved the leathery recliner, spacious seats, which this Harkins doesnt have. These two reasons are why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars.
